The site is easy to maneuver and use. I am able to update my list of services and its order with no problem. My clients also expressed that it is easy to make appointments and leave testimonials.

The payment options for the custom features need improvement.

it was being hard/difficult to use from the begining, navigation can be complex/confusing. i almost lost it.

I have only used this software as a salon customer and for my doctors office. My hair stylist uses the app for appointments. I can check out services and book appointments. It is also easy to cancel if needed. I also get reminders of my appointments because I can be very forgetful. I have peace of mind and I know my stylist is happy I am not always calling her for her availability.

Nachteile

I have not found any drawbacks as a customer to someone who uses the software. I do recommend it look more appealing on the eye.

Ability to generate a booking link is what we originally got on board for, and of course the free trial!

The data sent to Google Analytics for tracking the page didn't fit with the visits recorded on the site itself, so I don't really unterstand the way the customers are tracked (or not)
Integration with Stripe unfortunately offers only CC payment in the basis form (needs API otherwise) - was hoping to get some more commen payment methods for Germany.

What I like most about this software is the convenience that it provides for our company, and as well as our clients.

Some "custom features" I feel should be included in the basic program. The essential needs for a company that books clients (payments, terms & conditions, cancellation policies) are guarded behind an unlock wall. The "Standard" Plan allows up to 8 custom features, which does not leave a lot of room for trying out the other cool features when you are using up all of your features for "basic features".

Ease of Use. I have been in application development for what we used to call 'end-user computing' since the early 1980s. What you have delivered with the current version of simplybook.me is simply amazing and has exceeded my wildest dreams of ease of use as an application development tool.

Nothing that I can see really, so far. Was juggling the limit of ten custom features but that issue has disappeared with the upgrade.

The plugin works great for booking time at my studio. The interface is great and it is one of the easier plugins to use. It also looks fantastic on the front end and is easy for clients to use. It has payment, sync, and all the features that make it work really well for my business. It is a really versatile and powerful booking plugin that can do almost everything that I need.

Nachteile

The only con to the plugin is the price for the full functionality. I would have to use the "premium" subscription at $60/month for up to 2000 bookings a month to access them all. I am very small and only use about 2% of those so the price is really high and not justifiable for me to access all of the great custom features.

The usability of the booking system is easy to learn. Compared to the other booking systems Siplybook.me is really recommended. The price is right, the service is quite fast and will help you immediately. The design is very pretty too. The functions are excellent. I highly recommend it.

Our clients, for the most part, had no problems booking their appointments, and the providers were able to manage their own schedules.

The basic features don't work at times. Can't batch change to Unblock clients. Client list search is basically useless because you can only search by Username, Email and Phone number. This doesn't allow you to search for a specific group of clients so I must enter variables in the Phone number field to find the group of clients I wish to extract. Have to use "live ammo" to test the setup. Lose all leftover bookings paid for after expiration of paid term.

The automatic setup informs me of new clients and hooks up to Paypal. The people in the chat room provide help with much patience.

Using trial and error to see if everything is operational, is a bit tedious. By this I mean that I have no way of knowing if Simplybook and Paypal are setup correctly without booking a lesson myself.

Fairly easy to use.. Like any new techy app it takes a little bit to get used to. Figuring out where things are etc. I use the free version- I have a service business, most clients are repeat customers and have my direct email. This way your email address does not need to out in the open for the spammers tio get.

Nachteile

If you use the free version, the support is via email and may take a day or 2 for reply. Time zone thing. You will need to purchase credits- they are very inexpensive. Credit let the system text customer reminders of their appointment.

The price. When I first signed up I thought all the custom features were included for some reason, until I saw that for the lowest membership there are only 3 custom features included. My suggestion is that you do at least 6.

It is easy to use. At the same time, it has all the functions you need. Very well thought-out down to the smallest detail. I have compared a lot of other tools. Some were still a little easier to use, but important functions were missing. Simplybookme is by far the best tool in my opinion.

I didn't find any real "cons". A bit annoying is that some strings cannot be translated. But that's not a real "con".
