Gutes Produkt, schnell integriert
Vorteile
Wir haben uns für Ilert entschieden, da die Integration in bestehende Alarmierungen über den Versand von Mails sehr einfach ist. Die Multi-Chanel Alarmierung über Anruf, Mail oder WhatsApp hat uns überzeugt. Der erste Prozess war nach 10 Minuten eingerichtet und funktionsfähig.
Nachteile
Wie immer sind für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen wie uns die Zahlungsmethoden (nicht auf Rechnung) und die Datenschutzbestimmungen die größte Hürde. Funktional keine Beschwerden.

iLert - Powerful tool to level up your support easily
Vorteile
Introducing iLert into existing Tooling around Monitoring was very easy. We needed no adaption at all, our systems could be connected to any needed system quite easily. Moreover we searched and found our On-Duty scheduling options in iLert: Easy, flexible & straight forward.
Nachteile
Hardly anything I could think of besides the richness of features - which was not really an issue for us as iLert provides everything we need and more.

No complaints
Fantastic, had an issue near the start with getting it to sync with a program we use but after reaching out to the support team got it fixed that same day.
Vorteile
It does everything it says it would and makes it all very simple and easy to give to a new hire without confusion. Keep everything in line great and works wonders for our on call rotation.
Nachteile
Not enough frogs, only members will understand.

Feature options help a lot
Currently iLert has been a great help at quickly responding to issues with my clients sites even when our own internal monitoring tools are delayed.
Vorteile
Notifications coming from AWS as well as our internal monitoring systems
Nachteile
We could not find a connection option to HubSpot.

iLert is without alternative in on-time notifications
From installation until today iLert worked without any problems. Particularly the coecistence with Nagios XI works flawlessly
Vorteile
In iLert it is easy to handle, creating escalation chains, so that every notification reaches the perfect team on time.
Nachteile
Actually there is nothing to criticize. iLert delivers exactly what I need for supporting our customers.

Nice cheap clean Alert programm
Nice and automatic and great fast responding support
Vorteile
The surfaces or dashboard are very clean and tidy so everything is clear to use and you get want you very fast
Nachteile
not so much. Sometime whne using the App, the alarms in the push notification is not the same as the last one sned in the app

Chosen as a new paging system for On Call Teams
Overall the experience with this new system have been very positive. The support received from the team at iLert has been excellent. Very helpful and quick to respond.We were looking to replace our paging system, and have found iLert to be able to handle our requirements and provide more options for proactive monitoring being fed into On Call Teams.
Vorteile
Very easy to schedule different teams. Tailored towards incident management, rather than just being a generic paging system.Clear and easy app for users to view their calendar and to make short notice swaps within the team.Additional monitors that can feed into the on call team, not solely used for customer support requests. Enables proactive monitoring to be addressed in real time for non critical systems as well.
Nachteile
All options from the top level subscription should be available as Add On services like the Uptime Monitors.We do not need to move to the higher subscription for its core features, but would like to utilise the additional functionality. EG Status Pages

Fire and reliable
We use it for automatic callouts for operating our customer environments and a lot of them are very important for our customers as they operate around the world
Vorteile
We are very dependend on this product as we providing 24/7 support to our customers. iLert in the past 9 years never faild or had an outage. Result: you install it once, configure it to your needs and you never have to bother about it!
Nachteile

Phone alerting tool - Easy to set up and use
Vorteile
The alerts were configured and phone calls were received in a couple of minutes after the account was enabled. The tools works reliable since the beginning.
Nachteile
Until now there were no problems with the website or the alerts.
