Their pricing is rather high. Today, when there are several competitors out there, pricing becomes a big issue.

Zapier makes creating cases and intake cases from online referral forms seamless. Integration between FormSite and Casebook is easily managed and was very easy to set up. The dashboard makes zap creations extremely simple once linked with the two sources.

Adding the field "race" to the zap connection between casebook and other platforms.

I love the fact that it has so many apps that you can intergrate for your business and make the process automated its a must have for any business owner.

What I like the most is how easy it is to automate tasks without the need to know how to program. With its intuitive and friendly interface, it allows me to create personalized workflows in a matter of minutes and I also see the number of web applications with which it integrates, which is awesome, this allows me to connect all my tools and systems in one place. I also love that it offers collaboration and security features, allowing me to work together with my team and have full control over my company's automations.

Nachteile

I have experienced some difficulties configuring certain more complex integrations and although it offers extensive documentation and support, at times I would have liked a more intuitive interface to perform these more advanced configurations.

Zapier has a professional and user-friendly interface to integrate things. It's probably the only one platform that you can find anything around it without having to code or do anything extra.

Their pricing is a bit tricky, since there are different things, zaps, tasks, etc.and the other thing is sometimes the testing process takes time or fails, but it could something else.

It connects with a lot of tools which makes automation between tools more accessible. It is moderately easy to set up but could be easier - which is probably why they've now introduced templates. I also love the run history so you can retrace each task and work out what's gone wrong (or gone well)I've found their support team great as well.

The cost is quite high - especially if you only need it for one thing. If it supports all your business automations them it's justifiable.

My favorite thing of Zapier is that it hells you with repetitive task and routines doing them automatically which leaves you with more time to focus on other stuff. It manages to get rid of manual data entry

I'm on the free version, too, which really makes Zapier well worth the price. I'd pay for it if I had to.At my last job, we paid for Zapier because it was an integral part of our workflows. Whenever we finished an article, we had a zap that would change the status of that article from "Writing" to "Editing." And then automatically message the editors channel with the details of our article. We also used a Zap to update from editing to revisions. And then revisions to copyediting. And then finally to delivering the article to customers through email.It's a really good piece of software. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save time by automating their workflows.

For example, Facebook forms collects data from prospects and Zapier helps to link that information into a Google Sheet, creating an automatic filling and our clients are having live updates.

It might take a lot of time at first, specially if you have never used this kind of platforms. Configuring, testing, finding what went wrong in case it's not working... in general, learning to get the best out of Zapier might not be so joyful for those who are kind of impacient.

Even your emails can be automated to be integrated into your task manager. You can take data and convert it into a comprehensive to-do list. I've personally utilized work flow in Excel and Google Sheets – the list goes on. Given its extensive capabilities and the incredible time-saving.

Highly likely that if, at first, you sign up thinking you’ll use Zapier to connect X with Y, in time you’ll diversify a lot. With so many options, would be a pity not to.

You need to take some time to read and understand how and when are the tasks counted, so you’d be aware of the usage. Especially if you are an admin. It is not super complicated, but don’t assume you know it beforehand.
