Simple effective and Value for money

Vorteile

I enjoy the ease and the integration with my website. The widget I can put straight on my site allows ease for me and my customers. The reminders and confirmations are extremely useful and it helps keep track.

Nachteile

It would be great if you could adjust your availability week by week rather than just block off time. A lot of the feature that I want are there but I can’t afford them .

It’s easy and my favourite feature is that SimplyBook syncs it to my Google calendar. It makes it very clear for my clients as well as they get confirmations and reminders.

Nachteile

I’d like to be able to sync it to zoom as well.

I have been using this apt app for over 4 years now. Love this App!

Vorteile

I like the versatility and so many applications included with this appointment app.
I feel their pricing is very reasonable.
This scheduling app is so easy to integrate into your proprietary websites you will not need developers to add this app to your websites.
My favorite part is this scheduling apps versatility you can choose and pick a myriad of options that work the best for your business needs.
Awesome Customer Service top notch.

Nachteile

My dislikes with this scheduling app are few and far between
I guess my only complaint is the modules pricing for choosing different components that will best fit my business can get pretty pricey.

Simply Book Me is a great appointment booking system with all the features I need.

We get the ability to book appointments with cat adopters to the people giving appointments to sign adoption contracts

Vorteile

I like that I can allow individual service providers to have their own logins so they can manage their own schedules. SBM allows us to set up a great variety of appointments and request all sorts of information from people booking appointments.

Nachteile

This is not the most intuitive system to figure out but because there isn't an endless amount of features it's not too difficult to figure out. I do not like that people who want to leave a review must be signed into facebook.

The reason for the facebook login to be able to give reviews is that otherwise your review page would fill up with robot spam texts. This is the only way to avoid that, to make people some how verify who they are before giving reviews. Sorry about that, I understand the frustration, but it has to be like that.

Vorteile

J'ai beaucoup aimé la simplicité et rapidité qui m'ont permis de mettre en place un système de réservation en ligne pour mes clients.

Nachteile

Le logiciel peut être un peu difficile à prendre en main et les clients constatent souvent des difficultés pour régler en carte bancaire. Il serait également intéressant de pouvoir créer d'autres pages sur le site de réservation notmalent pour présenter un peu son travail.

It is possible to add more pages to the booking site, it is a custom feature called "Custom Pages", you can ask our Live chat for help if you need it.

Also we are about to add the credit card logos more apparently in the checkout process which will hopefully help so that your clients can pay smoothly with credit cards

Easy to use platform to get started with online bookings

Free online bookings with a professional look and feel.

Vorteile

Easy to set up and get started. Ideal if you just start out with a small business or salon and want to get your online marketing off the grounds. With a limited amount of bookings per month you can keep using it for free by simply renewing your free subscription monthly. The interface is quite clear and intuitive, simple to adjust and add pictures, pricing, time slots etc. It's free to use and you get one month where you get to experiment with all the additional features. Be aware that you probably don't really have enough time to properly set up, test and evaluate all the features so be selective with the ones you need most and only test those.

Nachteile

Unfortunately there is no option for customers to pay online through the 'ideal' system (used in the Netherlands for 90% of online purchases). Although there is a way to build it into your site itself it is a big hassle and not what you hope for when starting with a booking tool. Make sure your most prominent payment methods for your clients are supported. If they are, then this is a great platform with lots of free stuff and plenty of options to expand. If you're using the free system then make sure to renew you subscription in time or risk getting bookings at unavailable slots.

Nice Site, a bit difficult for a beginner but thank you to Live Chat

Nice looking site, a bit difficult as a beginner but I am thankful for the Live Chat and Youtube videos. I was able to learn a lot and feel proud that I could do it mostly myself. It takes a lot of trial and error and talking with your client to make sure they like what they see. I used up my free trial just programming the page! Again I thank the Live Chat for being helpful and honest.

Vorteile

I was first attacted to the look and the ease of programming what I needed for my clients site. I still think all of that works well. The Live Chat is a God send, and the help is very helpful and friendly. I also like very much all the YouTube videos on EVERY page. Some of the videos could go into more detail...but then I am a beginner so...maybe one Video that takes you through the Additional Options a little more clearly as I missed a few things.

Nachteile

When created the Booking widget it doesn't save your color settings and I also didn't realize that you can't change the background. Also, I wanted the Facebook widget and it was never working properly. It wasn't Simplybook.me problem but FACEBOOK. Facebook doesn't allow the widget unless you have over 2000 likes. Something maybe SB could mention. It took me a few days to figure it out and I almost cancelled my subscription but the LIVE CHAT gave me a great solution. I also really wish that I can keep the backend language in English, but my Frontend (what the customers sees) in German. The main problem is that you can't change the Timeframe of the booking once you set it the first time. Crazy! I had it on 5 min, now I wish it was 15min. My site would look cleaner because I am using the "Flexible" Calender.

Just what we needed.

I looked very hard for a better affordable service for my needs, but I kept coming back to Simply Book Me.

Vorteile

I like that you can add on features and that it integrates with WordPress. Also, we took a pretty long break due to the pandemic, but when I logged in five months later, all of my data was there, waiting for me. We have multiple income streams from finished pottery and bisque ceramics, as well as from instruction and studio rental. We use Simply Book Me for booking studio sessions. It is nice because we can control how many sessions can be booked at the same time and the customer can choose to pay via the booking site or at the session. I am excited to see that we can promote related products as well.

Nachteile

One downside is paying a monthly or yearly fee for something you may only use intermittently. However, the price is affordable enough that it is painless to absorb the cost into product pricing and much cheaper for us and the customer than other scheduling and/or event services.

The flow and feel of this platform, for both the administrator as well as the user, is a bit awkward. I would prefer a more modern polish to the interface, similar to other event and scheduling software. The user interface is styled similar to WordPress, but it is less intuitive. The same goes for making appointments. It takes a bit to really understand how to use it. I find that I have to do a little hand-holding with my customers. This fits with our brand, so it isn't a deal-breaker, but nonetheless worth noting.

a few things.....
1) The mobile view is not very friendly and the look and feel for mobile is not responsive i would optimize all the templates for mobile, since 90%+ of all my customer book their appointments on mobile.
2) The calendar sync with google does not work very well, when a customer cancels or reschedule an appointment the google calendar doesn't updates and you cant see all the customer info (name, phone, mail, etc) in the google calendar
3) you cant book half hours.
4) There is no simplybook app for apple so i can manage my business in an app.

I truly encourage you to play around with the booking templates that we have, all the latest ones should work and look great on mobile devices, I personally prefer the template called "Emeri", have you tried that out?

The Google sync should be working, we have thousands of clients using it, please let our Live Chat know if it is not and describe the error for them. Regarding the bookings then your clients should be able to book every half hour if you set your time frames right, please discuss with Live Help as well. But no we do not have an app anymore as the page should be fully mobile responsive and you can do everything on your phone via the browser.

An extreme help

Vorteile

I love how easy it is to set up. My clients can easily book appointments and write reviews for my business.

Nachteile

I wish there was a better option for automatic reminders. I was paying for the text messages but they stopped working after a while and I could never get it fixed.

The problem with the SMS is that the rules were changed in the USA, making it almost impossible for global service providers to send out sms via their system. Hence, you as a company, need to apply for your own SMS gateway. Great software for booking

We run a fablab where user can book timeslots to work on specific machines (lasercutter, 3d-printer, etc.), subscribe to some training or classes. We will soon implement the membership and payment option, so the system will have the control over who has a valid membership.

Vorteile

It has a great level of scalabibility: we started with a free plan to give it a try and turned out very efficient. The technical support is incredibly responsive via chatting, efficient and friendly. They always solutionned my issue almost instantantly. It has a lot of nice integrations (Google Calendars, facebook, etc). You can embed the booking widget in your own webistem, or use the simplybook .me website fro your company.

Nachteile

The old widget is the only widget which has a look and feel which fits with our own website. I am afraid it will be soon discontinuied. Please develop some more theme, sober and neutral!

lots of features to add and customizations available, immediate chat support almost always

automated my scheduling of first appointments including payment and saved me alot of money on having to do a phone call first. since i can charge at the time of scheduling i offer a discount and patients have incentive to schedule immediately instead of timely phone calls. also existing patients can self schedule instead of trying to reach me.

Vorteile

compared to other solutions, there is lots of flexibility in adding options and also customizing to match your website, also i love the tech support which is usually immediately available via chat which is a big advantage

Nachteile

not everything is intuitive, i've had to ask tech support for instructions several times, but at least i got immediate help.

Prix attractif mais attention aux suppléments

Nous utilisons ce logiciel car nous n'avons pas le choix et que c'est le seul que nous ayons réussi à connecter à notre Shopify mais il n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur pour les e-commerçants qui souhaitent intégrer la solution sur leur site.

Vorteile

Le logiciel est peu cher et facile à utiliser pour les facialistes en studios. Les options sont également très nombreuses.

Nachteile

L'API est peu entretenue, le service client n'est pas aidant et le prix des SMS est fou, plusieurs euros pour envoyer un SMS de rappel aux clients !

Simple, Reader friendly, Cheap, and Staff courtesy and efficient with any problems or...

Printing out or having the opportunity to do so

Simpy to use and cheaper, the text messages/emails are sent to remind the person of their lesson
Cost Effective, I have searched other software and yours is the cheapest and the most reliable

What I like about the software is that you can print to an excel document/or PDF
A requirement of my program is to show graphs and attendance, your software does that automatically and the graphs are clear, color coded and easy to read.
This software is improving every year, with add ons and custom features, Always seeking ways to simplify the software to accommodate clients like myself.
The software is not time consuming and has been benefit towards my own program

Nachteile

One least con: is payment method. I use this software for my program as stated, I have to ask my boss to use his credit card for the business .
Suggest if possible to be directly invoiced each time wanting to make a payment. like a subscription or text messages added on.

A year on and still loving it

Everything from the setup to the support has been amazing with SimplyBook.Me
I like that I can set up multiple locations, add photos and bios of our staff. And calendar management means setting up appointments is easy. I really like using this software.

Vorteile

This software has made booking appointments for our company so easy. From the back end used to the front end user. Our ladies find it easy to search for their location and to make a booking. It syncs will all the calendars and the text reminders are magic! It is a pleasure to use this software and isn't admin intensive.

Nachteile

Sometimes our customers find it difficult to see which dates are available for bookings. So perhaps a different calendar views with the available dates being visibly clearer for the client to find.

Easy-to-use for patients

Overall, I like the system.

Vorteile

Patients say that it is very easy for them to schedule appointments.

Nachteile

SimplyBookMe adds upgrades which then require a higher priced subscription to maintain the prior level of service. I was having some problems changing my email address, so customer support instructed me to delete a plugin and then reinstall it, so I deleted it. But then told I needed to purchase a higher level of subscription in order to reinstall the plugin. If I hadn't deleted the plugin based on their instructions, I would not have had to upgrade my subscription. Blocking or changing dates/hours of service is cumbersome.

Regarding your comment on the subscriptions, then the pricing was changed back in 2016 but we allowed current users to continue on the old pricing. However now if a subscription is cancelled and new one chosen, it is technically impossible to retrieve the old prices and hence the problem that you experienced. We are sorry that you experienced that but we truly believe that our current pricing is very fair compared to other similar services.

I love simply book.me it is easy to use and makes scheduling much easier

Easy scheduling

Vorteile

Easy to set up, you can choose how many services you want to have an categorize them. The link given makes it easy for clients to access booking.

Nachteile

Not many features are able to be activated, a little confusing to understand which ones are enabled and disabled. Wish I could upgrade from the free package anytime without paying the upgrade difference.

Il faut un temps d'apprentissage afin de bien sélectionner ses ajouts et bien configurer certains paramètres.

Solid online booking system with good extras

We had looked at other solutions including Calendly, Acuity, but the particular client in question needed an option where it was also possible to sell complementary products with the booking process. SimplyBookMe ticked all the boxes and worked extremely well, and was easy to add to a Wordpress/WooCommerce set up.

Vorteile

Had the required appointment booking, allowing different types of appointments to be booked, but also had the added benefit of being able to sell products alongside the booking which was a requirement for this particular client. Trial allowed which was good for testing features fully.

Nachteile

Obviously would be great if everything was free, you have to pay for certain products. It can be a little confusing as to how the extra features are charged for.

I really like it

It is a perfect system to let my customers look into my schedule and that they can be very autonomous about booking and looking into possible dates to book. I actually almost use simplybook.it every day and really like it! Thank you very much :)

it is a little complicated, as you can change 3 different time schedules, I always need some time to understand the system again, when I want to change something.
I would love to have a feature, where my customers could see the dates that have been booked already (for example in a grey colour, so that they can see, what would have been possible to book on that very day). Things that could also be improved:

Regarding your comment on how we show the unavailable dates, then you are right that we do not differentiate between booked slots and slots which are not available if the business is closed. We will put that idea into the suggestion box.

I can happily say that we have an admin app in production now which will enable you to manage the most used functions in the app. Thanks for the comment on the German translations, we will look into that.

Great for Small Businesses who are growing

With simplybook.me I can move appointments around easily and not have a paper schedule that looks a mess. I can easily see if I've reached my maximum clients for that day with one quick glace, so I don't over book myself. And I color code my clients if they showed up or not and I can just look for "no show" or "late cancel" or "inclement weather" patterns.

Vorteile

I found it super easy to learn how to use. I love the e-mail reminders. That was one of my main draws to it. Not only does it e-mail my clients, but it e-mails me too so I can remember to leave the house on time. Because of the emails as well, my "No Shows", or "late cancels" have reduced. There is a less chance of "oops I forgot!". I also like that I can access my clients info in case of a snow storm and I need to call to check in on them or tell them I can't get into the office.

Nachteile

There isn't a lot I don't like about the program. If I accidentally hit the "back" button, it'll take me out of the program, but that's user error really.

Excellent value and availability.

Value for our usage.

Vorteile

Excellent value compared to other products. Very good feature pricing structure. Support is immediate through chat and they are excellent. Lots of flexibility with services and statuses.

Nachteile

Lacks basic refinements such as; page navigation difficult at times as windows are off screen or covered by a pop up, not possible to delay notification emails/SMS messages when creating an appointment leading to multiple sent when mistakes corrected, no easy and clear way to enter and view worker off time as only visible on provider view.

In terms of the notifications then what you can do is to go to "Email and SMS (text messages) settings" and just uncheck that an e mail will be sent out, save settings, go and change/create the booking without sending any notification and then go back to "Email and SMS (text messages) settings" and check it again.

Easy to use, good customer support when needed.

Vorteile

I like it because it is easy to use for my team and on the other hand for our customers as well. The software is reliable and in case u need some help, there is the live chat, that is very responsive and helpful. In general, it is very easy to work with.

Nachteile

The only thing that my team is (was) missing is the app, that got out of service. But we got used to login through the webpage and it works great.

Once it's set up its functionality is great

There are so many custom features of SMB that we really, really like and don't plan to change programs. Customer support is also AMAZING. Responsive, clear, friendly, Knowledgeable and live support has been quick. Very impressive.

Vorteile

It just works. In over two years it has never had a glitch or caused us any problems.
SBM is very customizable and has a lot of helpful add-on features. There how-to videos for every process that are clear and easy to follow (and they are needed).
It program works GREAT once it is set up.

Nachteile

It is challenging to set up the calendar for our needs since we have service providers set up by the language the speak and not individual people. Making that match the services time slots has been hard. It took one staff person two weeks of full time work to set it up the first time.
Making schedule changes hasn't been easy but the new Add note/Block time feature is helping a lot.

Good overall - improvement needed

Overalls experience is good.

Vorteile

It is a very simple scheduling site. Not many customer don't know how to navigate around the site.

Nachteile

The system has little niggle points that need improving such as drop downs for quantities/options where at the moment single widgets can only be selected. My business sometimes multiple events are needes but simply book it only allows the customer to book one event at a time, can be frustrating to the customer and also coats me extra with having 2 transactions.

Simplybook Review

Overall I'm happy with the platform's functionality, but the customer service you advertise is nonexistent.

Vorteile

The unlimited number of service providers and services.

Nachteile

1) The limitation of a single company time zone. This does not work for decentralized teams working out of multiple locations. Some of us use the calendar integration as a work-around, but having to localize our availability is a huge headache.
2) I have used the pop up box on the Simplybook website to engage the "almost 24/7 support" a number of times. There is never anyone on chat, so I end up sending an email message. To date, I have not gotten a single response.

Regarding the time zone,bigger companies are using separate sub systems for each location making the time zone issue manageable. For those using one system only, this can be problematic, you are right about that.

We take our customer support service very seriously and would really like it if you could send me the email that you sent to our chat, or your login name so that we can find your communication with our support. Our customer support is online 21 hours during the working days and always respond asap and if not on duty then they do reply to emails asap as well. We have never heard about anyone not getting a prompt reply.

A HUGE help for me

MUCH easier to get things scheduled with clients

Vorteile

The instant integration with Google Calendar, and the flexibility. It was easy to set up and effortless to maintain.

Nachteile

Somehow, some people get confused by the UX and try to adjust for my time zone unnecessarily.

My only feature request: The ability to add a list of available appointment times directly into a Gmail email, so people could schedule from within my email.

Pas possible de voir le montant de taxes facturées!!!

Nachteile

Il n'est pas possible d'isoler le montant de taxes facturées dans les rapports. Impossible de savoir combien de taxes on doit remettre au gouvernement! Le service à la clientèle s'en fou complètement et m'a envoyé promener. Ce ne sont pas tout les produits qui son taxables pour notre cas et donc nous ne pouvons pas simplement recalculer les taxes sur le total vendu taxes incluses... C'est une fonction qui devrait venir avec tout système de facturation de pouvoir isoler les taxes facturées. Très décevant.

First time user of SimplyBook.Me

From beginning to end my experience has been excellent.

Vorteile

This software was really easy to use.
On first reading, I couldn't really believe that it would deliver everything I wanted - but it does and so much more too.
[ Sensitive Content ], the support manager I had was excellent. I paid for the initial set-up and am so glad I did as it was well worth it. The premium package is excellent and will make enormous difference to how we manage all of our events.

I haven't found any negatives yet - everything seems to be exactly what I was looking for.

SimplyBookMe is Simply The Best

Vorteile

I have used this software for close to 5 years and it's still simply the best in the industry for my needs. There are plenty of scheduling solutions out there but this platform is easy and flexible and consistent. I have never had a problem with implimentation and the developers are SO accessible that even if I did, they would be right on a solution. They are constantly adding value for the user and this value translates into satisfaction in our client's experience. Value for the cost is the best perk. You would be hard pressed to find another product that does as much for as little.

Nachteile

One limitation is the lack of a merge feature. Because users input their data anew, there is the potential to have multiple entries for the same client in the client database.

In terms of merging the clients then what you can do is to define in settings what makes a client unique, an email address or phone number. Then if you define it´s an e mail address, you can change the email address to the same address of the same clients and then in fact they merge. I agree it would be great to have a simpler solution for that, but this workaround should work though.

First Class

The main benefit is worldwide access to the diary, notifications are great and Income has grown substantially.

Vorteile

I have been a client of Simplybook for over 10 years, first in my role as a Golf Coach, and now I run my wife's online diary via Simplybook. The system has grown and grown, expanding its features and make the system more and more user friendly. What I like about Simplybook is, if you have a question they are very quick to respond.
The software is pretty simple to use, I can control my own diary online and reach out to clients from many countries. I offer telephone readings and simply book has allowed my business to flourish. Thank you Simplybook.

Nachteile

There's not a lot I don't like about the system, the have been issues, that always get resolved. I personally would say there are too many features, but you don't have to use them.

Timezone Confusions!

I like it in theory, but we've found better results with traditional pen and paper. Personally, I'm above average when it comes to understanding technology, so to me, this site seems pretty easy to use. However I've found older folks who really struggle with online registration, especially compared to traditional pen & paper signup.

Vorteile

I like that I can mostly do what I want. The software doesn't exactly line up with my business model, but I have found enough ways modify my setup to get the results I need. However, I have found that traditional pen and paper results in better results in regards to scheduling.

Nachteile

The timezones are confusing. My company travels to locations in many different timezones for photoshoot appointments. We've found in some trips where the location is in a different timezone than our headquarters, clients will book with the wrong timezone. When we set up the appointment schedule, we have also found the timezones confusing because we always have to adjust in our heads the time. If we live in Central time and our clients/location are in Eastern Time, we shouldn't have to set up the Eastern Time Zone by using Central Time Zone as the base. When clients get reminders, they should get reminders in the proper timezone. To make it easier, we should have the option to turn timezones off. If we set up an open calendar from 3:00pm-9:00pm, it shouldn't matter what timezone we are in since both our people and the clients are experiencing the same time. There is never a time when it would matter what the timezones are.

Regarding the timezones then the system automatically suggests the correcting timezone and then the client is asked to verify that. If they verify correctly then there should not be any problem, however if they change it to your timezone or any other for that matter then there will be a confusion.

Les ressources des paramètres pour les logiciels de patients en ligne à distances par les clients ne sont pas mis à jour et sont inutilisables, il n’y a que paypal qui fonctionne apparemment . Il manque peut-être la possibilité d’intégrer une boutique en ligne

Simply does the job we need

Simple to setup and lots of customisation , so many add ons that I have not yet tried. Great value for money

Vorteile

I have set up the online ticket booking for some events we are running in December.
I looked at all kinds of event software but they did not deliver exactly what we required for our tasks.
Due to current limitations we needed tickets that staggered start times accross 5 days.

I had previously used the software for a photography business and it worked perfect for that task so I knew my way around the software and configured it to meet our event needs.

Nachteile

I found I was unable to resent a confirmation email to a client, may be me, but I could not find a way through their booking to resend so had to PDF print their ticket and send via normal email. (not the end of the world but an inconvenience)

Regarding your comment then we recently added to "Ticket report" the possibility to resend a ticket, so you should be able to use that going forward if you need to resend a ticket to a client.

I really love all the Integration and Custom features that are available.

It allows me to free up my time to do my teaching and follow up with students. No need to make scheduling in my time.

Vorteile

Every SimplyBook.me plan includes an unlimited number of service providers, services, and clients. Pricing is based on number of bookings and number of chosen custom features. This enables you to start using the service even if you are only starting out building your business, without restricting the way your business is structured.

Nachteile

I would love to see them add the Thai language. Also if they could provide integration with the Zoom video conferencing platform then that would be really great. Most of my students are Thai at the beginner level and also we use Zoom which is the best video conferencing platform just like Simplybook.me is the best.

Works Well, but not my favorite

Overall I would definitely recommend testing their demos to see if these would meet your needs, but this product wasn't for me ultimately due to the views being so long and the options looking the same from page to page.

Vorteile

This was an ok product to use, but we ended up going with a different software ultimately. The tile photo look just really made every page look the same to me. The plus sides about this product: there are multiple pricing options to choose from, and also multiple templates you can use. A unique feature of SimplyBook.me is that you can test drive demos for bookings or navigation, so it helps to see how the themes can look and how the bookings can be made. I think for things such as events, services for rental like tech assistance, or rentals, this would be a fabulous option. I did like that the pricing options include which ones are most popular with their audience and which features are included or not included in each of the options.

Nachteile

I was not a big fan of the calendar views on some of the themes. Take the "BLUR" demo for example. It seems like a LOT of clicking to get to where you need to go. Granted, there are many options for booking within the flight demo, but it seems like every page you click to looks the same and has long views which I do not personally like for accessibility reasons.

Perfect booking and calender management software with website integration

Vorteile

I'm using simplybook.me since over one year and I'm very satisfied. It does everything I need and is simply to use. My colleges and me, we're using simplybook.me every day. Until now, we had zero error and everything worked properly.

I love the website integration and the beautiful design. There are hundreds of features and functions that make a all in one perfect experience.

Nachteile

Everything is perfect! There are no disadvantages at all.

Room for Improvement, automation and streamlining

It's great overall, but there are somethings that could be better for sure.

Vorteile

It's simple to use, and efficient but could be better in terms of automation.

Nachteile

Hard to see each individual client info when we have 50+ booked onto one day of an event.

With regards to the reports then we are working on improving them, but for you to see all clients for one event you should be able to go into Booking detail report, get the report there, use filters to see all attendees for one specific events.

Poorly designed

Vorteile

It does work and is mostly reliable with regard to what people book is booked.

Nachteile

The Main issue is that the booking system is provider based and not date and time based. Really frustrating for many users who have fed back that you first have to choose a provider BEFORE a date and time, so if the provider is full, they have to reverse out and try another and another and another ........ until they find one who has a day and time they want - and if the particular time is not suitable, they have to try all over again. As a clinic organiser with multiple providers and multiple days and times, it is a nightmare because users simply give up and you end up with unbooked treatments - so I have to go and chase up with users and send more invites to try to cover the left over hard to find treatments. THIS COULD ALL BE SOLVED by being able to select date and time first then the providers would come up who are available on that date and time -its really a no brainer I have found with another booking system but I am tied by my college which has decided to use simplybook.me

Perfect solution to book interviews with Busy Artists!

I needed some way to 'book' interviews with an online calendar. I found Sinply Book It, and even though this system can be used for an organization for many employees and is almost too much for my needs, - It is also SIMPLE! It works the best of anything i have tried to use in the past. It makes my and business the 'professional edge'. I would NOT have been able to put together a website or page that gives me what I should have to look professional! It was easy to setup and now all i have to do is send a link inviting someone to be interviewed and they can book the time time at their convenience! No back and forth phone calls and confusion! To my surprise once an apptmnt is booked the software sends out a confirmation to the client and it also lets me know there is a booking! And it sends out a reminder to both of us the day before!

Support has been quick and they have been wonderful! What is amazing is that at this time I have the free version since there is only me and the interviews are by invitation only!

However, I realize that I can use this same software for 'other' type of bookings, perhaps business consultations. I can breakdown my 'service' into different Products and the built in system will let me charge and collect! I love using this program, and i love the confidence it gives me when i send the link out to folks to book a time for their interview. I cannot speak highly enough about using this program and how clever it is, reasonably priced, and how awesome the ease of use and the flexibility to be used by an organization of 1 to organizations with multiple products and multiple employess who each need their own calendar to book their services!

I am so thankful to have found this program, and I highly recommend it to anyone who books appointments! It is incredibly professional and even more than that - it is Practical and Time Saving ... takes one bit of ongoing chaos Out of my life!

I have a video blog called 'Behind the Groove Interviews' with Elizabeth Tubbs ... i invite wonderful indie artists, - singers, musicians, artists to be interviewed by me> Ha ha ha - their constantly changing bookings, schedules, and touring - is like trying to book a mirage. It is a relief to them and time saving for me to send a link they can refer to when convenient!

It also reaffirms what i am all about to them when they get to my Simply book it website! So wonderfully professional.

Perfect for health clinics

As a massage therapist and naturopath, I've been using the free version of SimplyBook.me as I have under 50 bookings per month.
It suits my purposes very well, and I'm very happy with it.

Vorteile

I love no longer needing to play phone tag with clients- they can book online at any time of the day or night.
It's easy to use.

Nachteile

Sometimes clients don't read the reminder email properly which says it's from a no reply address; and reply to it to cancel appointments.
I don't receive these emails, and on a few occasions it has resulted in no shows at my end.

I wish it had an easy integration with Zoom.
