Der E-Mail-Dienst von Google zeichnet sich für mich persönlich durch seine Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Effizienz aus. Mit einem großzügigen kostenlosen Speicherplatz und einer leistungsstarken Suchfunktion, die das Auffinden von E-Mails zum Kinderspiel macht, setzt meiner Meinung nach GMail Maßstäbe in Sachen Zugänglichkeit und Komfort. Die Integration mit anderen Google-Diensten wie Google Drive und Google Kalender sorgt für eine nahtlose Arbeit, die meine Produktivität steigert.

Nachteile

Bisher bin ich mit Gmail rundum zufrieden und kann daher nichts Negatives berichten.

- Apps überall verfügbar und auch Einbindung in z.B. Apple Mail einfach möglich

Nachteile

- Gmail Adressen wirken meistens etwas wenig professionell
- Man muss immer ganzes Google Konto neu erstellen

Vorteile

Ich benutze die G-Suite seit circa 5 Jahren und finde sie von der UI eine 10/10. Ich sehe hier absolut keine Nachteile und kann jedem einfach nur empfehlen es kostenlos zu testen.

Nachteile

Ich kann nicht gegen die G-Suite sagen - Sie funktioniert immer - Bin seit 5 Jahren konstant zufrieden - Viel besser als Outlook ;) Da ich da auch mal Erfahrungen gesammelt habe - Outlooks UI ist nicht so gut und das Interface gefällt mir da auch nicht.

Vorteile

Gmail muss man nicht herunterladen, sondern man kann es direkt im Browser benutzen. Was mir auch sehr wichtig ist. Des weiteren hat Gmail ein wunderschönes Design.

Nachteile

Leider kann man in der Browserversion (soweit ich weiß) keine anderen Emails als @gmail.com hinzufügen (vielleicht @google-mail.com noch).

Die Vorteile bei G-mail ist der einfache und simple Aufbau. Es ist alles sehr übersichtlich! Und man hat einen sehr hohen Speicher.

Sicherlich hat jeder mehr als ein Gmail-Konto und ich bin einer von ihnen. Es ist wirklich eine große zu verwalten, die Dateien Ordner und für geschäftliche Zwecke.Die Verwaltung meines persönlichen E-Mail-Kontos ist wirklich einfach, da ich es von meinem Smartphone aus nutzen kann. Gmail hat auch eine gute Erkennungsrate für Spam-E-Mails, und ich muss meinen Spam-Posteingang fast nicht mehr überprüfen, da sie wirklich gut zwischen legitimen und Spam-E-Mails unterscheiden können.

Nachteile

es hat keine großen Nachteile, viele nicht abonnierte Mails bekommen wir als Marketing Mails. Manchmal lädt es sehr spät und nicht in der Lage, Mails in der Zeit zu erhalten.

Vorteile

Man kann sich mit mehreren Konten synchronisieren. Kann die Labels selbst sortieren.

Eigentlich kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen,da ich im ganzen mit der App zufrieden bin.

Ich habe Gmail im Laufe der Jahre viele Male privat und geschäftlich genutzt. Ich denke, das ist die beste Software für Mail aller Zeiten! Allein die Benachrichtigungen in meiner E-Mail sind großartig. Lassen Sie sich schnell und einfach über jede Nachricht benachrichtigen. Außerdem können sie einfach in Ordnern sortiert werden. Auch finde ich die Sicherheit sehr hoch. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Nachteile

Manchmal verschwinden die älteren Nachrichten. Ich finde das nicht interessant. Auch finde ich Speicherkapazität.

Vorteile

GMail zählt für mich nicht nur zu den besten, sondern auch zu den sichersten Mail-Providern auf dem Markt. Die Nutzung ist äußert intuitiv, Mails lassen sich über Filter und Suche hervorragend finden und auch die Mobile App ist perfekt. Zudem ist es noch komplett kostenlos. Ich nutze zusätzlich noch einen anderen Provider, aber Google hat hier meiner Meinung nach einfach das Beste rausgeholt. Besser geht nicht!

Nachteile

Nichts! Ich bin restlos zufrieden und habe nichts an GMail auszusetzen. Mir fällt auch keine Funktion ein, die ich vermissen würde.

Its very easy to use and understand for people of all ages . it has excellent spam detection and filtering capabilities due to which we don't have to worry about unnecessary emails coming from people or companies which are not genuine . it also has a powerful search engine to find emails which we received a long time ago but forgot to read.

i hate that sometimes it misclassifies important emails as fraud or spam and there is limited storage space for free users . the interface is also a bit clunky and can get overwhelming .

Gmail is really easy to use, it offers the ability flag, sort, etc. The ability to sort out the bulk of the promotional email makes reviewing new mail much quicker.

I get too much email!! That aside there are ways to bulk delete gmail which work very well to get rid of the junk.

I hate the war between Gmail and other email providers, how they flag each other's emails as risky, displaying security warnings and requiring further confirmations to share and download files or display images.

My work emails are easily readable, easily Retrievable, and the follow up reminders that are integrated within the app is genius!

The app sometimes doesn’t show new notifications from recipients responding to my initial email, & often the only way to know if your recipient responded back, is to actually click on my initial email to see the entire correspondence.
Thankfully however, the follow up reminders Integrated within this platform, prevent those unnoticed responses from falling through the cracks.

The follow up reminders Integrated within the app are also only provided within a 3 to 5 day range — therefore if awaiting in immediate response, I often have to click on the entire correspondence As needed, in case the recipient had already responded without being notified.

It would be fantastic if the app had integrated a one to two day follow up range instead of the 3 to 5, or to have the issue of the lack of prompt notifications be fixed.

Sometimes the 2FA was frustrating when I would change numbers or break a device and have no more access to it and would have to jump thru hoops to get in. But in all actuality that just means they are keeping your account secure.

I like the ease of the interface and the fact that I can have all of my emails in one place. I'm able to receive and send emails from my AOL account as well as my Hotmail account by using Gmail. I love that everything seems to be up-to-date at all times & I actually receive email notifications throughout the day on my phone.

The only con I can think of is that sometimes Gmail does not filter out the spam emails the way that I feel it should.

I've been using this email platform since it was created when you had to be invited to use it. Back then it was surprising how fast it loaded because others failed in that regard. I like the intuitive nature of Gmail. I like that it allows me to sort find and organize my emails into folders or star emails I want to access quickly. It also has a strong spam filter if you take the time to set it up properly, it eliminates junk with ease.

Nachteile

There's not a lot of space for storage now that Google has combined all your storage into the workspace software, so you have to stay on top of reducing storage.

Spam mail. Sometimes you get things sent to your spam mail that are important, and sometimes, things that are obviously spam get sent directly to you.

What I miss the most are the options to create custom filtered categories of emails. The ones available by default are rudimentary and do not do the best job at creating custom filters.

Gmail is incredibly user-friendly, with an very easy to use interface that makes managing emails butter smooth . The spam filters and also ad filtering with labels is very effective, keeping my inbox clean and organized. Integration with other Google services like Google Drive and Google Calendar is seamless, which enhanced my productivity.

Gmail is great! It is linked to the rest of my google space so all stored in the same place. Can select multiple emails to then mark as read. It puts the emails into different categories for me e.g promotions, primary etc. I find this helpful.

La divisione automatica in Principale, Promozioni e Social mi aiuta a non avere una casella piena di pubblicità, e la funzione di ricerca è potentissima: posso trovare un’email di anni fa semplicemente ricordandomi una parola chiave.
Uso molto Google Drive, Calendar e Meet, quindi avere tutto collegato mi fa risparmiare tempo. Allegare file da Drive è comodissimo, e gli eventi di lavoro finiscono automaticamente nel calendario.
Il filtro antispam è uno dei migliori in circolazione. Mi arrivano pochissime email indesiderate rispetto ad altre caselle email che ho usato in passato.
Il completamento automatico quando scrivo un’email è più utile di quanto pensassi, e la possibilità di annullare l’invio (anche solo per pochi secondi) mi ha salvato più di una volta.

Nachteile

Ogni tanto email importanti finiscono in “Promozioni” o “Spam”, e se non ci faccio caso potrei perdermi cose serie.
Sembrano tanti, ma vengono condivisi con Google Drive e Google Foto. Dopo un po’, lo spazio finisce e tocca cancellare vecchie email o pagare per più memoria.
So bene che Gmail legge (automaticamente) le mie email per offrirmi funzioni smart e annunci personalizzati. Non mi dà troppo fastidio, ma è una cosa da tenere in considerazione.

I appreciate this product's flexibility. Gmail is highly recognizable, familiar, and popular within several community organizations with which my company interacts. Another compelling feature is the ability to create email subfolders, which keep me organized and assist with email searches. The features within the search bar are fantastic as well.

For some reason, my Gmail account has experienced several glitches recently, which required me to restart my email to resolve.
