As a Design company we need to download many files from the internet and AVG can scan the files for us for any potential malwares and threats, and we have got many malwares which have been eliminated by AVG protecting our system.

One of the major drawbacks of the Antivirus is it makes the computer somewhat slow. We have experienced this in many other previous versions of AVG as well. We have 32GB of RAM, latest intel processor, RTX graphics card, plenty of storage, but we cannot figure out why when we turn real time protection on in AVG the computer starts to lag.

The biggest con to AVG internet security is the annoying ads they run for you to purchase upgrades or extension software upgrades, such as AVG PC TuneUp. They ask me all the time if I want to fix my performance issues (which, I have none, by the way) and would honestly love it if they stopped soliciting me. I already have their software. Geez. Other than that--it does exactly what it's supposed to do: keep you protected.

Ho notato che ogni scansione o anche la protezione in tempo reale rilevasse falsi positivi, anche con il PC in uso ha restrizioni con impossibilità di installare software e di navigare su siti web sconosciuti, comunque diceva che era stato rilevato un malware, premetto che la fonte del file proveniva da un'email affidabile per questo ha causato disagio cancellando il file che intendevo aprire, è stato messo subito in quarantena.

There is only a few cons I see to using AVG for business and one of the main ones is the cost and the business edition is especially high. I get the occasional false positives that require manual intervention. It’s a slight learning curve compared to other anti virus I’ve tried in the past. The restrict some of the advanced features to higher-tier plans which is a bit frustrating but it isn’t necessary to have those features to be protected.
