Initially I found the design and building tools lacking compared to competitors, but their recent evolution has been a huge improvement. Similar, if not easier than others. Maybe the best thing is that this is integrated with the well-known domain purchasing and management site so integrates well. Customer service has been helpful.

Their website is super simple to navigate around the community of users is so large that it helps to google if you're having an issue because normally answers will be available. Their support is also really great because they offer a live chat on their site and (spoiler alert!) I think it's even a real person and not a bot behind that chat.

Hosting prices can be a deterrent but in terms of domain purchasing, they own the marketing. So much so that I really can't think of anywhere else to purchase!
