Very good webinar tool!
Very good. When you have a question, the customer service responds very quickly!
Vorteile
It is easy to use and you have a lot of instruction pages and video tutorials. So you'll be ready for your first webinar in a short period! And you have many options to customize your webinar, which is very nice.
Nachteile
It would be easy when you can select for example your colors and logo and it will automatically be applied to e-mails, pages, etc.

Awsome application en easy to use
From the start the service was good we never had a doubt that the system would not work properly/

Webinargeek supply's not only te online environment but also al the communication. They supply de pre webinar mailing and post mailing. Al the Attendees automaticaly get a recording of the webinar.

Non that i can think of from service to technical support everything is wel arranged

A few viewers could not participate because of the mobile use. They had no sound while watching.

Overall a very good tool with an easy to use interface. Als the on-demand feature is a great add-on.

- When mutiple users are having mutiple seminars the interface with all the webinars is getting quite busy. I would like to see a single interface with my own webinars (those who come and those which has been done)

Easy to use, great functionalities
It is easy to use. Like the user interface. Quality is good. Like al the features. It is not time consuming to set up, which helps me to give more webinars.
Vorteile
I really like how it looks and how easy it is to set up and to use. Like that it is possible to record a webinar. Basically like everything about it.
Nachteile
The only thing I don't like is the monthly subscription. I use it monthly now, but would have loved the possibility to just use it a couple of times per year and pay per use. For instance to use it only 4 times a year for 100 attendees.

There are a lot of options to use. I have not used all of it yet. It looks professional too + good that we can choose our own colors and logo.

Very happy with the tool
Vorteile
Easy access, quick setup, the tool is easy to use, great support via online help center and live chat. Fast and effective response, always friendly and patient. Good value for money. Tool is in Dutch which I can appreciate a lot.
Nachteile
Missing break-out rooms and some features might get some extra possibility as it comes to easy setup. Sometimes just a little too basic.

Absolutely love it and since we started hosting our webinars, we got a lot of new clients.

It works as it should be, is not expensive compared to others and has the same or even more functionalities then others.
Nachteile
At this moment I do not know. The only thing was that I needed some extra time in the trial to set-up our webinar. But that was possible to extend for a week.

Fantastic customer service
Vorteile
I didn't need to use this software as much as I originally thought but I really enjoyed working with it when I did. It's easy to set up and has a very user-friendly interface. I was very impressed with their customer service - the live chat always responded instantly and all questions answered and if required the service agent delivered creative solutions within 12 hours.

I struggled for some time to connect my domain email address with the platform.

Beautiful Software. Geared towards Europe
The team there were prompt, polite and professional. If they were to make the software more UK friendly, it'd definitely be my first choice.
Vorteile
I recently found myself looking for a webinar tool, and WebinarGeek was the slickest and most impressive software when it came to actually delivering webinars.
Nachteile
The big problem I encountered is that, if you want to monetize your webinar, you need to quote in Euros, and payments are done through Mollie. I'm in the UK and so too are my customers, so not being able to quote in sterling was a problem. Also, integration with Stripe would also be great.

Easy and effective webinar tool
Vorteile
The tool has features to make a webinar personal and interactive. But what makes it easy to utilise them is the acamedy video's. If you never worked with a webinar tool it can be overwhelming. For me it was the first time but the video's and instructions gave me a clear idea of where to start and the support desk if good en fast. It makes it easy to set up a webinar in a way which helps you reach your goals.

In the beginning I had to get used to the menu structure. But now I know where to find everthing.

Vorteile
The software is extremely user-friendly and offers all the features you need to have a smooth-running webinar. You can integrate with Zapier to create whatever workflow you want. They offer a discount of their subscription for non-profit organizations.
Nachteile
So far,everything works as it should. I did notice there is no chat support on the weekends, which can be an inconvenience.

This is my first time setting up a webinar so I had some challenges, but the customer support was quick to help me.

The program is very intuitive and easy to setup.

They havn't launch the danish version yet and there are some text is not possible to change into danish.

Easy to work with
Vorteile
Due to COVID-19, my whole business model disappeared: doing workshops and training live in companies and venues. After trying other tools, I started with WebinarGeek just by watching the instruction videos. Step by step, I created my first three webinars. Using the tool live is great as well. The videos work well and so is PowerPoint in pdf.
Nachteile
It's more difficult to use polls. And I miss breakout-options, but nobody complained about it: so, enough interaction.

Easy to use software
I am really happy with WebinarGeek. New webinars are set-up really easily. Integrations with other software (e.g. ActiveCampaign) are helpful. The new features of special registration links, so that one can see from what source attendees are coming, adds to my level of happiness. :-)

Some of the help documents could be more dummy proof :-)

We learned how to use Webinargeek quite quickly. We present online Pubquiz with it and this works fine. Support is great, because they respond rapidly and are really helpful.

I like the way I can use PDF en music&movies into my webinar very easy.

As a buyer I didn't have a clue how much GB I would use. In the pricing this was a little bit confusing.

What amazing that you use webinars for online pub quizzes. Features like the video injection, poll, and quiz are great to use for it. We fully understand that the GB bandwidth part is a bit technical to understand. We decided to eliminate this as a part of the packages process. So now you do not have to worry about this anymore. Hi Marie-Chantal, thank you for the review. We're focussing on webinar software instead of a meeting tool. That is why the viewers are not able to speak via audio. Check our website for an article on the differences between these two and which one suits you best. To get more interaction you can take a look at the co-presenter option. At the moment that I am writing this, you can have a maximum of 2 co-presenters.

I'm happy that I used WEbinarGeek this first time!
Vorteile
The video's they display to help you set up your first webinar, are very helpful. I had a few problems (caused by my self) that were solved quickly.
Nachteile
it was a bit a struggle to find out during the webinar what exactly is shown to the audience in the chat and how to close that down so it would be more anonymus. I'm still looking for that option :)
And to discover all the options. When it is your first, there are so many settings to put right. Sometimes it was hard to find where I had set something that I wanted to change.

Very satisfied! Have been using the tools for organising webinars and it just works. Connected also via Zapier to my email marketing tool which is handy as well!

Some page are not fully customisable and a webinar set as automated need a vimeo account so the webinar starts automaticcaly for the viewer

Thanks for your review, Giuliano! Spotted in your Cons that you need Vimeo for automated webinars. Good to know that we have some other options for this as well. Like using a YouTube URL, MP4 link, or reusing a replay of previous live webinar. Keep an eye on our product updates to see if more options become available in the future.

Tot nu toe heb ik nog nooit software leuk gevonden. Ik wil een Webinar geven en hoop dat ik mijn frustraties met techniek te boven kom doordat jullie goed helpen :)... Want ik moet er echt mee aan de gang om mijn lijst te vergroten.

Easy to use!
It is a pleasant and easy working program. Definitely recommended if you regularly give webinars.
Vorteile
The program worked very easily and intuitively. I started with a free webinar making challenge in a two week free trial, so I learned easy and step by step what is important for making webinars. The outside, but also the inside.
Nachteile
The only thing that didn't work well was the evaluation form that you can add at the end of the webinar. I was unable to change the order of the questions and had to fill in the entire form again. I wouldn't expect that based on the rest of the program.

Hassle-free and superb ease of use
Only been using it for a month, but the overall experience is so good, we are contemplating about wether we should buy a yearly subscription.
Vorteile
The system is easy to set up and to use, once you get to know you way around the product. Quality of the webinars is extraordinary good and the implementation of evaluation forms is great; now users can send you an evaluation after the event, which we are very pleased about.
Nachteile
When connecting my Blackmagic webpresenter (which I acquired specificially for Webinargeek) I had to switch back and forth in my settings to get the input right. Even though it said "Blackmagic webpresenter, I only saw the internal Mac HD camera)
Only been using it for a month, but the overall experience is so good, we are contemplating about wether we should buy a yearly subscription.

Great customer support
Very nice team that helps you out almost instantly. Also the interface and the set up is great and very easy!
Vorteile
Webinargeek is easy to set up, and registration can be embedded on your own page. If you need any help, the customer support is always there to help you. That's so great!
Nachteile
I was missing a visible timer that showed my on demand webinar viewers the amount of days they have left to watch the webinar.

Hi Charlotte, thanks for your kind review! A co-presenter can do everything the main presenter can do except start/end the webinar and control which presenter will be visible. The responsibilities are this way to keep more clarity. The main presenter can in this way fulfill its role as leader of the webinar.

Perfect tool for giving webinar, live and on demand.
Vorteile
Webinargeek is really easy to use and set-up very quickly. Next to that, when we had a question we received a reply almost directly.
Nachteile
We did not experience any difficulties during the time we used Webinargeek. For us at that moment it was the right tool to fulfill what we needed.

Best experience I had with a webinar tool so far!
Vorteile
The ease of use, and the fact that WebinarGeek has a lot more features than other similar systems, this makes it very easy for me as a presenter (both in preparing and giving my presentation).

Simple, intuitive and great value for money!
Vorteile
WebinarGeek is intuitive you don't need a lot of technical skills to use it. Also they have a very good help page where they explain what kind of hardware to use with their software! It's awesome!
Nachteile
In the beginning there was no way to add a coupon code to a sale. But they recently changed that! Awesome!
