Mejora tu plan de Mantenimiento con MAINTAIN X
excelente me ha permitido crear un plan de mantenimiento para el area de produccion donde trabajo, pudiendo gestionar ordenes de trabajo, costos y tiempos de mantenimiento
Vorteile
en mi cuenta poder realizar una gestion de mantenimiento de forma sencilla, ordenada por medio de plantillas personalizadas, a su vez puedo ver costos, inventario, tipo de mantenimientos, la pieza o producto, realmente lo recomiendo se trabaja de forma mas ordenada sobre todo en las lineas de produccion
Nachteile
es un poco costoso realmente no todos pueden tener aceso al software, ademas es ideal ver tutoriales por internet a pesar de que es algo intituivo

Maintain X review
Overall i like Maintain X. Its made things faster to not have to print and file paper.
Vorteile
I like how easy it is to create work orders on the fly.
Nachteile
I dont like how flagging a item auto generates a new work order

Overall it is a great system and user friendly
Vorteile
Being able to schedule PM's , track inventory and KPI report outs
Nachteile
So fetchers like "MTBF" isn't available on the normal package and its a extreme price difference to upgrade just for that.

MANUFACTURING ADAPTION
It is really usefull and needs some improvements
Vorteile
The software is super friendly and easy to use. A real tool that you can use to manage the jobs in the shop.
Nachteile
I would like, raw materials inventory, customer data base, suppliers data base and the posibility to set the priority of levels from 1 to 10, so the operator finishes the highest level but knows what is the next right after.
