I love that my account executive [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is so on point with making sure that we have everything we need for our Houzz Pro Plus accounts. We review them monthly and he makes sure everything is up to speed and taken care of.

Nachteile

I wish I could het our team to have more interest in using and getting excited about Houzz. I know they are busy but for some reason there seems to be a disconnect on the store level

There are no pros to this company. They are deceitful.

Received fraudulent leads. Only received leads in the initial trial period and then can't cancel.

It is very user friendly, has a lot of helpful tools, discounts are great. Customer service is wonderful. The biggest thing is that it is easy to use and an effective in reaching out to prospective clients

I can't say there is anything that I don't like about this software. It has been good for me.

In order to really take advantage of it you need to have a good knoledge of how to use every function it has but the demos are not that great. Honestly there is a lack of follow up from your people. I feel that the software was designed for millenials not for older designers, and I am not considering myself too old. I am 47

Leads capturing and management are easy with Houzz Pro. It also helps with the individual project management and room boards are a nice feature.

It would be nice to have a way to incorporate the individual project room board items into a concept/mood board rather than selecting from the vast list of products.
Another helpful feature would be to have overall project time management for all the projects rather than individual.

Initially they were kind of slow in developing their products but they have picked up the slack and now offer a full line of options to the business owner.

We are not power users of the Houzz Pro and don't fully use everything that they have to offer. We are not integrated into our existing business processes with them. It seems like an unnecessary transition and we're old dogs and these are new tricks.

I don't any negative issues to report. I mainly use this for sourcing leads. I would like more quality leads generated. Most leads I get are too small or from folks that want free estimates or design ideas.

Automatic renewal for a full year with no opportunity to cancel once you're in it. Be sure it's going to work for you before you sign anything. Also once you sign it renews everything. Very frustrating to deal with customer support on this issue with little regard for customer service.

I use the Houzz messaging for the initial contact with the new clients, and then redirect them to my business email so I can keep track of communications all in one place. No issues at this time.

Houzz Pro provides me with a powerful tool to hold and source information for effective management of leads through to commenced projects. It is a great complement to other Houzz marketing tools like the highlight video and the professional website.

Résiliation d'un abonnement impossible ni sur le site, ni en contactant le support.

Seule solution, faire opposition à la carte bancaire sur laquelle ils prélèvent...

De plus, le site n'est pas utile pour un professionnel, les fonctionnalités proposées sont très limitées et non adaptées à un professionnel.

Et je peux soutenir les mauvais avis précédent sur la suppression des avis négatifs.

Houzz is a wonderful tool for up-and-coming designers to establish solid systems and processes for how they work. It's a huge timesaver in the long-run, and it helps early on to navigate some of a small business's growing pains. We particularly like how it helps us track our leads and direct messages from the platform.

Because it is a comprehensive system, HouzzPro doesn't connect to other systems that an established firm might be using.

Clients can give me feedback, approve or decline and we're onto the next stage in no time.

i think this software offers possibilities that could work for me. So far, my attempts at getting the technical support I was offered have not been successful. I don't have time or energy to work this hard at getting all fo the pieces together to work as efficiently as this software might perform.

I like that u can do all the basic features plus some for a regular average price. Then you get even more options with designing your home with the pro version. But can be a little tricky with features when building.
