This is a great tool if you have to manage multiple platforms. It allows you to manage all from one platform and so it is very convenient.

Nachteile

It is a basic tool, that doesn't offer much in terms of what can be posted on the platform. So while versatile, still somewhat limited.

The ability to have so many options with thousands of softwares to move data from one to another and do it automatically is amazing and a unrealized game changer.

For several softwares I setup it was more difficult to setup than they make it sound, but they are willing to help you on one for a free call the first time.

Huge range of compatible applications however the range of possibilities remains pretty limited. Sometimes disappointingly so.

That said there are many problems Zapier does solve well so I really can't complain.

Nothing cons about zapier only the data transfer speed should be faster.

So... yeah. Just... yeah. Zapier is so easy to use, so user friendly, so intuitive, and masterful at doing what it says it will do, which is automate your life by getting applications talking to each other. In the time I've been using it, I estimate that Zapier will go on to save hundreds of hours of work on mundane, boring, low value tasks. Plus, their company culture is great from what I've heard, and I feel happy using a product from a company that cares for their team.

So far - nothing. Mostly that I didn't buy it sooner.

The process of creating a Zap is very intuitive and easy to understand. The integration works across lots of different apps so the functionality is huge.

I don't have any particular complaints, there are occasionally specific things that I can't figure out how to do but might just be my lack of understanding rather than the software lacking anything.

I LOVE how many programs Zapier can work with. Every time I need to set one up I'm worried that it won't work this new ______, but it always does! I also love how much Zapier can do. Whenever I come up with a use I want to try, Zapier can do it.

I like this program because you can link your Google Form to a Google calendar and have it automatically enter your dates.

It's somewhat difficult to set up, but once you understand all of the columns, the program is set and works like a dream!

Bit fiddly, and sometimes makes it TOO easy to hook things up without actually considering what you are doing.

There are tons of applications which are able to link together through Zapier and this works very well in task automation, especially when it comes to Google docs and calendars etc. Have used it to save alot of time.

Some functions still too simple and basic for the linkages and not able to perform more complicated tasks. That being said, I do see improvements and additions to Zapier every week.
