it is easy to navigate and has a very efficient support team.
Vorteile
user-friendly, and has browse and mobile app versions. Also easy to set up and implement in the company
Nachteile
customization in templates and layouts, look forward to see more options in the future

Workorder creation
Overall, maintainX is a useful platform for industrial companies to reduce the paperwork and also can trace back all the pending/completed tasks.
Vorteile
Word order creation is the most feature that is very useful and supports the team to know what is the pending task and needs to solve before the deadline.
Nachteile
My request button for the user is easy to trace on the pending/completed task but for the full user level up I would like to ask the MaintainX team to add the "My request button" on the feature platform to make the full user level up can also trace their job request.

over all it has been user friendly. still learning on certain things.
Vorteile
The mobile use for the users and their ability to create work orders and take pictures. very helpful
Nachteile
we are still working on getting PMs entered into the system. long process.

Solid Functionality, easy to use, very good value
Overall, we're pretty happy so far. It's helping keep better track of information that was getting sent to me in text messages, emails and spreadsheets in the past. So far everyone seems to be happy with it.
Vorteile
It's very easy to set up and use. Very intuitive design. Clean and straight forward interface. Good price point. Good customer service.
Nachteile
It doesn't have the advanced features that some more expensive software packages offer. It would be nice to be able to track cost for assets.

MaintainX program review
Vorteile
I was able to communicate with my maintenance team about issues that needed their attention and rank in term of status (with the possibility of sending a picture) while I was on the job and not maintenance in site. This app helped with the filling of the communication gap between the production team and the maintenance team.
Nachteile
Though I had the option to take a picture of my request, i had an issue attaching the pictures to my request.
