Been using AnyDesk for years now to get and receive help. This app is simple and easy to use. Installing it takes just a few seconds and is ready to use, without any other complicated configurations. The connection is fast and secured, an important point for this app. Taking back the control of the connection is simple, by moving the mouse witch offers you the safety needed in remove connection cases.

I have no cons worth mentioning here for AnyDesk.

AnyDesk is an easy-to-use app and intuitive due to its simplicity. There are not a lot of steps to access your remote desktop. You may leave it turned on, and open the AnyDesk app every time you're going to use it.

Nachteile

AnyDesk could improve the multi-screen feature, so you don't have to open a new window for each desktop. It would be easier if you just open AnyDesk and it already shows your available desktops.

As a system engineer, I use any desk for my daily task operation. When I need to troubleshoot our customer's issues with remotely, I used anydesk. It is very useful and helpful, easy to use, light weight, Simple GUI, I can change anydesk user name and crate password. The most i like feature is I can control and monitor with my Phone and I don't need to install to use this software.

Nachteile

No Cons, But sometimes, when I access and connect others anydesk Id, I wa faced that any desk software shows the waiting time seconds screen.

The app builder for deploying an app to remote devices using your own settings is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever used. It's slow, it's buggy, it almost always forgets settings you've ticked/applied, and remote access is painful.

I like how fast AnyDesk connects with another device remotely when you share the access code and have a stable internet connection. It gives someone who is miles away the ability to control your device and guide you on how to perform a task within the shortest time. It has a clean interface and it is easy to use even for beginners.

The blinking cursor is sometimes unresponsive. The connection seems to drop suddenly without warning. I suspect it could be an internet connection problem on either end but this could be frustrating when you have an urgent project and need technical guidance from a person in a different geographical setting.

Ce logiciel est vraiment simple et fluide surtout pour des personnes comme moi qui font des dépannages à distance. En plus là version gratuite n'a pas de limite de temps contrairement aux autres. Ce qui est fascinant avec ce logiciel est qu'il est possible d'avoir un chat en temps réel avec la personne qui est connecté sur l'autre ordinateur en plus de cela il y a un option appelé historique de message qui vous donne accès à toute vos conversations dans le chat sur un fichier bloc note que l'on peut sauvegarder.

Le seul inconvénient que moi je trouve à ce logiciel est juste qu'il aut absolument des droits élargis de l'ordinateur que l'on veut prendre main pour pouvoir y accéder à la première connexion. Et aussi l'interaction dans le chat est limité.

One good thing I like about AnyDesk is that it is worldwide, being used by hundreds of millions of people across the globe. It is also supported almost an all the operating systems like windows, Android, Mac, Linux, Chrome, making it a universal software.

Another fact I like about AnyDesk is the ease of screen sharing. There is no hustle about it, as long as there is user on the other end to accept the connection.

AnyDesk also presents a very good screen scaling that the image displayed on the remote gadget is clear with no distortions. It feels as if you're sitting in front of the other PC.

In my use of AnyDesk, I have not experienced any lagging or unnecessary bugs on it. It is generally smooth, with steady mouse movements.

The app also has a free version and a paid version. The paid version is also relatively cheaper when compared to its competitors.

Security of the application was also well considered. Firstly, the connection has to be manually iniciated from one end and accepted on the other end. A password has to be provided and used for the connection to start. Each session has its own password.

Nachteile

No option to chat with the person on the other side, either through text or calls. So you rely on other communication apps to talk to each other. It would be good to add a feature where communication would be made directly via the AnyDesk.

By far, Anydesk's connection speed and the vpn server is quicker than any other remote access app that I've used in the past. The mobile to desktop access is surprisingly well designed and there's pretty much no feature that i cam think of that's missing from the mobile app. Great design and UI.

Not much to complain about. If i have to nit pick, I'll say the desktop app needs a bit of a design refresh. But all in all,great app!

I used AnyDesk remote tool quite a lot, it is one of my remote tools whenever I can't reach out my team via RDP. So far AnyDesk has a great services and features that is so helpful to me and essential to my work, doing multiple session is not a problem anymore to me. File sharing, access management, multiple connections, unattended session are the key features that I liked the most.

App is not that stable when it comes to mobile development, sometimes it automatically exits. Aside from that I have no more problem with AnyDesk all is perfectly working with me.

I like Anydesk because I can connect to a PC remotely, from a long distance or simply at the other end of my office and it allows me to record a session when I connect, this platform also helps me to always be collaborating with my teamwork, since we can collaborate remotely, AnyDesk has the option to transfer documents or files simply by copying and pasting. From one device to another.

The only thing I don't like is that it can't be controlled properly when connecting from the desktop version to a cell phone, you can see the screen but nothing can be clicked.

I was using Teamviewer before with no real issues unless one day i got the message that im blocked. I contacted support and was unblocked after one or two weeks, only to be blocked again after my first connect.
