I like that this software is quite simple, light, and friendly. No frills, gets the job done. I have no reason to even look anywhere else at this point. Satisfied!

I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use. This will allow people to book and pay as well. I’m also loving the Pay later feature especially in times like this make it easy to get paid.

They hasn’t been any thing I’m concerned about T this current time

The software allows us to manage the classroom remotely. It means that we don't have to have someone tied to a telephone all the time and being a very small team with a large working remit that is a great advantage.

The notifications to upgrade or re-subscribe for the free option.

I love the fact that there is a video guide to help guide you through every single portion of setting up the site. It is easy to use and I love it so far.

Complicated customer journey. Not intuitive for the customer. Website integration is so slow to load it's not worth using. I can't view a class list. Promotions are very limited and I can't offer early bird/ concession rates.

I like the flexibility of the booking system such as creating appointments at fixed times, and customizing the time settings for the variety of services offered. I also needed a system to accommodate for group classes, so this has been a huge positive for me.

The free and basic service does not have many custom features available, which means that you have to purchase a more expensive package to attain all the settings you require.

What I like most about Simplybook, is that it's so easy to use and it's been helping my business with timing and organization. I prepare for my clients well in advance, even if it's a same day booking.

I didn't expect to be limited on the features, during the trail it's like your at the top of the hill, and then trail over and it just feels like your af square one but I feel if business improves as it's been then it will make sense.

I like least is that there is no chat online service. It is faster to rely on my concerns if It had one.

-another good feature is the "book again"-reminder function which reminds previous customers to book a service again

There is no opportunity to calculate travel fees for mobile services like Hair Cutting Home Service that will be displayed when a customer book a service. Sometimes it is important to devide travel fees from the rest of the service.

Our charity uses this software to administer the loan of free family passes to local attractions. Families love being able to choose and book directly, and our staff are freed to do other tasks - we have doubled the number of passes being used by families already, and have capacity to add more in future if needed

Nachteile

Interface isn't the easiest to understand, and needed a few non-obvious tweaks to get it working the way we needed, but Live Chat staff are always helpful, and we get there in the end!

The Google Calendar Synch. It saves so much time going back and forth with clients re-scheduling because I am busy.

That I have to renew the free plan monthly but I also respect this as it is free! As a marketing consultant, I think that is a good part of their marketing plan!

The chat support was super helpful every time I asked a question which was several times. I'm a bit technically challenged and they helped me every step of the way. I like the layout of the webpage that I put together.

Some of the terminology is not obvious too me, but again, I'm a bit technically challenged. Facebook had a hard time copying a link so I could post it, but the Simply support staff helped me figure that out.

This is rather user-friendly, even for 'beginners' like me. The custom features are very useful and easy to add to the basic booking and scheduling page. I love the fact that it can be integrated with the FB page, as this was an essential criterion for my new online project.

It is so customizable! There are so many features to choose to make it fit exactly what I want. I also like that a I can sort my services into categories. The options to allow specific times for different services during the same day is also great.

The book now button is in the center of the image on the main screen. Most of my images look funny with the button directly in the center.

I tried 2 different solutions (Square Appointments & Calendly) before finding SimplyBook, and neither of them offered the flexibility I needed. The best thing about SimplyBook is that I actually get a TON of useful features at a much lower cost than any other solution I've found!

It took about a week to get used to SimplyBook's flow, and there are occasionally minor bugs, but none of them have been serious or client-facing. I feel that when I've had needs that aren't met by the software, their customer service is willing to listen and responds quickly.

If you want flexibility and functionality, this software is fully loaded. The custom features are the icing on the cake - and there's a whole load of icing to enjoy!

Because teh software has such high functionality it can take a whiel to get your head round to customise it to its maximum effect. But for simple bookings, its going to be... errr... simple!

It is a great tool, easy to use and personalize and having the opportunity to test it our fully loaded for a month really gives you the chance to explore and decide which plan is right for you.

The only thing we can complain about is the fact that every option you click to modify opens up a new window which can make it a hassle of switching back to where you were working from to begin with.

Don't want the sound ungrateful, but The free version is a month to month renewal in which I do not use to. I've tried tons of free software and never had one that I had the renew on a month to month basis. I only hope that changes soon.

We found the customisable templates very straight forward and easy to setup. Our business was not listed in the pre built list but found it easy enough to customise and organise for our needs.

I did not expect the free plan to have as many tools as it offers. I really love how it lets me customize the look of my booking site. The integration with Facebook is wonderful too! I am also thinking of connecting it with Line, as I have contacts who use that messaging app.

Right now, I cannot think of anything that I do not like about SimplyBook.me. As its name suggests, it is simple. But in terms of its ease of use, not in the simplicity of its tools and features.

It is very easy to create booking forms and embed them to the website or social media pages. It allows 50 free bookings and can be booked from both mobile and web interface.

The admin panel contains too much information which sometimes makes it confusing to correctly operate the application. Everything else is perfect.

What I like most about simplybookme is the ease of use. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to setup.

What I like least is the custom feature options in paid packages. Some of the custom features are pretty basic things that should be included with basic usage. A package gets you 3 custom features. If you want to accept payments, that's 1, add in custom scheduling, that's 2, and to edit service descriptions using HTML is 3... and you're doing. Now you have to pay to add each new custom or upgrade to a higher tiered plan. These features were always included in other platforms I've tried out.

What I like most? It works. All of it. Like all software, there's a learning curve but the support staff is amazing. I haven't experienced it in real time yet, I just set it up, but my tests from others worked flawlessly. I would say all in all I spent about a day's time to get everything exactly like I want it.
