Simply Booking Made Our Booking System Simple
Taken as a whole, SimplyBook has let us accept and manage ou table bookings from our multiple social media pages.
Vorteile
Features such as accepting group booking, email reminders of the reservations made, setting schedules, and opening hours of our restaurants are what we like the most about SimplyBook.me
Nachteile
Setting occasional discounts and special offers seems quite tricky and confusing for us, and that's the only least like thing about it.

Fantastic Scheduling Service with SimplyBook.me
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with SimplyBook.me. It's a great scheduling service that really simplifies the task of managing bookings.

My review
I had many requests from them, some of them were responding, some were not, they were just guiding me how to use the system just so as not to make the necessary change in their program.
Vorteile
works well and rarely had server errors.
Nachteile
1) does not correspond to what is described in addons to reality
2) Addons are so designed to depend on each other, so if you need a function, be ready to shop for something extra
3) the customer service works poorly and in many cases they do not want to make corrections in the program in favor of the client

SimplyBook.me (Free Version)
My overall experience has been great, its definitely suited to the one man studio type business. Something I would like to see is an easy way to update the SBM calendar with bookings that have been made not through the system (ie Direct) Perhaps its there and I have not discovered it yet. But other than that nicely done. Thanks to the SBM team for making great software.
Vorteile
For me it was easy to set up. Not only do you get your own SBM web presence, but it allows you a Book Now button which I installed easily into my weebly site. The software allows you set the times you are available and when not. I love the idea that people can book you at their convenience and dont need to get in direct contact with you. Very Happy.
Nachteile
The Free version has limitations, but this is to be expected. The Paid versions have tons of additional features. The Free version needs to be renewed on a monthly basis, a bit of a pain if you have decided to continue to use the free product. But I think a clever way to simplify purging unused free signups so am sympathetic to the idea.

Easy to use, many features available at additional cost.
Vorteile
They are easy to use and I setup my web page literally in a couple hours. They enabled all the features without any commitment which was nice. Be sure to try all the features. The plan is pretty flexible. I contacted their live help for a few times and always someone ready to answer questions.
Nachteile
Custom features cost extra and they do add up. The cheapest paid plan only included 3 custom features which I don't think any company can survive with just 3. Be sure to take all the extra charge into account. I needed at least 4 custom features for my site. Also they currently do not have any finance reports, like sales tax report. They only have reports for market analysis.

The paying services are really not clear, no way fo me to find out how many features i used ti chose the right plan. I then tried to upgrade, and it did not upgrade but it bought the different plan and move them in time, so I still could not use my features and had paid three times ...
the livechat is not working either, as, everytime you click somewhere on the web page when the live chat is open (for example to try to solve your problem while the chat is talking), it closes the livechat and you are back to the beginning ..

the fact that a lot of features where available, to answer my needs (compared to other platforms)
Nachteile
the interface it very very very very very very complicated, not intuitive at all, which makes everything very hard to do (even if I'm used to use new platforms so I know how to hack them)

The Welcome page should show you where to go to set up the key parameters within the system and then you have got the Live Chat (21 hours a day) to help you out if you need extra help. Also on the welcome page to the right you can see exactly how many custom features you have enabled which should guide you to which subscription you need to purchase. However, it is true that with the automatic upgrade, it upgrades at the end of your current period but we can do it manually for you if you ask the Live Chat so that it becomes effective immediately. This is however a good point that has been noted before, and is almost finished in development now so that when users upgrade it will automatically be effective immediately.
Regarding the close of Live chat tabs,while browsing away to fix problems, is something that we will definitely look into, thanks for that tip.

Great and easy booking Tool has made life easier!
Vorteile
The interface is getting better by the year. There a re a lot of features and options, so it took a while to get used to, but now my booking site looks fab and features improve by the year. I had been using the free version for years and then upgraded which I probably should have done earlier :)
Nachteile
So far I haven't reenable to figure out how cancelled appointments get cancelled from my Google Calendar, that's a bit of a bother.

Overall I'm really impressed with simply book me as I had said it's a very user-friendly program and I'm able to reserve multiple consultations with ease

Simply book me is very user-friendly I work for a law firm in this is the scheduling system that we use to schedule an initial consultation with our attorneys simply allows you to enter and any questions you want to use to screen your potential leaves I can edit the attorneys that we are currently scheduling for with ease and it is just a very simple program for scheduling I really enjoy using it
Nachteile
I haven't run into anything that I don't like about simply sometimes it times out in the middle of filling out the form to schedule a consultation that can be a little frustrating but that doesn't happen often

Surprisingly Robust
It's made it so much easier for our clients to book directly in with a team member of their choosing online without us having to switch and move things from different calendars. We're still getting the hang of it, but it's already saved us so much time

The more I dive into the system, the more cool stuff I find that it can do. I've been using another software for a long time, but it just didn't have the flexibility I needed for different users with different booking types and linked calendars but SimplyBook me is proving to be a game-changer for my business
Nachteile
It's probably a little confusing to get started; I'm quite tech-savvy and find that it's a bit confusing when it consistently opens a new window when you want to make a change to a setting, so you end up with a bunch of tabs open that you'd forgotten about, but once you get the hang of it, you do see how all the sections tie together and it's much easier to flick back and forth between the settings with the extra tabs opened.

I am an advanced computer user and retired systems developer and architect
Cost and functionality.
Vorteile
I like how they have managed to cover pretty much every relationship that I would want between the data types. From Providers, Services, Users, Products, Time Schedules, etc... I have been able to be as creative as I want due to their extensive data system. When you combine this with the ease of use for basic computer users, it will create a very usable environment. I was able to completely set up our company scheduling system and implement it on our website in one day. I replaced a system that we have been using for a few years now. I was so impressed with this system, that I replaced a system that is already paid for until late 2019. It was worth the switch. This system is less than half the cost also.
Nachteile
Since we are a small business, we have only about 50 bookings a month (if that). I'd like to see an advanced basic level that gives you about 8-10 custom features with a low # of bookings per month. Price this between Basic and Standard and I think you would attract even more small/medium businesses.

Everything you’d ever need
Overall, I’m very pleased with this software.
Vorteile
I searched for software that I could add to my Wordpress site that would allow for multiple locations (service providers), allow for different pricing, coupons, easy booking and more. This also has a simple Facebook integration, marketing tools and so much more.
It took me a few days to figure it out as there are many features that are weaved together. But once I did, it now takes just minutes to add or edit classes and services.
Nachteile
The add-ons are expensive and may not make sense for my business in the long run as we scale up. We shall see.

Good for basics lacking in more advanced features

at the lowest pricing tier you can still accomplish a lot of your scheduling needs.
Nachteile
There is no ability to offer your scheduling in more than one language. Any customizations you make can not be saved and you need to spend hours reentering them or use CSS which also doesn't work well because they use !important in a lot of their code making it impossible to properly customize. They charge extra for a lot of features. Overall Calendly was more user friendly, simpler to use and cheaper.

Unclear descriptions, refused to issue refund without closing entire account

It looks good for what it is, and is simple enough once you get the hang of where everything is. They are prompt in responses to questions, although the live chat usually becomes disconnected and needs to be continued through email.
Nachteile
Whenever you click on settings it will open a new tab every time. The descriptions are vague and misleading when dealing with what features are available in each subscription. I wanted access to the promotions and discounts feature, and purchased the option to add another only to find out that one only included with a subscription. I then purchased a subscription only to find out it needs to be the next level up. They refused to issue a refund, and eventually offered it under the condition that my website be deleted.

I am sad to hear that you experienced SimplyBook in that way. The promotion system comes with all subscriptions except the Free one, as you can see on the pricing page. So you should have been able to implement that with our Basic subscription. If you were not able to do that then you must have already used 3 custom features for something else and therefore you can not add more features under that subscription, if however you had only activated two features then you could have added the promotion system as well.
The reason for us wanting to delete the system if they are cancelled is that otherwise you might get bookings from clients and then since you will not be getting notifications as you cancelled the system, you might have clients showing up without you knowing anything about their booking.

It allows my customers to book online which allows me to concentrate on other things. As the customers get a confirmation email, they can receive all the information needed prior to coming.
Nachteile
Would like to be able to purchase a 'bundle' of custom features. I'm only a very small business but buying individual custom features is quite expensive and there are a few that I would like that would enable my business to grow even further.

Almost everything is excellent!!!!
Exceptional. Love it! Although I think they need to continue developing functionalities that allow even more control over services and pricing strategies, coupons, and memberships. Not everything should be public. The advantage of having an access level should be to access the benefits there, and not to buy them when they don't know you yet.
Vorteile
The program is friendly and has options and functionalities superior to those of other platforms. The price is reasonable, if the need and frequency of use is high. The platform is fast and allows you to have financial and logistical data (for example, attendance, cancellations, earnings, etc.). Excellent software
Nachteile
In my opinion, a higher level of granularity is needed when it comes to publishing service categories, prices, and memberships. I don't like that all services have to be public in order to be reserved. I would rather that once knowing the client, I could access the benefits by logging in.
It does not have native integration with Zoom, Google Meet or Skype, like other platforms.

Super Simple and Easy way to Schedule your Meetings
I love this simple but powerful Booking Software!
Vorteile
First of all, this Booking Software has a FREE plan but it feels like a Paid One! It's that amazing. I love the way they guide you once you signed-up, it's not overwhelming unlike other Booking Software, it's UI and UX are both Simple. Its boarding process is really on point, once you get on the Dashboard, it's clean and you can navigate easily. This is really perfect for Freelancers and Small Businesses who are in the Service Industry.
Nachteile
Because the FREE version has so many features, you might want to take some time to learn every nook and cranny for this amazing Software. But if you want to have a quick scheduling before exploring the robust features, then you can simply add it. Easy and not overwhelming.

Simply Happy
Ease of allowing others to make their own bookings has freed up time for me to do my coaching instead of answering the phone and making manual bookings.
Vorteile
The ease of Set up and not limits on how many services I added and how you can hide services when the promotion is over and then use them again when you do another promotion.
Nachteile
Not able to just buy custom features to add to your site.

This has revolutionised my business and saves me time
It saves me time and it makes it easier for customers to book an appointment with me.
Vorteile
THe software works really well for me as customers are able to book appointments when I am not able to take calls / when I am closed. That the software enables me to provide details of the services I offer, that I can make each service a different length of time (for a long time I thought I would not be able to use this software as some appointments need to be one hour and others one and a half hours. It is great that It syncs with my google diary automatically.
Nachteile
I am unable to log in to the software though my android phone which is a real downpoint. Also when I log in via my face book page I seem to need to repeat the log in process. My customers have tried to download the app but have reported to me that it does not work - I have not tried it however.

To address your comments, if you use Chrome or Firefox on your android device you should not have any problems logging into your system. Please contact our Live Chat support if you experience such problems.
As for the facebook login, I have asked our tester to look into that, it should not need double login process, so if there is a problem there it will be fixed.
With regards to the app then we have been updating a lot of features recently and it often takes a bit longer to update the apps. We actually recommend all clients to book directly through the web page as it is fully mobile responsive so in fact there is no need for the client booking app.

It Truly Is Simple To Book
I have loved using Simply Book Me. My experience has been close to 5 stars. It is simple to get started, simple to integrate and the features and functionality are awesome! I love being able to choose my templates. The value for the money is spot on!

J’ai longtemps été très agacée par l’utilisation de simply book a devoir écrire tout le temps au SAV. Maintenant ça va un peu mieux mais c’est toujours compliqué.
Vorteile
J’aime beaucoup le design du logiciel. Le petit prix. Le SAV. Le payment en ligne.
Nachteile
Il est super difficile d’avoir un emploi du temps qui change tout le temps. L’interface est super compliquée à comprendre. Les fonctionnalités sont dures à trouver. Il est difficile d’avoir plusieurs types de rendez vous. Je ne peux pas changer mon emploi du temps du l’application mobile. L’application mobile n’a pas assez de fonctionnalités. Il manque une fonctionnalité qui indique qu’il n’y a plus de place en séances.

Due to COVID-19 there is a visitation ban in our residential care centre. Thanks to simplybook, we can quickly set up a reservation system and provide the employees with the necessary information about which resident will receive which visit. We also chose simplybook for its many options because in the future we want to offer and track other services digitally.
Vorteile
The booking system has many options, easy to fill and clear. Exporting the bookings is an added value so that the info easily affects all employees. Both the layout and the possibilities look professional to our users.
Nachteile
It was a quest to know how all the settings had an effect on the page. The videos are a handy help. I can use the app to track the bookings, but I can't make adjustments to the settings, or at least I haven't found them yet. The e-mail address on our main page also gets emails from the firm, although it is not an admin.

Just what I was looking for
Give it a try as you will be surprised at how good this simple to use but powerful booking software can be.
Vorteile
I found this to accommodate an online booking system for a service we offer to our customers. It has all options we need and more and great value. I especially like the texting feature as well as the email confirmation process, it runs very smoothly and easy for users to view bookings and find out details about customers. Choosing different themes as well is a really nice touch and simple to do if you get bored with your booking screen you can change it in minutes without losing all your design. It is early days at the moment but Simply Book really does fix a problem that we had within the business and I can honestly say you should give it a try for free to see how good it really is.
Nachteile
It could do with some more options on the services which no doubt they will add in the future. I did have a few issues as well with the texting confirmations that were sent to customers but that was a configuration issue by me and not the software. Being cloud based is key for easy access by everyone.

Not quite perfect but amazing customer support more than makes the difference
I found this service for a client who needed a booking service for her small business. She doesn't have many customers so budget was tight. As she grows she will no doubt be taking out a subscription as her business continues to grow but the easy integration of SimplyBook.me and ability to customise it have been a sure fire winner. Hands down, awesome support though.
Vorteile
The fact that agents are always on hand, respond really fast and always have the right answers.
Nachteile
The UI is not as intuitive as it might be in some instances.

Great Service, was up and running in no time!

Everything I need
I couldn't be happier with them I tried so many other scheduling apps and platforms and none of them came close to this product. I ended up getting a paid membership because I can't run my business with out it because it saves me so much time.
Vorteile
There are so many features that are easy to use but you have many ways to customize the small details. I was so happy to have a platform that took our payment method, and split our service providers schedules while linking to our personal calendars. The best part is everything is Live so you don't have to go in and remember to manually sync things they do it for you.
Nachteile
To get everything set up it does take some time but is so worth it. Also there is a slight learning curve but once you see the ins and out it is actually quite simple.

SimplyBook.me Helped Me Pivot My Business
SimplyBook.me is allowing me to earn revenue again in this unprecedented time. I don't know what else to say. If it didn't exist, my business would be dead in the water.
Vorteile
I can't say enough about SimplyBook.me. Their platform allowed my small cocktail catering business to pivot during the COVID crisis. We are now able to offer online cocktail classes and have started earning revenue again.
I researched a bunch of different companies and SimplyBook.me has the most flexible and user-friendly platform. I felt that most of the other options were built for those who offer standard weekly classes. SimplyBook.me was the only software I found that fit my business model and allowed me to create online group classes for 10 or more!
I would recommend it to any business going virtual in this new environment!
Nachteile
There are a lot of very cool bells and whistles in this software. It's really easy to customize. Because I am using this a bit out of the box, I run into issues with some of the functionality. But, there is a custom CSS feature that may help with that. Other than that, the user experience could use an upgrade. It's good and gets the job done, but it could be sleeker.
