What do I like most about this software? It's really hard to tell. I like every single feature this software provides. The best part is, new features are constantly added. If I must pick one, it is the automation and the flexibility to choose between live webinars, recurring webinars, or evergreen webinars.

Nachteile

It always checks if my network works well for the webinar. It's a good feature. However, my network is not always good, resulting in a false signal for this check. Fortunately, most of the time I can just ignore it when the network doesn't pass the check.

Vorteile

No special software needed for attendees, which makes it easy and convenient. Friendly, responsive customer service team. Quality and performance of the actual video is excellent and the auto-adjustment for low/high speed connections is great.

Nachteile

I'm not a big fan of the channels concept, but we just ignore those features. It seems like it would be very useful for other organizations, such as educators.

It's a pretty powerful platform with a lot of features. We use it for a range of things including webinars, online meetings, and podcast recording. Their support is outstanding as well.

It's great that it integrates with Hubspot.

Nachteile

The design templates when you create webinars could be improve. You also have to use multiple different image ratios instead of just one if you want to share on Facebook or other platforms. It would be easier if you just uploaded one picture and it adjust this for all the platforms and views.

We moved away from one of the bigger webinar platforms due to the lack of flexibility with presenting sales offers. After moving to BigMarker, not only are we able to present nice pop-up offers, which was a game changer compared to just a boring link in a comments box with a competitor, but so many more features were helpful too, including polls, questions, drawing, ease of switching screens, customising pages, including where attendees go after the webinar finishes. These little touches make a big difference to engage and convert leads.

Nachteile

You definitely need a good internet connection. I have run a few webinars were I get prompted that the connection is not stable enough, but that could be due to my own internet. Also, you need to save presentations as a PDF and upload instead of presenting a slide deck from your computer. You get used to that, but something to be mindful of.

I have seen the vision directly from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and that is one of the reason and shelled out my money on the product a couple of years ago for the crazy good features at that point of time but now, the kind of amazing updates it has offers is next to none and the stability even without any software to download is excellent.

Pretty exhaustive set of features which might be an overkill for some.

Number of possibilities can be overwhelming at the beginning, and you want to use them all. Need some learning and is worth .

Since having to cancel our in-person, weekly events due to the pandemic, BigMarker has been our "go to" platform for event management, registration and live streaming our events.

The ease with which our audience can register and consume our streamed events was our top priority and BigMarker fit that need perfectly.

Their support is also top notch in assisting us through any little hiccups (which usually were a result of our misconfiguration).

I don't have any cons to list about BigMarker. Any troubles we had were usually a result of our inexperience in streaming events.

There are two things that make this software stand above the rest; yes the software is clientless like others, however the quality and ease at which an admin can set up an event, and the ease for attendees is what makes BigMarker the winner for me and my business.

Creating hybrid/virtual events is not in the base license but rather an add-on (that's too bad).

Vorteile

Analytics and integrations with other software. Requires no downloads or plugins for attendees, which makes it easy to use for brand new users that you have not onboarded yet.

It's pricey for solo businesses or small businesses. The ROI is great but the cost to get started is higher than some other options.

BigMarker has one of the most detailed features in the market. I like the ability to set up any kind of email reminders within the platform, customize the view, and set up practise sessions.

Nachteile

The first timers are not sure where to find the mic and camera button.

Vorteile

My favourite feature of BigMarker is its automated email automation system to remind participants of the upcoming webinar and the link to the conference room. There are also features to automate promotional offers, polls, and video recording as webinars on-demand.

Sometimes, it takes a while for the video recording to be ready for viewing and download.

Great webinar platform that combines all tools that we need to have one awesome webinar. From our point of view it is easy to use and more importantly it has all features that are important for us (host, attendee and post-event tools). Another big plus is positive feedback from our attendees.

Nachteile

I can not think of a feature that BigMarker doesn't have :) Maybe it could be more user friendly if there are less features, but I am sure other customers need them.

The feature-set in BigMarker is the richest I've seen! It is such a versatile tool that can be used for webinars AND online meetings! I use it for every online meeting I have and clients are very impressed with the tool.

At first the bugs were an issue - some clients having difficulty with connecting their webcams and microphone but management has looked into it and they have reduced the friction that people joining experience making it a more streamlined process.

Because it is so versatile, it can be challening to find the right options. If anything the UI could do with some improvements.

I love that my attendees don't have to download anything to get started. They can just load the webinar or meeting into their current browser. In addition, there are all the types of webinars you would ever want in a single system, including evergreen and on-demand webinars. You also get meeting rooms! I do meetings with clients on a regular basis and this has been invaluable. I can literally be in a meeting with someone in 60 seconds.

Nachteile

Hasn't really been any downsides yet. They are an Enterprise solution. If I have to come up with a negative, it's the fact they aren't as well known as others so the interface isn't instantly familiar which creates a slight learning curve. But as mentioned before, it's user-friendly, so the learning curve is small.

Love the channel feature to package content together.

Somewhat costly to scale, but if you are using the product effectively to scale and grow your business then it's money well spent.

BigMarker is incredibly easy to set up.

The admin interface is very user-friendly, and there are plenty of features available to make organizing an event a breeze.

Plus, the attendee experience is top notch - everything from the registration process through to the actual events themselves runs smoothly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend BigMarker to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and high-quality platform for organizing events!

Nachteile

I wish you will add more customization options to landing pages. I'd want to have more control over my settings. You often find that the settings on landing pages are limited and hard to change. There is nothing bad about the rest of it.

You get a lot of bang for your buck vs Zoom, Go to Webinar, etc. BigMarker doesn't require a download which is great for users who aren't as tech savvy or enterprise users who are locked down from being able to install desktop apps. Evergreen webinars are also a great feature.

This software is a piece of gold for Webeinar and webcasts. No software to install (for speakers and listeners), it feature rich (incredible how much features has) and covers several use cases.

Nachteile

At beginning can be a little overwhelming due to the tons of features they have. But it is worthy to expend some time to learn.

It will be great to have options to allow (private only webinars) based on SSO login (SAML / GSutite / Microsft AD).

Some attendees told me that they couldn't hear me. One video injection was delayed. Can't play Powerpoint presentations. If load ppt into webinar platform, aspect of some text is scrambled after automatically is converted to pdf. So need to convert as pdf before upload to platform.

Support is top notch. Always short response time, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

What is more, BigMarker is in constant development, ever improving, with new killer features.
