I am a system engineer, I have been using this software for two years. I love to use this software because previously I used to go to the users to solve the problems but with the help of AnyDesk now I solve these problems with my system. the best thing in that software is it has saved my precious time.

Nachteile

Many client’s/users don't give permissions to use anydesk to solve their problems due to security reason's mainly I have facing issues in that case but still I am happy with anydesk.

The fact that it can be used for small things for free was a game-changer

It's mobile app takes a little education on the users end. Teamviewer's mobile app is more user friendly and easy to understand.

Basta scaricare il software, doppio click e con un codice di accesso sei già in pieno controllo del tuo desktop remoto. Facilissimo e molto veloce, utilissimo è davvero ben fatto.

I have only one expectation using this software which is to connect remotely to my other devices as well as to others (with permission). The software delivered on its core functionality, which is admirable. I was able to use the software to connect to both PCs and Android devices.

You need very good internet to maintain the connection with your host devices. If the internet misbehaves, you need to start all over again, request new permissions, etc. it would have been nice if it tries to reconnect at least for a few seconds rather than disconnecting. There are also times when you'll find it a bit difficult to copy and paste information from the client to the host computer or vice versa.

The most valuable software I am using . Because when my laptop get stuck in some situations. AnyDesk is the best solution for it.
Size of the software is small and can easily access to my device in another device. Just need internet connection. Can have call through this software and secured one.

I haven’t any thing to say . This software is most genius software. And I don’t worry about my laptop errors. The only solution is anydesk .

It is easy to use and saves a lot of time and money. Instead of traveling you can remote to a PC and provide support to your clients. You can even set up unattended access for your home PC, in case you need to log in to your home PC and do something or take control while away.

Extremely easy and secure software, password storage is very useful, I find it interesting that the software starts even if the computer restarts, I can control the desktop without someone entering the password

I'm not a huge fan of the user interface. For some reason, you can never comfortably full screen the application, so your remote session window is always smaller then what you'd like it to be. I've had many users for this reason state that they cant work nearly as efficiently on Anydesk as they would with just Windows RDP.

Sometimes i had unexpected disconnection and reconnection procedure doesn't work sometimes until you will close session and connect again.
Also i found some issues with keyboard when remote user and client have different regions

The software itself is only few MB's, so very easy to download and install. Connection to a remote computer is really swift. Connection speed to establish a session is comparatively very low. Another advantage is that you can save the ID's if you establish a connection, so users or people don't have to give their ID all the time.
It can run in full screen mode and a portable version is available. Any thing else you want?

Nachteile

The downside of Anydesk is that you cannot lower the quality of the connection. There is no security prompt for login, so anyone who gets in to your computer / laptop basically can access your Anydesk account. I badly missed the whiteboard (tools for drawing) and the obsolete interface will not be a pleasant surprise to everyone.

Anydesk application is my favorite remote connection application. The reason is very simple because it is very fast compared to other apps. In addition, the installation file is very small and the application can be installed easily.

AnyDesk is ready anytime I need it. Anytime I have an issue I have the assurance that any issues that I have will be resolved in the shortest possible time. User friendly and saves me from problems when I am in a bind or experiencing technical issues that I would not have been able to resolve on my own and need additional assistance from my tech team.
