One of the best CRM systems I have ever used

The best feature for me is being able to service my clients this app has the best customer management features I have seen, I have on my mobile and work desk top so I can basically monitor my business from everywhere.

I just wish I had a way of emailing my clients directly from the app, that word make it way easier.

Overall I believe it is a good tool but there are other options out there today (January 2nd 2024) that offer the same if not better application at a lower cost with no annual committments

Quite possibly the best out there - and they know it
really like the product, intuitive and easy to use, just does all the things that I want and it does them well - but expect to pay for those features as it is certainly at the top end of pricing!

it's very simple (ish) to setup and use on a daily basis, and as long as your subscription covers the features you are looking for it does everything you might want

but you will have to pay for those features, and obviously there is functionality that is going to cost more

Great CRM if you've got big pockets
I love the product but the pricing hinders you from using its true potential, specially for early stage startups.

It's a little on the expensive side. Initial setup takes in depth understanding of Hubspot works. But once you've set it up, its a bliss.

Hubspot CRM - A Powerful Yet Simple CRM
Vorteile
What I liked most about Hubspot CRM is how intuitive and easy to use it is. The interface is clean, modern, and visually appealing. It doesn't feel cluttered or overwhelming like some other CRM platforms. Even with all of its powerful features, Hubspot has done a great job at keeping things simple and user-friendly. Another major pro is the wide range of tools and integrations that come with Hubspot CRM. From email marketing to meetings scheduling, it has everything you need to manage the entire customer lifecycle. And with hundreds of app integrations, you can connect Hubspot to your other critical business systems with ease. This level of connectivity is superb.
Nachteile
One slight downside is that the free version of Hubspot CRM has a lot of limitations that do not seem important on first hand; but are essential. Still, overall, even the free plan is quite fully featured for smaller businesses. The premium paid plans unlock more advanced functionality, but of course come at a significant added cost.

Hubspot: keeps track of our leads!
We are able to remember all the contacts we make and we needed one spot to do this. And we share it. My sales manager uses it too.

We like entering all the leads we meet at trade shows. Gives us one place where we store all the info and allows us to see our communications with them.
Nachteile
Sadly I think I may be missing out on some of the features, I need to take a deeper look at this.

It was ok we were able to add some additional features to make our workflow easier. However there’s still seems to be quite a bit of redundancy

It was inexpensive and has some features that we were interested in using it does feel clunky at times and we have to use many clicks to get a task done

I’m speaking from an end user perspective we used it and it was not a good experience. However I don’t know of too many CRM projects that are good

Hubspot CRM is a value part of our sales and marketing. The features helps with every step I recommend Hubspot to anyone. They even have a free feature to help you understand how it works. The money spent on this program is worth it.

My team has been using Hubspot for year. Hubspot makes finding qualified leads easier. The features help with every step in the sales pipeline. Lead capture, email marketing, engament tracking, and intergrateing it with my team was a snap.
Nachteile
Maybe little more calling prospect time. However this is still not bad but couod be improved.

HubSpot is a valuable tool for the Marketing department.
When I first started my job I took many of the HubSpot Academy courses, which was similar to taking an online marketing course in college. This helped me to gain an understanding of the software. With HubSpot we are able to easily monitor leads throughout the buyer's journey, as they move down the funnel. We can keep track of all of our tasks and deadlines, and provide content to our viewers.
Vorteile
HubSpot is great because it's an all-inclusive software for our marketing needs. We use HubSpot for all of our emails, blogs, and landing pages. The Workflows tool allows us to easily track lead engagement. We're able to manage and track our marketing efforts like never before. I find HubSpot much easier to use than WordPress, where our website is hosted. Possibly the best part of using HubSpot is the customer support! At times the wait can be long, but I always reach an actual person, and they are so helpful and nice! If they don't know how to do something they always look into it and get back to you via email. They're lifesavers!
Nachteile
The software can do so much that there is still a lot to learn. When creating contacts HubSpot has a tendency to fill in the missing information with what it can find on the internet, which is not always accurate. Sometimes there are features I would like to use that HubSpot doesn't have, like it only allows one level of progressive profiling in forms, and one level of subtasks in Projects. Sometimes the Design Manager and Page Editor can be difficult to work with.

HubSpot Makes Selling and Collaboration Easy!
Great so far! Has increased collaboration and touch points of leads and accounts due to ease of use and accessibility to all users.
Vorteile
I love that the CRM comes free with any of the other resources. I originally purchases the sales engagement package and storing and sending emails and templates from outlook is so easy, and makes it easy to collaborate and get feedback from others. The CRM is easy to use and I love that it has a Persona section, this is the new way marketing and sales are headed.
Nachteile
Sometimes the add-in causes my outlook to crash. This may be an issue with my computer or the program. The customer care also is not good for my subscription, only chat no phone.

Awesome CRM for Small Business
Overall good experience with lots of features that I use to keep track of different lists of contacts and touch points.
Vorteile
Easy to import contacts and create lists based on type of contact or type of connection. I like using this feature for organizing my contacts. I also like that I can add other users so that I can see the chronological timeline of all contact points without having to interact with the employee. Able to send emails out to specific lists easily and quickly.
Nachteile
Challenging to use at first and I had to google a lot to figure out how to use all the features. Issues with importing and not seeing all of the information but was about to troubleshoot on my own. Not super intuitive to start out.

Best CRM for multiple reasons!
Hubspot has made it very easy to store all patient information into one system so that it is easy accessible when we need to provide information to insurance companies, the supplier, or just to follow up with patients. My team has learned to use Hubspot quickly and it's very efficient for us.
Vorteile
Hubspot is very user friendly. It also has multiple options to set reminders to follow up with patients, insurance companies, etc. It is very easy to upload all files to each patient and the files are easily accessible to other users that need the information.
Nachteile
The only issue I had was merging files together, however, after reaching out to customer service, the issue was quickly resolved.

I love this product. There is personalization, segmentation, automation, workflows and list creation and so much more.

HubSpot's CRM is an intuitive, comprehensive solution to seeing all of your data in one place. You can automate and personalize emails, create deals to track sales cycle and revenue, set reminders for when you need to reach out to someone next. If you follow the procedure, there is great transparency for your team.
Nachteile
The CRM can feel overwhelming at times. If you have a large team utilizing the software, it's crucial that all team members use the system the same way, lest someone forget to log a task and multiple people wind up sending communications to the same person- this annoys and confuses your customers and prospects!

Vorteile
Being apart of a growing company, Hubspot is great for a small team as well as one that may be experiencing growing pains. It's extremely user-friendly & intuitive.
Nachteile
There are a couple issues that could be fine-tuned (additional filters or a way to add customized filters would be amazing).
My biggest gripe is that there isn't an option to auto-enroll contacts into a sequence & you are required to click through each client.

More efficient than salesforce
Vorteile
There are only 2 CRM's worth using one is Salesforce the other is Hubspot. I have used both and have spent months comparing the two in a previous organization. It's clear to me that Hubpsot is superior in terms of learning curve, setup time, ease of customization. It also doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
Nachteile
It would be nice if there were more integrations in the app store, but I'm sure that'll take time.

Lots of Amazing Features
I used this to record and track my leads from the time I got them through the process of nurturing them. It made it very easy to see where people were in the life cycle and freed me from relying on spreadsheets to keep track.

Great to start with, but I now use Zoho CRM.

Practical software for CRM management. It is very easy to use and there isn't a huge learning curve for new users switching from another software.

Not as good as Zoho CRM for cost. Zoho CRM includes more options and more complete CRM tools.

Hubspot is a nice platform to keep contacts, although there are some limitations (at least for...
I work with Hubspot at least once a week, and right now I feel more comfortable using it. But I would say it takes up a large percentage of my time when I do use it (mainly for updating clients).
Vorteile
I like that Hubspot is pretty easy to use and intuitive- it's simple to find a client or more by searching for them or using filters (geographic location, date of onboarding, activity status).
Nachteile
Unfortunately, there are some categories within Hubspot that I feel are not accurate when updates happen. I am not even sure if this is a flaw of Hubspot or simply the team from my organization that inputs the data... But when I search for a client, there may be erroneous information attributed to the client, and ofttimes this has to be updated manually.

Free CRM which has enough functionality to power a start-up. Vast amount of material available online to help a business customise HubSpot to suit its needs and plenty of integrations available to connect as your business grows. The support available as we onboarded was fantastic and helped us achieve a return on our investment into the premium areas.
Nachteile
The sheer quantity of topics covered in the library appeared daunting at first, but asking for guidance from the onboarding specialist for those in the team who were motivated to learn alleviated this issue.

HubSpot is for you!
I think HubSpot is great solution for small companies or startup companies. You don't have to pay anything and you have software. With other softwares if you don't pay you loose all your data that you uploaded.
Vorteile
It is easy to see prospects and lead profiles to see how they react to emails, phone calls...
There is a lot of the key features, but for me personaly is that you start for free.
Nachteile
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable. On the other side we need to repeat the steps because, I believe, bugs would prevent to save our data.

If you're using HubSpot strictly for its automation features, then this is definitely the right software for you. It's fairly easy to use and I enjoy all of the analytics and other things that it provides. Will use it in the future.
Nachteile
If you're not savvy when it comes to these types of softwares, it WILL be difficult to use. Otherwise, I don't have many complaints, because once you understand it, you can't really live without it!

Great for organization
overall i have had a great experiance with hubspot, they recently added options to help get rid of duplicates and it is super easy to use and clean up your whole CRM.

I love that i have all of my marketing, sales, and website hosting all in one place. I can also track the analytics right from hubspot as well.

There needs to be more options to build reports. like secondary info tracked on top of the original info we had.

This is a great product for keeping track of client onboarding!
Overall HubSpot has increased my efficiency and workflow for tracking and onboarding clients as well as closing them out. I appreciate the reminders HubSpot sends when I need to complete a follow up or action. I would recommend this to any therapist looking to cutdown on to-do lists and to make onboarding an easier process.
Vorteile
I use this software to track the status of potential clients as well as to manage and track onboarding tasks. I love that I customize so much of this platform to my specific practice needs and steps for onboarding. HubSpot has allowed me to drastically reduce my use of to-do lists and sticky notes because I am now able to have everything centrally located in HubSpot!
Nachteile
It took me a while to get used to the interface and navigating the features most relevant to my needs. Once I got it down though it's been easy to navigate and allowed my to be more efficient in my processes for onboarding.

Easy to use, very customizable, great support
It's easy to use, easy to train others how to use, and easy to integrate.
Vorteile
It's intuitive and easy to learn how to use. It's also incredibly customizable - setting up a net new integration with a third-party vendor was practically painless.
Nachteile
Their email creation tool is great, however, it can't import custom fonts to help keep messages aligned with branding.

HubSpot has made the marketing experience incredible
I have been using HubSpot for over a year now - when I originally started using HubSpot it was with my company, a young start-up company where me and one other person made up the entire marketing team. We were able to exist, and thrive, with only 2 people doing marketing because HubSpot made it so easy. Being able to create, alter, and send out emails, blogs, social media posts, etc from one central spot has been great. Instead of bouncing around from Mail Chimp, to Twitter, to Wordpress, we can do it all from HubSpot.
Vorteile
My favorite part of HubSpot is how connected everything is. I can keep the voice of the company and the content the same across various different platforms. Also - the customer service is always great.
Nachteile
The only con for some looking would be that the price is definitely expensive. While I do think it's worth it for something like this - it might be too large of a cost for a very new company to take on.

Vorteile
- Email tracking and follow up. Great to see when people open your email and how effective it is.
- Automatically building in company information. Example - description, year founded, approx. # of employees
- Connectivity to Gmail
- Analytics and tracking of emails
Excellent customer support and learning opportunities.
Nachteile
- It is difficult to edit contacts on the site. If you need to edit a group of contacts you need to download the spreadsheet, edit, and re-upload
- It is freemium. They are going to charge you for the features you want and need.

Effective CRM tool
Vorteile
I needed a platform that allows me to track multiple clients and keep detailed notes, emails, and conversations and this does that
Nachteile
Some of the notifications are a little over kill, but I guess more is better than none!

Free CRM With The Power of a Paid Service
Awesome easy to use CRM. Sleek and up-to-date design. Very user friendly. It gets the job done.

I love that the CRM is free and easy to use system. It does all the things that I needed it for. Contacts and other information.
Nachteile
It really does not have all the features of a paid service, but it doesn't matter. Contacts, layout and the easy to use software. I have no cons.

Dashboards
I'm using a lot, and I thing it's really good, improving each day. I guess if could integrate with data studio (google, for example), or more dashboards analysis tools, could be amazing.
Vorteile
It's easy to work with it, you can understand a lot alone.
Nachteile
You can do basic graphics, and I know it's not the most important thing in Hubspot, but could be great inlcude "average compairing" and "tendency line" options (just an idea, but how many simple analysis tools could plus there)

Great CRM
Easy to organize all contacts and track follow up, easy to use with other employees to organize follow up and contacts without having to talk directly to the other person.
Vorteile
Easy to use and lots of features, such as creating different lists to organize where you get leads from and if you want to retarget them later or upload to FB ads to create look-alike audience.
Nachteile
A little challenging to use at first so I needed to do some extra googling to find where I enter info and how to utilize different features. I also always feel like I’m finding a new way to do things that make it easier but it is not very intuitive to start out.

Changed The Way I Sell Forever!
We have increased our sales by at least 30% just from using Hubspot.
Vorteile
Amazingly easy to use.
Many features to help move along the sales process like email sequences and templates.
Being able to see when a customer opens an email is a game changer.
I love being able to see all of the Activity log in a scroll-able timeline to easily know what was communicated to the customer last.
Nachteile
The mobile app needs a little work, but I can tell it's getting better every day. Seems like every time I log in from the road the app seems to more closely resemble the desktop version.
