Great product - easy to set up and use

Excellent - Highly recommend this to anyone needing a way to rent spaces

Vorteile

Admin interface is super easy to navigate and very intuitive. Feature set is expansive and meets all our needs.

Nachteile

Had a little trouble setting up the coupon feature, but there was live help as well as online video training that I was able to follow.

Vorteile

Simplybook has god wide customization options, great customer support and meager price for my needs.

Nachteile

In some occasions I'd like to use shorter booking times without changing the entire time frame but it's not possible.

A tool can only be as good as the tool's support staff

For me, the tool was relatively new but by now we already have about 10 accounts and, most importantly, our customers are happy.

Having great support is a very big plus for such online solutions.

Vorteile

The tool is easy to use and you get a solution quickly.
But if you do find yourself with a question you can turn to a motivated and committed support team who always answer you quickly.

And if it is more difficult to find a solution, they will continue to support you until the solution is found.

The support staff deserves a big compliment. Top team

Nachteile

The tool is easy to use but there are many "hidden" features. You need some experience to set up more complex reservations.
Sometimes it is best to contact support :-)

Saves Me Valuable Time!

This booking service frees up tons of my valuable time so I can spend more time actually working. As a groomer with my own business where I'm the only employee, simplybook.me allows me to make more money grooming and my clients love being able to book at their own convenience. The biggest con would have to be having to pay for all the extra feature options as well as the lack of ability to customize how my own booking site looks (such as color scheme).

A very good service!

We plan to use the calendar to book meeting rooms to communicate with partners! With Simplybook it is also possible!

Vorteile

It"s very convenient to use this calendar Simplybook regardless of the profile of your company.

Nachteile

Unfortunately technical support provides assistance in English. Sometimes the names of services in English version of calendar and in the Russian version are different as the interface with settings.

Very happy customer

Vorteile

Simply book me had all of the features I was after. The free trial was so easy to use, I was keen to purchase, but wanted one feature, I submitted a request in the live chat and Rep helped me so promptly and easily. She explained how to alter the feature to my liking. Done.
Great features, easy to use. Prompt support! Would recommend.

Nachteile

All round, really good. Some of the features take a bit of fiddling around with, but the support service is good at helping and offers answers really easily and quickly.

All in all I have to give it to Simply books is in the name and it gets the job done.

Vorteile

The deposit option, one of if not the only system I found out there that has this option

Nachteile

Custom features pricing it's like a DLC everything is extra, and now you only get 3 custom features when the company wasn't ready to trade last month there were 4 options.

good tool for small businesses although I miss the possibility to answer the client.

Online booking so less mails trying to fix an appointment.

Vorteile

Integration into the Facebook account and the possibility to put slots in. You can customise it with the company's look and feel.

Nachteile

Not being able to answer the booking in beginners account. Must be elementary and basic to tell your potential client why you're cancelling the booking proposal.

Fantastic booking system

I am using SimplyBook.me to run and manage my new hire company. It has taken the time out of managing a calendar, and has allows my customers to book online, instantly.

Vorteile

The flexibility of the software and the support from the team is fantastic

Nachteile

Initially getting my head around customizing the website was the hardest thing.

Very helpful. Has helped increase our conference room sales. User Interface could be easier.

Allows us to offer conference room rentals to our customers online. Saves labor. Allows customer to make a decision on whether or not to book at all hours of the day. Has increased our conference room bookings.

Vorteile

Allows our customers to book our conference rooms online w/ no labor from our staff. They can see our booking availability, pay, agree to our terms of use & cancellation policy, all online without taking our staff's time. Super helpful!

Nachteile

I wish the user interface for matching a conference room with an available time was slightly easier. Right now the user has to select a duration and then look at availability on our booking calendar. I wish he/she could look at our calendar's availability and simply click & drag across our schedule to select the time frame they want to book. That would be easier and more intuitive.

Fantastic product

Brilliant. Customer service when asking questions is rapid and useful.

Ease of use and instant integration with the widget on my separate website.

Nachteile

It can be a little complicated to get around but like anything.. you can learn how to click around the tabs fairly quickly. I learnt the paths to rapid progress in an hour or so.

Incredible tool

I am thrilled at how much this program has eased the pressure on me as a single practitioner in my business. I was spending many hours each week emailing my small client load, trying to find suitable appointment times and dates. It was so hard to keep good boundaries regarding my available working times as I was negotiating every appointment individually. Now my clients can see what is available and choose the best for them, without me compromising my available times. It is so wonderful that I, (a grey haired, somewhat computer naïve individual) could set this up. Any help I needed was available immediately through the 'chat now' service, or was responded to very quickly. Thank you for a fabulous product!

Vorteile

Everything is automated so I don't have to think about it. The set up is easy.

Nachteile

Hmmm. It doesn't send me giant bunches of flowers every few weeks.

A nice surprise to have on booking option so easy to setup

As a retailer in the current Covid 19 we wanted to offer private booking slots for customers. We don't charge for them but within 1 day of setting up - bookings were coming in

SimplyBook.Me simply simplifies my work

Vorteile

It eliminates all the nasty side of administering my business, chasing people up for money, nailing down exact times across time zones, I teach no-one in the same time zone.

Nachteile

All the features are useful, I want them all, really, but... you have to choose which feature you want, or pay quite a lot each month.

I like the interface the most and the two way syncing of the calendar. Makes it easier on me to schedule the right timeslots

Nachteile

Probably the fact that the features I need are outside of my price range just starting off. Not getting many bookings yet even though I’d like to offer more options

Vorteile

Its quite easy to navigate, UI is appealing. Support team is fantastic and quick to reply.

Nachteile

Well not much, however the fact that there are limited bookings for each subscription. There shouldn't be any limit on bookings.

There are only one level booking, what I mean customer with phyisician but there are other resources associated with that such as Driver, Vehicle and equipment. in order to do home visit to our customers.

Review of service

On top of having a service that I can use to schedule meetings and interviews easily, I have been thrilled with the customer service I have received. Twice I have utilized the live chat and both times my questions were answered right away and I was able to do exactly what I needed to do.

The ability to have different services and people attached to the services is great.

Nachteile

Sometimes hard to navigate, not sure on a fix but I think more use will get me around the issues.

Great programme. Really easy to use. Has saved me so much time. AWESOME

It saves me so much time ringing round students and clients to see when they want to come. Now, they self book.

Vorteile

I like most how easy it is to set up and use as I am not at all "Techi" if I can set it up anyone can. ! I use it daily.

Nachteile

I find it hard to change days booked out as non client days back to working days if I get a client that can only come on that day.

Simplybook.me is a great an easy way for tech savvy teachers to handle student conferencing. It allows students to sign up and explain what type of conferencing they need. This prevents the "hovering" phenomena that can make a classroom very uncomfortable. I prefer it to marker board sign-ups as you can export the appointments to see who you met with!

Nachteile

It requires some front end set-up and student education.

I really love it. Shared my responsibilities in an efficient way.

Vorteile

Customize the appointments for my customers as per your time and location. I can easily close the days off and on as per my requirement. Good thing is that I can put a reminder time which email me about the customer's appointment in advance. Whenever customer books the appointment I always get email and it's really good that you don't have to manage too many things.

Nachteile

Not anything yet Might be better to tell you once I'm using for more than a year or more. Overall no complaints.

Great solution for start ups

In overall we as a business like SImplyBook and most likely will continue using it in the long run as a booking software solution

Vorteile

SimplyBook offers affordable, useful and comprehensive solution for start ups which eases off the process of show-casting your business to the potential customers.

Nachteile

It's necessary to pay for every extra feature in the system. The initial trial period offers you the complete interface and then you end up with many system errors and while upgrading for some versions, you still need to try and find the way around. I find it rather non user friendly. I also found no features in assisting to market your business among the user base.

Simplybook.me is a great booking software for any service business.

Vorteile

The booking software is very customizable and gives the admin the ability to make it how they want it. The customer support is very helpful too.

Nachteile

Some of the features are confusing like adding a way for customers to pay for services. There also isnt very many popular options for payment, paypal is the only well known one.

Simply Book Me has been very easy to use so far. I was able to start booking within an hour.

Booking clients for appointments with ease.

Vorteile

I like that my clients have no trouble figuring out how to book an appointment and that the map to my location is on the home page. It generally easy to navigate through editing open hours. Seems to have a lot of features I'd like to become more familiar with.

Nachteile

Subtracting breaktimes could be an easier process. Not too sure about the slider method in editing working hours. Sometimes glitchy.

I found their online help to be second to none. They come back straight away with answers to any queries raised and all issues were satisfactorily resolved.

Vorteile

1. Very easy to use.
2. It has two way integration with MS Outlook (that I use as my diary).
3. Dashboard interface is straight forward and easy to follow.
4. They have an app for your phone so you can carry out administration easily from your phone.

Nachteile

No major cons, as any issues raised were all resolved promptly.

Vorteile

Simple & easy. We love to have an empty block or when we ad a pause that we can fill in also something personal, you can put an appointment or a pause.

Nachteile

There is no opportunity to fill in something personal in (that's a missing link!), yes you can link an external agenda, but it not the same!

Nachteile

Tricky to get started, but once I'd got the hang of it I found it a great system. It would also be helpful to be able to change the typeface of the header text to match the company branding

I love it.

Vorteile

Clients can book, cancel and reschedule. Immediate feedback to instructor taking the class. No more forward and back calling between myself, clients and instructors !

Nachteile

Setting up took time, but was well worth it.
Recurring bookings loose the option to reschedule.

Vorteile

Their custom plugins, payment integrations, their live support is really good and their have a good API to make custom development.

Nachteile

I doesn't send the client's phone number once he booked online. I received the booking confirmation and booking code but I would like to receive the client's contact info in my email.

Vorteile

We have been playing around with a free trial account for a few weeks now and have been very impressed with the software. We use it to schedule meetings in house so that everyone knows everyones availability throughout the workweek.

It's both good for booking a tutorial and to give the customer payment options for it.

Easy to use. Good for online scheduling. The customers support is quick and very helpful. The subscribe fee depends on how complicated version you need for your business. If you just need a very basic system without many extra features your subscription fee is low.

There were minor technical faults regarding my needs, it took to long time for them to fix it, but it works.
