Zapier is well known and has the most API support of the workflow tools out there. It's hard to find a application that doesn't utilize their service, which is awesome.

The UI is clean and easy to navigate.

Lots of overpromise as a "do everything tool" to justify the price. Often run into issues where the tool I need is in Zapier, but the functionality of the API just isn't there to support the need. This isn't entirely their fault managing so many third parties, however it is a common problem that weakens their value prop against other competitor tools.

However still plenty of instances where they absolutely are the best option.

I love that we are able to automate small tasks that can quickly build up to time-consuming machines. We use Zapier to automate our social media, run reports, manage our to do lists, manage our calendars and so much more!

The setup can get confusing, as there is an integration for just about everything. Finding a way to make it all flow smoothly and correctly can be time consuming, but it’s time that is necessary. One mistake can lead to a process bottleneck.

Zapier did take some getting used to, but since I've been a user years ago, they've made it easier than ever to connect everything and get going. Specifically with their new AI capabilities you just write in the workflow you want to happen, then Zapier will fill in the steps for you. All you need to do is connect your accounts, it's great.

YouTube channel to talk to my Facebook business page. I get my CRM platform to talk to my ESP. So many different uses for this software.

Because of this there is a learning curve with using Zapier. That being said it's the most essential tool of its kind to connect all your apps and data together.

Great product that is easy to use. It is a general standard for a lot of online services to link into Zapier, where you can then link out to other services. It makes API use simple and understandable for non-tech users.

The pricing model of the recent increase is a drastic move from the previous model. To go from £16 to £200 a month is a jump I can't afford. I now use direct API access or alternatives and have closed my Zapier account.

First of all, features like task management...workflow config....built very nicely by the Zapier team ..really helped me to ease my work..as it gets hectic for me sometimes,,,using Zapier from last year found it amazing....task management feature helps in automating my workflow and easy to customize with their editor tool...workflow config..helped to perfectly manage other sites as well without traditional coding ways(boring sometimes) ...had saved my money little bit...Different from other Sites giving same service's..their's a alot of features useful Its real-time notifications are good..Dashboard true user friendly...and other ones i haven't used very much..

It is easy to use and track down were a task failed because of there history record for each individual Zap. The history feature is one of the primary things that makes Zapiers Low Code so appealing. Zapier highlights in red where the task fail, which removes most of the most difficult aspect of coding, debugging.

The new tables feature is still very limited. There are several lookup options, and data entry options that would give it more use cases. There is also no way to contact support quickly if you loose access to your account. They have no phone support and all email support takes about 24 hours.

I have been using Zapier for a while now and I can say that it saves more time than any other tool I use ever will. Having your workflows connected is a must if you work with more than a few processes. Not only that, with the most recent update managing your zaps became way easier as you can now see the entire workflow by zooming out, and also the ramifications and paths.

The learning curve until you master Zapier to the point where you can create any workflow and integrate it with any tools is quite steep. Pricing is also quite high, but again, if you have enough processes to handle, it is definitely worth it.
