My only con is probably my own fault, but I was out of the country and forgot to pay my dues and my website was shut down and my url was purchased. I would recommend to stay on top of your account.

I really think this is a good way to learn how to set up an online business if you are trying to set up an online store it gives you your domain name. It also has its own web page templates in different styles for easy organization it also let's you set up a customers preferred way of paying it organizes all your inventory in a beautiful layout appealing and easy for customers to view. It is the easy for almost anyone who would like to start their own online business. Plus it has customer service that helps you right away and is very knowledgeable to any questions you may have.

The price is very expensive and you have to buy your own domain name you can purchase one and make yearly payments I don't believe they have flat rate to own your websites domain name for life. Everything has a price for the website, domain, phone number if you need your own 1800 number.

First of all, its price is reasonable, and the support by chat or phone is great. The team members are very nice and helpful, and always solve your doubts and issues that you may have with the site. Also the video tutorial are very useful and easy to follow their instructions.

The value for the money for the beginning e-commerce/store package was hard to pass up. It was a basic user interface but easy to use. We produced a new website to sell our excess inventory with a landing page and we were up and running very quickly. Customer support was available 24/7 and was not hard to reach via phone, email, or chat with prompt follow-ups.

The more robust of a platform or the more features you would like to utilize, the more the price goes up. The interface is very rigid and the options are limited for the entry-level model.

Easy to setup: I bought my first domain from GoDaddy just because it was very popular at the moment. The prices are very low at the beginning but increase after your first purchase. It is very to easy to get the domain you like and setup it. They also offer Hosting and email services.

Customer service: It looks like being most popular domain seller is not a good thing sometimes. That was the sole reason for me to switch to Hover. Customer service gets bit lower quality with this much customers.

We used a different website builder, that went out of business, so we switched to GoDaddy. It was easy to navigate to create our site.

I feel it is expensive, compared to what we were paying. Also, after we set up on site we received at least 20 soliciting phone calls every day until we signed up for the security feature, which is extra money.

I don't like to be harsh, but of all the paid services to build a website godaddy is not one I would ever choose. In the past encountering organizations using this builder I just immediately recommend not using it. I'm sure it's probably gotten a bit better and you can surely make a website, but it was clunky, limited, juvenile design options.

It made the process of making a website very easy and allowed us to grab the most out of the process and make a cool and modern looking website. A ton of features that you’ll never use all of them, a must have for any small business.

Email software is really annoying and does not load ever. I am not the only one who thinks this. I do not think they have this business down to a t. They really need to work out the kinks, it is not even that affordable with all the temptation out there. Really wish I didn't use them.

I LOVE the ease of use, the many, many features, and the end result was gorgeous for the Facelift. I've given up my position and the new web administrator has not kept it up, which is a bit infuriating.

The customer service is not great. We bought the a Facelift, a package where web builders re-design your website. I believe most are from India and there is some problems with communication. However, after going back and forth 10+ times, I finally got the results I wanted. I wanted added features and they obliged. Normally they just redesign what you have.

I have many products with godaddy platform and renews at different periods of years. As some products are on auto-renewal, they won’t ping me informing that my product will be auto-renewing on ‘this’ date. Because there are some products that I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal. I wish they should give a email before proceeding to auto-renewal. Indeed they are having best service.
