The lack of opportunity to reach someone in person that’s available for our account whether it be on boarding, integration, training.

It is the ease of the program that attracted me to chose Connecteam for our company. The setup was a easy and not complicated.

When accessing the timeclock, the pay period is set at a 2 week timeframe, it would be helpful it is set to the prior week

Connecteam has allowed us to easily schedule our team without going back and forth with all of our members. We have several people who need to be able to easily access the schedule and the app has allowed them to do so.

Nachteile

Nothing that I can think of! Maybe if they are signed up for multiple events in the same timespan there could be a way for them to check-in for everything at once instead of individually.

The app is very simple to navigate, and it makes communication much easier, which helps facilitate collaboration. Although I’m still working on increasing employee engagement with the app, I feel we’re making good progress. Additionally, the payroll close process has significantly improved since we started using it.
