Email list was improved for better Marketing Campaigns
Before ZeroBounce we had a large list of email contacts, that was not efficient because it was tedious and costly to manage. ZeroBounce helped me filter out the relevant information and emails so that I need.
Vorteile
I was able to verify customers with Zero Bounce and have more effective campaigns. Not only has this saved me money in sending email marketing campaigns, it has made me money in getting my campaigns delivered to my customers inbox and generating more sales. I also liked the custom pricing where I can choose a package based on exactly what I need.
Nachteile
It is not the easiest software to use, however it is the best value out there.

Email Verification was easy to use
Vorteile
We've had our CRM for 20 years and had 15,000 email addresses to clean up. ZeroBounce was quick and easy to use. I appreciated knowing the different categories of why an email might not be valid (abuse, catchall, etc.)

I only had a positive experience and would highly recommend.

I loved zero bounce
I am reducing my bounce rate for my email campaigns. Zerobounce is the best in the market.
Vorteile
Very easy to use software for both single email and a list. And because of zero bounce our bounce rate went negligible.
Nachteile
I like everything that you offer. There is nothing that I didnt like for zero bounce.

Zero bounces (almost)
Good, I'd recommend it.
As I said, these guys are offering a simple to use and valuable service and they do a good job.
It's easy to use and very fast.
Vorteile
I think it's an honest solution run by professionals.
These days, if you want to run cold email, it would be very foolish not to validate those emails prior to use.
You really are asking for trouble if not.
Nachteile
Some invalid emails slipped through, but that's going to happen with any validation tool really.
2/ it's a bit expensive, which won't be an issue on smaller lists.
However, bear in mind that email marketing provides the best ROI out there for digital marketing spend.

Easy to use with quick results
Vorteile
We used ZeroBounce to identify some bad actors in our list. Delivery rates improved within a week. I'd say, it's well worth the investment.
Nachteile
I can't think of anything I like least about ZeroBounce. Honestly, there is nothing not to like! I'd highly recommend giving them a go. Success all starts with your list.

A cost effective way to scrub email lists to improve deliverability and lower negatice scores.

I like the tier system for pricing - the price is based on the number of email validations you carry out. One of the best features is the qualit score ZeroBounce assigns to each catch-all email address; you can then decide whether you want to email them or not.
Nachteile
ZeroBounce delivers what it says it delivers. Pleased with the accuracy levels so far, and it's hard to beat it on cost.

A real timesaver
Vorteile
I used Zerobounce to validate a list of emails I had purchased from a list broker.
Good thing I did because about 20% of the emails were not accurate and that would have really hurt our email reputation.

We recieved a list of nearly 100,000 emails that we needed to go through and sift out the ones that would bounce, the service was quick and easy to review. Even was able to help us get a partial reimbursement for the list that we had received.

Identify Invalid Email Addresses
We use an e-blast service. Even though it identifies and "washes" bounced email addresses, we noted our message opening rate was lower than we expected. We thought we'd try an independent email validation service to see if some of our organization members' email addresses were invalid. We identified about fifty out of 600. This will enable us to reach out to these members and obtain a current email address.

Easy to upload file of email addresses to validate. Quick processing. Ease of downloading spreadsheet of invalid email addresses for follow-up action.
Nachteile
Nothing. So far, so good! I've been pleased with the quick results.

too hard to upload large files and constant contact declined us.
none. The clean list was declined by constant contact.

After uploading the list of emails, we got back fast results. The control pane was good as well as the ability to download results.
Nachteile
had to break up my 250K into smaller files to update. Too much trouble. Then after getting only approved emails and uploading them into constant contact we were declined due to too many bad emails.

Nachteile
No complaints thus far. Uncertain how to manage spam objectors in the classification. Some of these are good customers and others are acquaintances that we have communicated with.

Vorteile
I use ZB for check incoming mail from lead generation. Very useful tool if you want to have always a clean list of email.
Nachteile
Very easy integration with the autoresponder tool trough the API.

Easier than I Expected
I was called a day after purchasing it, and I was promised extra credits, but I'm not confident I ever got them. Otherwise he was very helpful and friendly, and it was nice to hear from a real human for a change.
Vorteile
I like the fact that the questionable or bad emails are filtered into understandable categories, and that so far the only issues I've had with sending them is a few same-recipient/different address emails going out.
Nachteile
I do wish that it would check for duplicate recipients.

Good value for money
We are regularly doing surveys with thousands of respondents contacted in email campaingns. Bounce rates have damaged our domain's reputation in the past, and ZeroBounce helps to deal with this problem now. The delivery rates increased very significantly after we started using it.
Vorteile
We have explored several options before going for ZeroBounce and we haven't regretted. Very good value for money, excellent support, eagerly answering all of our questions.
Nachteile
Have not noticed any cons yet. Hope it stays like this.

Using Zerobounce for occasional list we have been provided was very useful and quick
A quick and smooth verification of my lists.
Vorteile
Mostly easy to use and seems accurate, I never had issue after using my verified list with Zerobounce and customer support was always super helpful and quick.
Nachteile
Sometimes wait time to proceed the list was not very easy to find out but most of the time it never goes longer that 30mins. Think about refreshing!
