As the nurse of a summer camp I am able to look up all the necessary medical information I need about the campers. I can find emergency contact information that I need as well.

Makes My Life Easier

I used to manually input hundreds of summer day camp applications. Now the parents can put the information in the system from their computers at home! Customer Service is great, but they do prefer email. They have many tutorials for all of your questions so make sure to watch those. Even if you email with a questions they will point you back to those helpful videos! The financial side of this system is a little complicated. The payment plans they have set up are confusing, and we didn't know they charged certain fees in regards to credit cards before hand. Our parents also love that they can interact with the teachers through this system. It's also been an asset to our staff for communication. Great System!

From its easy online registration process, to its helpful bunk configuration tools, these once complex tasks are now quick and simple! Overall, CampSite is intelligent, reliable, and user-friendly, offering all the tools we need.

From the start of our process in working with Campsite till the present they have always provided very good service and prompt responses to whatever issues or questions we might have been facing. As with any new program there is a learning curve but with their personal assistance and online help tools it was just a matter of time until we could utilize the site to how we as an organization wanted it tailored.

Cons: checking account payment option does not accurately withdraw money from family accounts, medical forms not able to be personalized the way we need, sometimes need to process payments/make changes in a round about way.

We are very impressed with this product. Any issues we've encountered have been quickly addressed and solved. We switched to campsite after having worked with another company that was not as willing to work with us and solve system issues. We appreciate the support and how proactive Campsite is! Thank you!

I freaking love campsite

Overall, it's great. Holds the database well and is easy to make reports. I like how it organizes information in an easy format. That being said, for the site to work better with mobile devices. I am waiting every day for you guys to come up with an app that can make it easy for my to track enrollment, run reports and bring up information. Other than that I think the program is excellent.

CampSite has changed the way we register and administer camp with our campers and staff. It has allowed our camp administrator more flexibility to register campers more efficiently and without errors.

CampSite has also allowed us to hire our staff more efficiently with electronic contracts and forms. This has saved time and resources for the staff involved in the process.

The general support that comes with CampSite makes the experience so easy. My questions, no matter how basic or complicated, are answered in a timely fashion and efficiently. I know if I have a problem it will be solved immediately, and they then teach me what to do the next time.

All around the experience has been positive and I would recommend CampSite to any camp without hesitation.

We transitioned to CampSite in 2015 and couldn't be happier. The software is intuitive and easy to use, support is outstanding, and any requests we've made for additional functions have been well received. Smart, Helpful and Easy to Use!

Campsite helps me keep myself organized. With the number of camper & staff leads that come in, it's nice to keep all of that info in one place so that I can stay on top of it and not lose what could be a great addition to our camper community or staff.

The Campsite database is amazing, the reporting is awesome, it even keeps financial info together. The biggest disappointment I see is the program side. It doesn't make that process any faster and that could be a huge time saver for me.

The staff at CampSite are great in the start up as well as in the on-going support. Our feedback from families was that this was an improved experience from our prior online registration tool. It was also helpful to include the sale of merchandise with the enrollment options, which doubled our sales from 2015. We are excited that CampSite is making significant improvements to the financial tools. Overall, happy with the product and support.

I have been so impressed with CampSite and their platform. Everything from the initial sales process to the training to the functionality for both the parents and admins and customer service has exceeded our expectations! I have been so impressed at their quick response to anything we need and they go above and beyond to help us work through any problems we have. CampSite is definitely the leader in camp software.

Awesome Customer Service!

The software is a good product, but what really makes it great is the customer service. When the help team does not pick up right away, I always get a call back withing 10-15 minutes. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Everyone at the help desk is patient, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend the product to anyone.

We have been using CampSite for a year now at Victory Junction.

It has been life changing at our camp to have the electronic medical administration record and have log notes all online. It is wonderful to be able to access CampSite from anywhere at anytime. Since we are a medical camp, there are still more features I would like to see on the medical side of things, but CampSite is always willing to make updates.

I am in love with CampSite. I love that it focuses on what you need. Although it has been a lot work to switch databases, it was well worth it. I think the best feature is medical. I also enjoy all of the reporting features. You should definitely choose CampSite!

Very Pleased

I had a specific day that I had a few problems on the site and kept having to call back. Luckily every time I called back I had the same customer service representative and when I felt annoying at some point for the amount of times I called him, he was very patient and understanding and helped me throughout the whole day!
