Great multi-channel outreach tool for recruiting firms
Been with Outplay for a few years and love how they continue to evolve the product. Support Team is really responsive.
Vorteile
Outplay helps us to maintain our outreach cadence through email, LinkedIn, text and calls. Sequences are really easy to build. Love how it integrates with Crelate for a consolidated view of our interactions.
Nachteile
While there are still enhancements they can make, it is a powerful tool for our firm.

Vorteile
We have been using tools like Outreach, Reply.io, and a few other tools for sales outreach. We then purchased OutplayHQ. We couldn’t have been happier. Their support team is so awesome that it’s superior to some of the enterprise software products we purchased for more than $30K to $50K per year. They’re super helpful, and will even go out of their call of duty to make sure you’re super successful.
They have also been continuously improving their product. In the last 2 years since I started using their product, they have added dozens of new features, and several integrations. For instance, we use Hubspot for marketing automation. It integrates seamlessly with Hubspot, and keep things sync’ed well.
Overall, I would give them a A+, and I wish I could rate them higher. Keep up the good work, Outplay team.
Nachteile
Nothing really. If I must pick one, I wish they allowed more email addresses for each user's account.

Great value for small start up!
Great! I'd highly recommend for any small start up that is looking for a great email sequencer!
Vorteile
I enjoyed how easy it was to use when it came to building sequences. The analytics were also very helpful too. The Outplay team were also a highlight, they were easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable.
Nachteile
It was a bit tricky at first to figure out how it connected with Pipedrive, however Outplay's service team was fantastic to work with.

Outplay Revire
Overall it is a pleasant experience. I would recommend the product if I had someone who needed it.

The thing I like most about the software is their customer support and ease of use for most features. Their support team is really good at answering questions.
Nachteile
As with all software related services there is a fair learning curve associated with it.

Easy to Use Sales Engagement
Vorteile
The Outplay platform was quick and easy to deploy and begin using. The onboarding experience and implementation were simple, quick, and effective for us. From day one, the team was eager to help us through a number of concerns and issues. Even when issues occurred the team quickly addressed the issues to help find customized solutions for our team.
As a sales engagement tool, Outplay has created an easy-to-navigate UX. The platform was intuitive to use from the start with easy-to-use templated processes.
Nachteile
We need more robust reporting that we were not able to get from Outplay.

From Free Trial to Commission
I started a Free Trial and was impressed enough to sign up as a full client with Outplay. I think that probably speaks for itself. However, it is early days and I am still new to the system - but with the support of the team I am sure that I will remain a customer for a long time

I use the sequencing feature as this helps me to reach out to potential clients with personalised introductions and follow ups.
Nachteile
It has taken a bit of trial and error to get things right, but the support that I received from the team - especially [sensitive content hidden] has been invaluable and I am now on-track.

Outplay takes the guess work out of follow up
Vorteile
I love the "set it and forget it" style. A lot of our standardized follow ups can now be automated and leaves little room for things slipping through the cracks.
Nachteile
Seems like on occasion the emails from outplay get stuck in spam filters when individual emails get through.

Great product
The team at Outplay is very responsive when you have questions as well.
Vorteile
This is a solid product for keeping in front of your customers and potential new clients. I love that it also fully integrates with our ATS.
Nachteile
It takes some effort to get it set up but once you have that, it's simple.
