What I like most about WebinarGeek is that it has a lot of different functionalities that I can use. It really caters to what I want to be able to provide the people who are watching my webinars.

What I liked least is that it takes a while to get accustomed to everything. There are so many functionalities, which is nice, but it takes some time to get used to using it and to be fluent in it.

The software is easy to use even for someone who is not set up a webinar before. But I particularly like is the level of customer service and the interaction between webinar geek and their customers, it's for first class

It's very intuitive to get started and set up your webinars step by step. Also I love the fact that when I give the same webinar again I simply add a date and don't need to set it up again, very convenient.

I'm still trying to find my way around the easiest way to read the webinar statistics. Everything is available though, reading statistics just doesn't come natural to me.

The only small detail is that there is quite a lot of space unused in a webinar. Maybe the layout could be used a little bit better and could look a bit nicer.

I most loved the ability to offer different views at different times, especially the ability to insert videos. The response rate of the team is insane (they have solved my problems 2 times, in less than 2 hours).

It is very easy to start working with webinargeek because it is web based. The registration process for your audience looks very slick once you customized the layout and picked the logo's you'd like to use. Also the statistics that are generated are very detailed. I think it is awesome you can make an on demand webinar (that is not live) and give the option to the person who watches to post a question as if it were live.

Nachteile

The only thing I do not like is that I cannot share my screen AND show my webcam at the same time to the audience.

The tools are very easy to handle and compared to other plattforms, there are many options for a great price.

There would be great, if there would be the possibility to use your own logo in die basic-version.

This software is alternative for our monthly lectures about Italian culture, history and life style. It is easy to use. Support via chat resp. e-mail is excellent: to the point, very fast and very helpful.

Nachteile

Conscription costs are fairly high since we only organise 1 lecture per month. For commercial use, we think this is a great tool, though.

Nog nooit webinars gegeven maar door de corona crisis toch op zoek gegaan naar een goed programma. Webinar Geek voldoet aan al de voorwaarden en is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk zodat er mee werken geen problemen geeft. Aanrader!!

I really like using Webinargeek. It's very customer friendly to use and it has all the features I would like to see in such a product. It's easy to adapt webinars to the look and feel that I would like to create and simple to upload slides that I like to use during my webinar. Also Costumer support is very helpful and friendly and I would definately recommend this product.
