An Kontainer gefällt mir am besten, dass wir unseren Kunden alle unsere Marketing Materialien übersichtlich, wie auf einer Website zu Verfügung stellen können!

Nachteile

Ich würde denke, dass es keine Unterscheidung zwischen dem PIM und dem DAM Paket geben sollte, sondern beides in einem System integriert sein sollte!

Wir sind von einer Datenablage über mehrere Tools hinweg zu Kontainer gewechselt, da für unsere Kolleg:innen der Aufwand Dateien zu finden zu hoch war. Kontainer bietet tolle Funktionen (z. B. Smart Folder) und ist sehr intuitiv in der Bedienung (besonders für reine Nutzer). Großartig ist vor allem der Support. Anfangs noch rein Englisch, gibt es nun auch deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner. Die Reaktionszeiten auf Anfragen, bei Problemen oder auch während des Aufsetzens des Projekts waren super schnell und es gab immer einer Lösung. Neue Funktionen werden gemeinsam erarbeitet und zeitnah umgesetzt.

Nachteile

Für Admins war die Einarbeitung etwas schwieriger, aber die Erfahrung macht es ohne Probleme nutzbar. Die Dokumentation von Funktionen hat sich ebenfalls in den letzten Monaten verbessert.Die KI-gestützte Verschlagwortung von Bilder ist noch in den Kinderschuhen und daher aktuell für uns noch nicht interessant.

Vorteile

Wir haben im Vorfeld mit zahlreichen Anbietern von DAM-Tools gesprochen und deren Lösungen intensiv getestet. Letztendlich hat uns Kontainer durch seine umfangreichen Funktionen, den herausragenden Service und insbesondere die intuitive und moderne Benutzeroberfläche vollständig überzeugt. Wir suchten eine Lösung, die nicht nur von unseren Kunden genutzt wird, sondern vor allem auch von unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv angewendet wird. Mit Kontainer haben wir genau das erreicht. Aus diesem Grund sind wir von Kontainer außerordentlich beeindruckt.

Nachteile

Die AI-Verschlagwortung der hochgeladenen Assets funktioniert gut, allerdings ist sie derzeit nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar. Um unseren Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, wäre es wünschenswert, auch eine deutsche AI-Verschlagwortung zu haben. Zusätzlich wäre es von Vorteil, wenn die AI-Verschlagwortung auch in anderen Sprachen verfügbar wäre.

After the latest update, Kontainer does not meet our needs for use. A lot of the features, that we used the most, are unavailable after the update.

I love so many features of the system. A full-blown consent system, allowing us to keep track of which images we are allowed to use, e very granular user/group system that we can adapt to our organisations needs. Smart folders have been a true blessing. But actually what I like the absolute most is their customer service, and the way that Kontainer actually listen to customer requests and implement A LOT of these within a very short time frame. That is a major benefit from almost all other systems and applications we use.

Nachteile

Not much really. Of course we would always like even more features, but Kontainer have an unprecedented way of engaging with their customers request and wishes. As a result so many of the things we were missing og functionality we would like adapted to better fit our needs, have been fixed already.

I like the interface that is simple yet packed with functionality. And how you're able to customize the look of subpages within Kontainer to different contexts like a website. It's also very handy to be able to mark several images and crop them to specific dimensions in one simple flow. The customer support is very help as well and gets back to you quickly.

Nachteile

I miss more ways to search your images easily; for example filtering with/without people, landscape/portrait format etc. It could be an AI scanning the database to propose obvious ways to filter the images. I also miss a better and faster way to view and edit video material

I love how easy it is to organize our files with tags, making it incredibly efficient to locate and manage our assets. The ability to create landing pages for sharing with external users is fantastic, simplifying the process of collaboration and sharing resources. Managing permissions is straightforward, allowing us to control access effectively. Additionally, setting up templates to empower others to download their needed file type and size is a powerful feature that enhances productivity and ensures consistency across our assets.

Nachteile

I dislike that some of their features are locked behind different payment levels. This tiered pricing can be frustrating, especially when some essential features require a higher payment plan. It would be more user-friendly if more features were accessible without additional costs.

The programme is very nice and user-friendly to use. It has a good and wide basic foundation that looks very professional. It is easy to adjust to your design so it is aligned with a Brand. It is not only a very useful programme for our customers, but also for us as a company beacuse it gathers all our images for the sales force and saves us a lot of time and money in storing our images.
And the service and support team is very fast and helpful.

Nachteile

I don't think there is any cons. If i have some challenges with the system, the support team is very helpful and help me at all times.

Kontainer works very smoothly and is in general easy to use and has a very user-friendly design and interface. Kontainer is very well suited for storing and sorting pictures, so it is easier for employees to find what they are looking for.

When we first started working with Kontainer, it took about a year before the most influential bugs were fixed, and the launch date fell much later than expected. The Kontainer-experience for us has not been a complete and done package, but more a "working-through-it-together" kind of thing, where there is always bugs that needs to be fixed, and features added. But this is also where Kontainer show a very positive side - their user support are very quick at responding and at helping and fixing your problems.

The interface is intuitive and easy to use for internal and external team members, the price was great compared to others, support is super helpful, walks you through things, suggests how to set something us based on what you are using it for, and are open to suggestions to the platform.

It seems like they may still be fine tuning the platform but there has only been 1 issue I had that wasn't resolvable. Most times when I ask if there is a way to do something specific, they are 1 step ahead of me and already are in the process of implementing it and I just have to wait a little for it to be up and running. One con is the time difference from Europe to the West Coast but there are still options for rep hours within our office hours. So not much to complain about!

When browsing through many subfolders, if you access one towards the end of the list, the system often returns you to the beginning of the folder list after you exit the subfolder. This requires you to scroll all the way back down to where you were, which can be frustrating, especially if you're trying to work efficiently with folders located towards the end of the list.

The navigation infrastructure makes it so simple to organise folders and access content in a tiered way. The site is also extremely quick to return search results, which works well for us when working with thousands of SKUs.

I don’t have much negative to say about Kontainer. The only issue I’ve experienced is that, on rare occasions, an upload didn’t complete.

The ability to share files internal and external.
With Kontainer we're able to share large files with customers, and we're able to let our external graphic designer to be a part of the back-end (something that's not possible with our internal programs because of IT security).

We're not using Kontainers fully potential. For the part we're using Kontainer to, it's a little pricy. For us Kontainer is a packshot and product database with pictures, information etc.

It is like the creators thought about every possibility and users need beforehand hence there is no problem with uploading/ storing/ operating/ previewing of files of different formats, sizes etc. and there is always more than one way of performing the same activity. Even the least 'technical' person will manage to find its way there.

I'm not really seeing any downsides. I'm not deeply familiar with the platform, but from what I've heard, whenever we encounter a problem, there's always a way to resolve it through the platform's settings. Sometimes the search function is not very helpfull but that can also have something to do with the way we name our folders. So overall, from my perspective, there really aren't any big cons.

It´s easy to learn, and gives a great overview of our content. It´s nice to be able to download our content in different formats from one original file.
When viewing the files in our drive, it takes alot of time to show up. But in Kontainer its easy to quickly see the avaliable content.

When opening a new folder, the old ones don´t close. Could be useful, but it makes it a bit unmanageable and confusing.

It's a very nice place to store and share all of our images and campaigns. The design is very intuitive and has a lot of cool possibilities for customisation, so it fits our brand DNA. There is great Customer Support and always a helping hand, ready to investigate our issues.

Nachteile

The only thing I can think of, is that it is not yet possible for us to use our own Fonts in writing.
