Nifty Automation
I picked up Zapier to integrate a bit with Workbooks CRM
Vorteile
This is the first automation software I've used and it was relatively simple to get used to. From there I could really expand and get creative with it
Nachteile
I inevitably often end up wanting to do something this software isn't capable of, either because it doesn't link with the software I want to involve or, if it does link, it can't do exactly what I need

I've beem using Zapier along with my PT website for over a year
Vorteile
Zapier is great! I am totally not tech savvy and it's been easy and quick to link all my different software to my fitness website for easy funnel processing. I was doing everything manually before and it was taking forever. Zapier has sabee me time and headaches.
Nachteile
I like the free version best of course (ha) but have grown and now need to start paying for Zaps. It's not that big of a deal but it's the only con I can think of.

Not too bad, does what it says but still needs further integrations
Vorteile
Ease of integration between google sheets and Pipedrive. Very simple to set up and automate leads into the CRM
Nachteile
Some of the rules just weren’t flexible enough to deliver full integration. Only certain fields in Pipedrive could be automatically populated

Definitely starting the mental philosophy around zaps and how to get them to work efficiently, since I'm looking for other apps in the store can be a bit tough giving that some apps are related to certain things that their names may not reflect. That isn't their fault though

A great tool for automation
Vorteile
I love how Zapier creates a connection between many of my products. Now I can automatically post one image across all social media platforms. This saves a ton of time for me.
Nachteile
Building a zap can take pretty long. Though most of the time the zap you need will already be built. So I don't usually need to build zaps from scratch.

Impresive way to automate tasks
Vorteile
We needed a way to automate some data collection tasks and migrate that data to other platforms, more specifically between slack and google sheets.
Works like a charm. Easy to set up the trigger and actions.
Nachteile
More apps would be welcome, but I presume it's down also the actual app developers.
Some improvements in the speed of the data updates would be also welcome.

So useful for mailing lists and automated syncing processes.
I was able to sync my mailing lists far more easily.

It is synced to basically every email marketing tool there is out there! I thought It saves all the hassle from having to do it manually
Nachteile
It didnt originally work for me when i synced my mailchimp account to ticket tailor. But it did with Sending Blue.... it was being temperamental

It do its job
In the end, I think it is a good tool, it also has a free tier that helps you with a few of standard integrations
Vorteile
Zapier has good builtin integration and has an overall good performance with what they serve by default, as the slack integration
Nachteile
It becomes a mess when you try to implement a custom integration, you don't have so many options, and the few you have are also tricky to use

Automate with ease
I found it simple to do what I needed it to do.
Vorteile
It had the features we needed, which were the ability to delay actions based on a time count down and the ability to make an automated voice call.
Nachteile
I lost the ability to make voice calls on new zaps, but I was able to use it when using older ones. So I am unsure about the feature. But I can still use it for what I need.

Zapier has great customer service and products can integrate with hundreds of apps.
Vorteile
The Zapier software was great for integrating zoom and the MS stream software. It is full of other fully integrated software api's. It was also built into Zoom. It made things easy.
Nachteile
The Zapier suite was a little expensive for our needs. However i didnt have any choices to compare it too .

Great Product
I have solved a lot of issues with Zapier, one most importanty: I am able to spend more time on other duties rather than middle manning information with my team.
Vorteile
Creating integrations is a huge part of our business. It is so easy and effortless with Zapier.
Nachteile
I wish there was slightly more invasive capabilities as far as integrating with our CRM + a specific employees calendar and tasks.

Zapier used as Salesforce bridge
We are testing it on Sandbox to connect our website donation platform to our Salesforce CRM.
Vorteile
This software does so much, it can link your website donation portal to your CRM like SF. They also give you a nonprofit discount which is great.
Nachteile
It is not easy to implement and you need to hire a consultant who knows what they are doing. However it is still a great product.

Zapier is the easiest tool to integrate softwares together
Very good experience overall. I recommend it without hesitation.
Vorteile
I've used Integromat, now rebranded as "MAKE" and it was so complex to set up. With Zapier, it took me literally minutes to accomplish what I needed. The tool is very easy to use and setup.
Nachteile
I would say the fact that they have "Premium" apps that do not work under the free plan.

Great Product For Automating Tasks
It gives you lots of flexibility as well. We were using the Facebook Ads Leads with MySQL and Twilio, every time someone would fill one of our forms via Facebook ads, Zapier would send the leads to the SQL database and would send the user a SMS using Twilio.
Vorteile
Zapier is a great platform for automating tasks that before we would need to do by hand or that we would need to hire freelancers to come up with a solution that usually costs hundreds. Zapier has a great pricing and saves you a lot of time and money if they have the existing integration for the service you are looking to automate.
Nachteile
Overall it’s a great tool, don’t really have any cons, except they could add a few more new integrations, but I’m sure they are constantly adding new ones.

So many integrations, you can just about link up most apps to each other for complex workflows. Need an email digest of leads collected from your CRM entered in a google sheet spreadsheet, consider it done. You're limited by your imagination

An easy app to move your info from one place to another
Really great tool. I find myself going back to it whenever I need to move large chunks off data around quickly.
Vorteile
It made it easy to move data from one app to another. Particularly when clients were upgrading to new project management software. I could easily move there info from one system to another.

For a complete newbie there were sometimes glitches in the set up. But I eventually got it right.

One of the best tools that I have come across to integrate multiple systems/data sources. It is very intuitive and easy to set up Zaps in the system.
Nachteile
The only feedback, not a con, is that when there are any errors in the Zap, more details should be provided about the error. Currently, the details provided are at a very high level.

Vorteile
Easy to use and setup or test an API connection or application. Nice connector.
Nachteile
Routing/Zapier connections aren't as flexible as large CRM platforms - forced to push data in and out of systems vs. just in Zapier.
