Zapier's automated workflows (the "Zaps") really do all the work, connecting most of our apps, APIs and business processes together. I love how easy it's been for our teams to set up webs of interlaced programs that work seamlessly together. The ability to make multi-step "Zaps" has been especially interesting to learn about.

Nothing I can think of at the moment, but I imagine as we delve into future expansions on this platform, we might run into things that will take getting adjusting to.

I have been using Zapier for years now and it has always worked great. This software has generally been a good experience for me. Zapier strives to provide a user-friendly experience, making it relatively easy for users like me to create automation workflows without requiring extensive technical skills or coding knowledge.

What I like least about this is the pricing and cost. The paid plans, especially for higher usage or advanced features, can be relatively expensive, which might not be cost-effective for individuals or small businesses owner like me.

Creating a Zap is straightforward and relieves much of the everyday work of planning meetings and transmitting or confirming data, letting users to instantly connect several systems together. It saves time through automation and is simple to use. It is also information security friendly and can be utilized on a variety of platforms. We were able to automate Salesforce, ActionNetwork, Slack, Email, and Airtable; it's an essential tool for more complex automation (beyond native Airtable automation, for example), and I particularly like the simplicity of debugging with the Zap feature History.

Nachteile

Some app endpoints are quite restrictive, requiring you to construct a Zap for each piece or account you wish to automate; for those automations, we still have to write bespoke code. But what truly irritates me about Zapier is how pricey it is in comparison to its competitors, and customization options can often be limited within the connections.

The setup can get confusing, as there is an integration for just about everything. Finding a way to make it all flow smoothly and correctly can be time consuming, but it’s time that is necessary. One mistake can lead to a process bottleneck.

At first, I was a bit intimidated to use Zapier. I thought the tech was beyond me, but I tried it, and now I cannot imagine my business without it. Zapier is easy and intuitive to use. Every step to setting up your Zaps is clear and easy to follow. I love being able to test my Zaps and then knowing I no longer have to worry about the tasks. I set it and forget it. Zapier works seamlessly!

Simple and easy to set up. Biggest App integration library and pre-built workflow customisation options. Zapiers also helps us build complex workflows, approval workflows within our accounting verticle, document management and sometimes lead/client management.

Due to the volume of configurability, it at times can feel a little overwhelming – especially to those who aren't as tech savvy. Not a huge amount of support available for guidance either, google is your friend.

The way Zapier manages and enforces api versioning. If you publish an update to an app, you declare what kind of changes you made, so users will be able to auto-update without breaking changes, or manually update and reconfigure.

The lack of flexibility. If you want to parse a response as a collection when it returns a json object, you need to write JS code to do that. But then - you still can't get paging to work. They only read the first page and that's it. A response like { items: [...], after: "token", before: "token" } could not be used. APIs need to be very simple in order to implement in Zapier.

Zapier is clear and simple to use. It requires all of the necessary data fields for a task, while offering additional ones as options. It is easy to use and track down were a task failed because of there history record for each individual Zap. The history feature is one of the primary things that makes Zapiers Low Code so appealing. Zapier highlights in red where the task fail, which removes most of the most difficult aspect of coding, debugging.

The new tables feature is still very limited. There are several lookup options, and data entry options that would give it more use cases. There is also no way to contact support quickly if you loose access to your account. They have no phone support and all email support takes about 24 hours.

First of all, features like task management...workflow config....built very nicely by the Zapier team ..really helped me to ease my work..as it gets hectic for me sometimes,,,using Zapier from last year found it amazing....task management feature helps in automating my workflow and easy to customize with their editor tool...workflow config..helped to perfectly manage other sites as well without traditional coding ways(boring sometimes) ...had saved my money little bit...Different from other Sites giving same service's..their's a alot of features useful Its real-time notifications are good..Dashboard true user friendly...and other ones i haven't used very much..

There support team sometimes take long time to solve issues...but its okay...Real time notifications should needed improvements in future for better bonding between team .... Dashboard can be more easy to understand for new users..

I have been using Zapier for a while now and I can say that it saves more time than any other tool I use ever will. Having your workflows connected is a must if you work with more than a few processes. Not only that, with the most recent update managing your zaps became way easier as you can now see the entire workflow by zooming out, and also the ramifications and paths.

The learning curve until you master Zapier to the point where you can create any workflow and integrate it with any tools is quite steep. Pricing is also quite high, but again, if you have enough processes to handle, it is definitely worth it.
