The remote Support Software, i prefer
because of Corona Virus we switched to remote work rapidly, to support my colleagues, i installed anydesk on every laptop. Since then - when a file is "missing" or software needs to be installed, or "the camera doesn't work", i can remote control the laptop in seconds to help them.
Vorteile
-all my clients are on one uncluttered screen showing me their online status and even their Screen-there is practically no konfiguration nessesaryit does exactly what i want it to dothere are more features (filetransfer, recording, ..) which i can deny or lock /disable when i don't neet themworks on many Operatingsystems (Android, Windows, Mac)its has the most value for my money
Nachteile
i don't miss anything, but a dark design would be nice :-)

Best app for remote access to any PC
Vorteile
Best thing about this app is you can even transfer huge files from one PC to another without having to use bluetooth and other things.
Nachteile
It takes some time for screen of other PC to be visible as there is some lag in transmission.

Ha sido de gran ayuda para el trabajo remoto y fue una gran herramienta para el personal que estaba en casa por pandemia así como también facilito el soporte técnico.
Vorteile
Cuenta con asistencia gratuita y posibilidad de crear una clave para acceder de manera automática sin asistencia.
Posibilidad de transferir diversos archivos y peso y escoger en qué sitio del equipo remoto la quiero poner.
Nachteile
Si dice de que no cuenta con seguridad de acceso pero si cuenta con cifrado.

AnyDesk: your remote desk
With the lock-down due to COVID, I was forced to work remotely, like most people, and troubleshoot technical problems for colleagues, teachers and students. AnyDesk helped me lot: portable so no need for installation or account creation, small and fast with a simple straightforward interface.
Vorteile
Portable, small footprint and easy to setup. These three features are very essential when you are on the go. Has a clear enough interface that allows you to "name" the remote computers you connect to regularly.
Nachteile
Sometimes there is some down time on my connection so it would not connect to the server easily and even might have to shut it down and relaunch to kind of "force" the connection to reset.

AnyDesktop Review
My overall experience with AnyDesk is great. I love the product and will continue to use it and refer other people to use it as well because very easy and if someone needs a quick remote session they can always count on this software to get the job done.
Vorteile
Very easy to use even without IT knowledge. Anyone can download the software, run it and start a remote session without any software setup.
Nachteile
Sometimes the software lag a little bit and sometimes it freezes

Facilità e versione freeware e la presenza del software installata su quasi la totalità del parco clienti. Anche un utente poco esperto riesce ad interagire con Anydesk

Spesso non è possibile accedere in modalità non presidiata anche avendo già configurato una password per accesso non presidiato

Great software for remoting into a computer
Any desk is great for the basic task of being able to remote into another computer from a different location.
Vorteile
The fact that it can be used for small things for free was a game-changer
Nachteile
It's mobile app takes a little education on the users end. Teamviewer's mobile app is more user friendly and easy to understand.

Great and secure app for remote access.
The whole CA team uses this to file any important sheets/documents etc.
I have used this service to help fix issues on my student's computers too. Great help with younger students who can't operate much in a class like fixing audio settings or being unable to find a document in a list.
Anything that needs a quick helping hand.
Overall experience is hence great! I think I'll keep using this for upcoming years too.

It helped me recently file my taxes with my CA who is in another city. ( Been using it for 2+ years)
Best things-
1. Speed
2. Transparency in access sharing.
Nachteile
Does not notify if the access code has changed while reconnecting. Maybe it did but then, it wasn't notified largely and I missed that sometimes. Not much of a hassle though, just a minor inconvenience.

Best tool for remote sharing
Vorteile
If i write about my experience on anydesk then my most like features of Anydesk is its privacy handling capabilities like i can decide for which access i want to give the user like speakers, mouse, keywords and files sharing as well.
Nachteile
The only problem with anydesk is that i am facing rightnow is if i am accessing any system then someone can easily access it, there is no option to access a system one at a time.
