Tracking leaves, project planning are well designed.

Nachteile

Extremely cumbersome to fill timesheets. Having to click to edit each entry is like so 20th century! You guys need to really up your game. Why not let tab button/arrows help navigate between entries?

It does provide good generalist data on how human resources are spent across different similarly priced projects

Nachteile

You cannot force people to use it correctly and a lot of people management goes into gathering accurate data. Because of this data is not as accurate as could be useful. Or is inaccurately applied as gospel which is does not accurately reflect reality. Also the data can be easily manipulated.

We have been using Hub Planner to manage our technical project teams’ resources for over 1 year. We have found it easy to setup new projects and assign and reassign resources. Project managers and engineers are able to easily see who is working where and create reports and view overview resource details in the dashboards.

Could be easier to assign different colours to booking categories

Hub planner is the best time reporting system I've used. Forecasted project assignment makes it very straightforward and the interface is good. I've had limited exposure to the reporting side but I can see the assignments of myself and my team easily.

Sometimes hard to see comments around task detail with the hover-over.

The tool itself provides an intuitive set of reporting tools and visuals on our team. In addition to the native tools the read and write API makes decision making possible across platforms.

Some of the permissions could be bifurcated further into "edit" and "view" buckets. A marginal increase in baseline environment configurations could go a long way.

This software is relatively easy to use, although sometimes there are minor glitches. Allows TEAM and Company calendar to be viewed along with manpower needs for upcoming projects in a single location which is nice.

Once a request for scheduling is submitted, there are no options to edit.

As a user, it is great that you can be assigned to a project and it already show up on your time sheet. Using other tools I have had to lookup my project every week. Pre-allocated time makes it easy to get caught up if you are behind.

Getting into the habit of doing it is hard. I'm looking forward to the Slack reminders such that I can more accurately track my time with weekly reminders.

I use it for logging time and bookings hours on projects. Logging my time is generally pretty easy, but it does take me 15-20 minutes each week to log my time.

Scheduling projects is generally easy but some of the nomenclature between project, event, booking, can be confusing. Does not always give confirmation when you make a booking so it is not always super intuitive

I have a new mac air, and it makes it really difficult to run a meeting while projecting because not everything fits on the screen.

A someone who has only been using this software for a couple of weeks I have found that I have adapted to using it very quickly. It has also allowed me greater insights to what the team are working on and allows quicker connection points between projects to stop duplicate working.

I use this for scheduling time for each day to demonstrate how long I spend on each activity/ project. This is useful for management to see expected timing/real timing, and show any issues or divergence between the two. I personally find it simple to use and appreciate how useful this is for my company.
