Not much
Vorteile
I can't say because I find the site cumbersome to use.
Nachteile
It is very discombobulated in terms of being able to find an item or article. Articles show up helter skelter in most cases
An alphabetical listing would make much more sense. In our site, the most recent articles appear first, which is nice but a lot of what is in our Bloomfire account if for reference purposes. There should be an optional way to view articles--1) the current way things show up and 2) an alphabetized listing

I work with OMG and it is super easy to find stuff using Bloomfire, If we did not have that we would be lost.

I don't really have any con's about the software
