Shaniel, thanks for taking time to post this review for us! Regarding carry over of personal days, Built for Teams CAN do that but it sounds like your account administrators have chosen to not allow it. Bummer!

For each type of time off (vacation, personal, etc.) the administrators can configure a bunch of settings including whether or not carry over is allowed at the end of the year.

Feel free to ask your account administrators if they'd like to allow carry over of personal days. Built for Teams can do it if they choose to allow it!
