Nachteile
Price is really it, but the power of the service is well worth it. Deeper slack integration for on the go support (when no one is "physically online" would be great. Or settings business hours where someone will respond.

Vorteile
We enjoyed the simplicity of integrating it and using it. The Userlike Chat function has made meeting our customers on a more personal level easier. It also helps that we have great tools to choose from when it comes to how to approach the visitors on our website. The no nonsense approach Userlike has is very satisfying.
Nachteile
When we update the proactive function(behaviour function) it takes a minute or so before it gets updated, but this is on very rare occasions.

Easy to use and and really supportive customer support
It is almost one year I work with you tool, first as an agent and then as an "admin".
I must say I am really satisfied, I like the tool itself (easy to use and space for customisation) but I want to underline the excellent support. I often ask you guys questions via chat and I always receive a fast ans qualitative support. Well done guys and thanks!

The software is easy to set up and the operation is intuitive. All tutorials are quickly understood and implemented.
Nachteile
I would like to have a browser add-in so that you do not always have to open the chat panel explicitly in a tab.

Great functionality, easy to use and very good availability.
Vorteile
It gives you a very fast and nice way to interact with your customers. Setting it up and binding it into your site is easy and looks professional. It's cool to have a lot of add-on possibilities to combine userlike with other tools you use. (We for example use JIRA and have integrated Userlike)
Nachteile
The binding of JIRA to Userlike is tough to configure for my subjective feeling. But as far as this works its a great help.

This app is easy to set up and use. Right the first day we had a couple of sales that were made over the chat.
I very much like the customization options and the fact that you can upload the company logo in the chat window and the operator pictures, you can make it more your own than other solutions out there.

Great live chat with fantastic pricing, there is a start up plan for young, new companies also.
Vorteile
Answerbot is calling his humans is a very sweet way to start a conversation and may end up disarming or cheering up a frustrated customer. The design is comfortable and inviting.
Nachteile
There is no way to tell customers that chats are "usually handled within x minutes" or "there are x customers in front of you".

That a chat can be installed without a fee and very easily. We included it into our jimdo cms and we had no issues.
Nachteile
That the programm has problems to recognize a website visitor. The time is very delayed so the user has already left the site. Furthermore, we cannot read the chat (when we were absent) afterwards, as this is a premium function.

We are using userlike since a month now. All in all we are very satisfied with it. Open questions are very quickly answered by the customer service. The only little criticism I have, is that we had to talk in english, instead of german.
