ZeroBounce makes it simple to verify emails. I just drag and drop a list and they pretty much take care of everything else.

It took me a bit to get used to all of their terminology but once you understand their system it is really very helpful.

Feature request: While single emails can be checked, I want there to be a "mini batch" (being able to type 2 to 20 emails into a text box, one per line) and have it checked as if I'd uploaded a .csv.

It is fast, give me a lot of details that i did not have about addresses. Importing files is awesome, gave me a lot of options, and easy to use to determinate which column is what.

Interface to import emails from files was not easy to understand, it started a little bit confusing. After some times using it i got it.

ZeroBounce do exactly what they promise and filter all data as promised. They've helped us to filter down lists we've bought allowing us to easily identify poor quality records.

It's a shame they don't have UK servers as a lot of data providers insist you cannot upload data to servers outside of the UK

This software helped me take a list of 10k email addresses and reduce it to less than half. It identified all of the addresses that were no longer valid and helped me identify who to reach out to to get new email info.

The software can sometimes give a large list of unsure email addresses that will leave you with some of your own research to do.

There are no "cons" that I have encountered at all. The only thing that I dislike with email verification software is that it cannot verify some emails due to "greylisting". However this is not a knock against ZeroBounce, it is a industry-wide security measure.

ZeroBounce is affordable and easy to use. The main differentiator from its competitors is the more detailed breakdown of the reason why specific email is not valid.

The chance of emails belonging to a catch all (aka accept all) domain not being flagged as such is higher than other similar tools we have used.

The result of the email verification service are reliable. I didn't experience higher bounce rates than average when I launched the campaign.

More accurate in differentiating between catchall emails and truly valid emails. I am using ZB to clean my existing lists and to qualify any new leads going into my system. In terms of accuracy, I think I have just had one valid email that wasn't delivered.

Depending on the size of your list that is being uploaded, it can take a while for it to be validated, but given the accuracy of their system, it is worth it.

It isn't supported by all websites just yet and the Wordpress plugin is a bit hard to tackle by a beginner, but thankfully there are online tutorials on that.

Its really complete, I use it to de-dedup and verify some of my customer database during a migration and I was really pleased.

In our scenario the customer had a lot of invalid or made up emails just for testing, all of those were shown in a detailed excel report.

The resulting zip give you a few spreadsheets with all your emails categorized by catch-all, invalid, valid, etc.
Really simple.

The only glitch I found was in the web app checking for individual emails sometimes the process took a lot longer than expected.

This product works for companies with a database of very large contacts and perhaps many years old.

It helps to debug mail addresses that no longer exist, invalid, spam traps, zero bounce automatically.

I recommend it for companies with very large databases to start debugging them and thus improve their delivery rate.

If your contact database is already clean and your email campaigns have a high deliverability rate, you do not need to use this tool. There are other cheaper options that will allow you to create more beautiful emails.
