It has a lot of features, but a few of the features needed a little more detail in my opinion. For example, the "Add-ons" features needs an additional time slot if they select that add on. Some add ons only take a minute or 2, but others take an additional 30 minutes, thus interfering with my original schedule. The other thing I would have liked to see what the location intake form updated. Right now, people can enter an invalid address and it will submit just fine. I would like the form to either verify the correct address or allow users to drop a pin on their location.

I liked it because when it made it easy for our customers to schedule their landscape presentations. They could book their appointment online and would send out reminders or notifications when they booked their appointment, cancelled or rescheduled.

Nothing -- we enjoyed using it, we have since closed our landscape department and no longer have a use for it.

Alot of features were additional and I found that it was hard deciding on just one or two. I also wasn't 100% sure what the effect of having one but not the other was particularly on the reporting features but at the end of the day I needed just a booking system. I have one off events and I wanted to see these on the front page of the website rather than a click through so if I could have changed this I would have done. I am using it to book one off events at the moment and I found once I had chosen a date for the event I couldn't seem to then delete it for another event.

Today my favourite feature was the customer service! But otherwise it is the cost and overall quality for what we pay. We are a non-profit and greatly appreciate having functional software that stays within our budget.

Nachteile

It can be a bit tricky to navigate the admin side of things sometimes, such as finding a particular booking history, but that's partially my own user error, I imagine.

Since I discovered this service in 2013, I have been using it as an on-line self-service appointment scheduler. The flexibility to customize our appointment times, dates and number of persons per appointment is fabulous. I also like the report listing and that I can import it in to Google Calendar for others to manage the schedule. Great value for the cost and the fact that I can pay just to use it for 3 months and my set-ups are not deleted is great. We don't have a need for a 365 day a year scheduler.

Nachteile

The recent website updates have been a little confusing for me; however, I only use the system once a year to set-up our appointments. I get lost best I don't know how to best set things up; however, the on-line help and the Live Chat features help me out without fail.

Let the client choose the available date and times, highlight some of your key features, allow for many customizations and addons to reduce clutter of emails and repetitive jargon that normally would have happened without this app.

Some of the paid features get a bit pricey but if you manage which ones you really need, it isn't so bad and it helps to streamline your booking process as well for our clients.

I have been using SimplyBook.me to simplify booking appointments with prospects and clients. It integrates well into Google Calendar and has saved me a lot of time.

It is very easy to amend and update entries. I have used another website and spent many frustrating hours trying to make it work. It is very easy to block off appointments for holidays and to shift timings and dates.

Having a calendar attached to each user allows for the public to request one service but have choice with whom they actually met with. Online bookings are also fantastic and easy to integrate into Microsoft Teams.

Simplybook is a real complete software, and very easy to use. We were looking since many months for a solution but we didn't find something as successful! You have all the function you need with lots of different plugins that you can change as soon as you need and in a very simple way!!!

I don't like that I'm not able to search for clients by name. The set up is not very user friendly.

It literally enables my business to function. All the booking, payment and work calendar is done - I don't even have to think about it. Plus the live online support is usually always there and instantly ready to help.

The overall limitations and simplicity of the platform are somewhat of a bonus, depending on the user. Our clients approached us with this platform to build out their space rental booking system, and they were able to easily get signed up and get the webpage started.

Nachteile

Unfortunately, the design limitations and functionality of the site are very restrictive, even if you select the additional option of using custom CSS. That allowance simply did not offer much flexibility in editing the site. In the end, we found seemingly simple tweaks (addition of a logo, for example) unnecessarily difficult and clunky, if allowed at all.

The most important part of a software is simplicity & functional. This software is exceptionally easy to use & navigate. For the price of it, it is definitely worth it. I will definitely recommend to any future business owner to try it out!

I think the custom features section could be further improved where all the active features should be on top. At the moment I have to scroll down slowly to find the features that is activated.

I like it least whenever my client feedback to me that they find the app on hp lagging. Otherwise it is ok.

I like that I can distribute services to my staff members and categorise the services via location which is really important to me as I didn't want a long list of staff to appear on the booking page, only the ones who was in the same area as the customer.

Some bits are tricky to use and when asking for help from staff to use the platform you are generally just given a link to a manual sheet. It doesn't tell you how you can use the booking system to its full potential and it would be nice as a paying customer to be able to speak to someone on the phone so they can get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. That being said, it may be the reason why it doesn't cost as much as other platforms and i am happy with the price I pay monthly as it is affordable, especially as a start up business.

I am so thankful for SimplyBook.me. Before being introduced to it, I was clueless about how to go about managing my schedule with potential clients and also being organized in doing that. Well, SBM answered these two and more. Because of features and options for layout and design, I am now able to have a professional online presence, now able to organize meetings and myself with clients and have the finished and finesse look to represent my brand and me.

Nachteile

There are no cons per se. At first,​ I was using the free option because I do not have a big clientele. But I needed to have more features (in addition to the one free one that SBM offers), so I had to upgrade to a payment plan. In any case, I am just thankful for the platform because it answers many of my desires to give my brand a professional look.

Nothing really.Only that it does not offer the ability to integrate a payment processor that can take payments in the future once bookings have been made, but we are yet to find a system that can do this.

I would not call these items cons, in my opinion they are not as easy to customize as others:

Company Booking Troll site should auto match My Booking website theme and color settings.
Client settings should have a merge action option for duplicate client entries for the same client.
The Email, SMS, and Feedback Request Settings should have drag and drop customization

There is a lot of features that makes my work easy. I like the integration with so many softwares, the most one is google calendar, it makes my work easier when I want to schedual a meeting with my client and all I need to do Is to send him a link for my website.

I found it fairly easy to learn from scratch myself. As my business has grown I have been able to change my booking site to suit my needs. Simplybookit is totally editable to my needs .

There is sadly no `offline website editor ability - any changes you make go online straight away and you can't test them.
Meaning i can't sample the full `user experience in an offline version of my site.

I've been with them for several years.
This recent set of upgrades makes it easier for me to teach my do-it-yourself clients that prefer to be more self-sufficient.

I schedule meetings with multiple agencies and companies across the nation. I have found it useful as an end-user, not as someone managing their appointments as I use a different interface. However, it integrates with my calendar and automatically adds to my appointment scheduling.

Nachteile

The largest hurdle I have found is if the account holder does not allow for adjustments in time zones - On multiple occasions, I have tried to set appointments on either coast (I am MST) and I have not been able to set my time zone and have had to manually change the appointment on my calendar. I have found this is an option that an account holder can change. As long as the account holder has this feature activated, there is no problem with time zones.

Inferior customer support, difficult to make changes to availability calendars for one-time events. Data export process and function is weak.

I like how it can be a website integrated with booking system. It makes it easier for my clients if I just want to send them the link and still have minimum info about me. Love the GDPR protection it provides me, engagement with clients (asking feedback features, making reminders, helping to get in touch with old clients)..and the fact I can select the features I want. also like that the agenda management seems intuitive, business hours.

I am still testing the agenda sync - how it syncs with my Outlook and Google Calendar, as this is a critical piece for me, dont want to have double bookings and need to make sure that the agenda in my calendar that I may updade manually syncs with software as well..this I need to test better. I also see that the price is very high, compared to others in market - so let's see if it really pays off. I am currently moving from Free to on Basic account.

The fact that i can make bookings on my own without using an intermediary is amazing.
It also has reminders that totally are awesome,it sends reminders if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
Being able to manage the appointments online is also an amazing feature for businesses because they can know and be reminded of appointments that were booked by their clients.
It has a google calendar sync plugin that makes syncing of bookings and the available time more efficient.

I rarely encounter problems with SimplyBook.me except that it is a little bit complex to customize it to one owns liking

I love the ease of use, its flexibility and friendly customer/user interface. This software allows me to customize the functions, suiting my needs. Overall it has helped me grow my business, it gave me new leads and clients. The custom features were absolutely useful, generating more ideas and means of interaction with my clients. The customer suppoet was great, one of the best I've ever experienced.

No warning given that Paypal will deduct a portion of total paid amount. I was not aware of this transaction. Besides that, nothing else.
