I still didn't manage any project directly on Houzz but I can say the features offered by the platform are very usefull. My favourite so far is the Clipper tool!

There are not many options to apply my brand identity to my Houzz Pro profile, or invoices.

The software was include with our marketing package, and it helps us keep track of leads and how our activity on our Houzz page affects the traffic.

The software works well for the limited features we use. We've previously set up systems for many of the other features it offers, and up until now it's been hard to justify the time to make changes to our workflow.

Complete website, CRM, etc for home builders and remodelers. Ideal for companies that do not have any systems of the like already implemented.

There was some redundancy in the systems offered as we already had them in place (website and CRM).

The estimate and quote software is pretty basic. I'd like to see that built out a little more. I'm still using Invoice Ninja because it has more features.

I tried to use the 3D room planner to design out rooms but I found its overall functionality lacking. It was easier to use than its competitors, but that was probably because it had less features.

Nachteile

When the 3D room planning software didn't meet my needs I looked to cancel my monthly subscription. I was then told that actually it was yearly and it was uncancellable. Even though it says monthly in all places, except for some really small print, if you sign up for Houzz Pro all contracts are annual.

I like the user interface for Houzz, and the ability to showcase our firm's work to others in a Pinterest-type environment.

Houzz Pro seemed to lead to a lot of dead ends when it came to actual potential jobs, however, so we stopped using it.

I could not upload existing CAD files to edit/create 3D models. I have so many 'in-progress' jobs that I was hoping to jump on here and use seamlessly but am unable and will have to finish those out on old software and create on this new software simultaneously.

Things are not easy to delete. In the beginning when building design Library I downloaded twice by accident and still not sure how to delete.Leads are not coming thru correctly to my phone.Not a fan of proposals having to become invoices before sending out, maybe I'm not clear on how that works.

High pressure sales which turned into silence & unwillingness to help once they got sale. Constant error msgs when trying to respond to 'leads'. Terrible leads. Overall horrible experience.

No nos han prestado los servicios que prometen durante estos 3 meses, y no contestan al teléfono ni correos ni nada.... nosotros nos sentimos estafados por completo. De la devolución del dinero, por supuesto, nada de nada

Houzz Pro has so many options for optimizing your online presence as a business. Their onboarding agents and customer care managers are educated, kind and work through any questions you have in setting up and maintaining a profile. There are analytics to track any inquires or saves that help you understand what is working and what may need to be changed.

I do wish that the mobile version allowed me to use the response template feature that is available on the desktop version. I would also like the project details section should be larger on screen, which would require les scrolling and make it easier to view.

So far everything has been real easy to use. I can't review certain aspects and feature because I haven't used them yet. But from using Houzz, the regular version it has potential to be really beneficial.

I haven't found anything that i dislike. But currently I use Quickbooks and Vcita because is the tool used on my websites forms, provided by Wix. It is my CRM tool. It allows for online billing and a lot of stuff is irreplicable because it's built in my website. Hopefully Houzz as that ability or to integrate with it. I found job progress did not. And Job nimbus didn't so I am no longer considering them as they were not bringing anything to the table I wasn't already using elsewhere.
