It's relatively easy to figure out. For someone like me - who has had zero experience in using email platforms - it's been an easy learning curve. I want to build my email list as a business owner. I'm finding the various features, such as email workflow automation, forms, etc. very useful. For the teeny areas in which I got stuck while creating email automation, the MailerLite Support was excellent and helped me make progress quickly. The platform obviously has a lot of features I haven't used yet but I am confident that I will find them useful.

I am unable to integrate my payment gateway with MailerLite directly. I understand that I will need to use an Integration App... and I'm worried about how it will all work.

Nothing - the worst email management software I have ever used

This is the worst email management software I have ever used. We started with an annual plan in Nov 2023, within the first month we sent a large campaign separated into segments of the audience. The feature to separate the segments and NOT send to others did NOT work, even though the correct boxes were checked.
This resulted in some subscribers receiving the email blast up to 3 times. Obviously, this resulted in some subscribers clicking to mark as SPAM - clearly no one wants multiple emails with the same content!
MailerLite then blocked our account and said they would not re-open it nor refund ANY money. Having paid about $1500 for the annual subscription, we tried many times to explain what happened, they were not interested.
The customer service department is terrible, you cannot actually get through to a person and if they respond on email they are blunt and rude and refuse to refund an annual service that was used for about 1 month and malfunctioned causing this issue.

When I first used MailerLite, I didn't like how the product stacked gradually and occasionally didn't stack at all. I believe these were only growing pains because I haven't experienced any problems in a while. A labeling framework is one thing MailerLite is missing that I really wish they would provide. They provide what they refer to as "gatherings," which are really just cans to put various supporters in. I wish there was a way to mark a supporter with a remark such as "first time buyer" or something similar so I could subsequently divide areas of gatherings for more in-depth attention. Bunches are more like recordings to me. The majority of mailing list providers sell records and labels. It seems that MailerLite has consolidated.

I'm in the market for something else!

I've recently run into some issues with some of my embedded forms since migrating to the new version. [sensitive content hidden] gave me wonderful support while helping me troubleshoot this issue. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. While it seems the issue may be related to Wordpress and not Mailerlite, [sensitive content hidden] still gave me some invaluable help that will make adding embedded forms more efficient in the future.
