Nice Software
Userlike is a great onsite chat software. It is easy to implement and to use. The direct communication with users raises our conversion rate. The service is great, we get answers within a few hours.

I find that the chat is easy to use and navigate around the different tabs. I have only used it for around one week however, it is a straight forward system and I do not have any problems using it.

I'm currently trialing Userlike and literally believe it to be the best of it's kind on the web. Based on price, functionality and customer service in comparison to others I have used.

Vorteile
Nice design, availability of many features, the possibility to scale with teams, the possibility to customise fonts and colours.
Nachteile
The setup is not intuitive enough and doesn't align well with my needs (chatting without opening a browser, forcing user registration through chat butler when offline.

I like the useability most, it´s also easy to set up which allows to run your chat within minutes. Furthermore it has possibility of customizing.
Nachteile
We had to adapt our word press theme to make the offline form working. After that it was running without any problems.

More customization for mobile view. And we need a mobile app. Also need a place to store a common user question so that we dont have to type it over and over to same some time.

I can set up my own Macros. It is way easier to reponse the customer fast.
Even i can forward them to a Website I like to.
Nachteile
I get only a Sound notification. If i dont hear it, the customer leave.
A notification on tab would be really nice.
Or a app for this would be realy nice.

The Setup and Use of Userlike went very quick, their default settings in German are great and the makro funktionality works well. All in all exactly what we needed.

We just started using it. But it seems easy to use. Staff is helpfull and we get emails with reminders about certain features.
Nachteile
Integration with whatts app is quite difficult. We are still working on that one. But we that in every chatprogram, so thats something common.
