every option is an added cost, I feel bait and switched. Used the trial signed up for annual, and then found every option was an added cost and a new annual price, I could not change back to monthly.... literally every option one needs is an upgrade.

When it comes to scheduling, I'm such a fan of the ease and ability to organise and colour-code tasks to be able to overlook a team and a week's worth of activities at once.

This might be more of a user-error, but I've struggled to get that seamless integration with my calendar to prompt me to meetings and special/pressing events.

I like how you can post shifts for anything the business requires. We were conducting mandatory training, and by posting it in Connecteam we were able to quickly get everyone signed up for a time slot that worked for their schedule.

We had a hard time getting the correct profile type set up to give me the ability to see claimed shifts and who claimed them. All the seetings appeared to be mirrored from other users, however the access was not there.
