Greenrope
Greenrope really is quite a wonderful customer relationship management (CRM) system! It does so much and helps our team track, communicate, and follow-up with our customers/students, and prospective customers/students as well as collaborate with each other on all of our projects/events.
Vorteile
What I like most about Greenrope is the ability to track and connect with our potential students/clients easily. We run many programs and will have multiple informational sessions all at different times and locations – trying to keep track of all of that very important information (communications, RSVP's, which media was used for which communication, who has opened our email/who hasn't, reminder email scheduling, who needs a warm return call, etc.) would be impossible without Greenrope. Also, being able to login and see what my staff is working on and where they are with a particular event or project is super helpful!
Nachteile
The only thing I can think of that I wish Greenrope would do - is sometimes open the desired page/data faster, but honestly that might just be a (our) system issue and not necessarily a Greenrope issue.

GreenRope has helped us book more revenue this year than the last 3 years combined !
We have been using GreenRope for the last four years. GreenRope has significantly simplified and streamlined many of our basic business operations and marketing (such as our web site, CRM activities, email marketing, project management, document sharing, etc.). Now my small, technology-based company can concentrate on its core business and significantly improve our business development. During our first year using GreenRope, our revenue nearly doubled. This year, revenue is more than the last 3 years combined.
Vorteile
GreenRope's features are extremely well-integrated with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface without the unnecessary complexity and long learning curve of other solutions. Furthermore, tech support has been top notch (e.g., responses often within minutes, personal attention).
Nachteile
I suppose that the only drawback is that there are so many features that I feel like I am missing out since I have not had a chance to explore or experiment with several of them.

Great value for a combined CRM + email campaign tool
Been using it for over 5 years and love the tool for marketing campaigns. The stats are very intuitive. The added benefit of having CRM tools makes this a one-stop shop. It's very easy to search and find relevant contacts and the ability to easily create new groups from the hot leads. The export and import is very clean and the ability to merge groups is simple.
Vorteile
Tracking the email campaigns and viewing the stats.
Nachteile
Nothing specific that is a show-stopper, but I wish it had an easy way to create full VCF contact files of each contact on a Mac. That way one can keep backup copies of all contacts. The export feature does not retain all the data in the NOTES field properly.

One-Stop Shop CRM & Marketing Automation
Great product, helpful professionals behind the platform, and it is constantly evolving.
Vorteile
The foundation of the Greenrope CRM that then ties into all other features is easy to implement and manage. From there, you can tie in as many functions as you need: email marketing, marketing automation, etc. All of the additional characteristics make the experience more valuable as a user.
Nachteile
There definitely is a learning curve. This is not much of a criticism, as it is a statement that is evident when applying such a system into your business operations. Give it time, it will pay dividends.

Good CRM from a very helpful team
Vorteile
Customer support superb. Always friendly, helpful and timely.
Pricing structure helpful for small to medium size business.
Nachteile
I wold like to see more integrations with software like Quickbooks and Kashflow and improved shopping cart usability and integration with leading providers and merchants. I believe they are working on the latter.

Software at its finest!
Vorteile
Easy to use with a simple intuitive UI. No noticeably software bugs and Great communication from the team.
Nachteile
Although I enjoy the look and feel of the customer facing interface, I would like if the software had more features along the lines of customization.

Great Functionality, Great Support, Not Easy to Implement
Like learning any new software, it has its moments of sheer joy when something works and frustration when it doesn't. The support team are fantastic and this makes up for the moments of frustration. There are many ways to contact the support team and the team know their stuff. There's a real sense of a commitment to developing the software and taking on board suggestions. You don't feel like a number - you feel like you are part of the GreenRope family.
Vorteile
This software has all the features you want a CRM to have - no missing bits - having everything integrated is fantastic.
Nachteile
It is difficult to use and understand. The Group set up is questionable for small businesses who don't have multiple users.

Vorteile
What I like most about this software is the ease of use and efficiency to organize business people that I come into contact with.

I would like to see more options to filter through lists and allow for more ways to display the pipeline.

As a sales, marketing, and business development professional, I have used pretty much every solution on the market. Greenrope is THE best all-in-one system for managing your business. No more jumping from Salesforce, to Hubspot, to Constant Constant or Mailchimp, and on and on. Greenrope can replace them all and make your processes flow easier and even automated. If you are in the market for a new solution I highly recommend you try this one.
Nachteile
If you do not spend the time up front to set up the system with workflows, etc. you will not get the value out of it. Good thing is, Greenrope helps with set up and training!

I live in a fast paced world transferring data has been a slow catch up for me
visibility throughout all of my company for contacts and marketing campaigns
Vorteile
I like the CRM Activity feature it helps me stay organized in my follow up I feel the drip campaigns could be useful but have not seen any turn around from the ones set up not by me.
Nachteile
I do not like that my email account is not synced with this it adds a step to my process making more work for me

It has been pretty much a god experience,very stable and efficient CRM system
Vorteile
Ease of use and we can have wide view of our customer data. The charts provide the very good overview of the frequencies.
Nachteile
API connectivity to our BI tool/ or automating the process to get the data in every daya using API which is very unclear

Useful
Vorteile
Sales and marketing automation, opportunity tracking and lead scoring, email marketing features, dynamic data, and workflows.
Nachteile
Honestly, can't think of any cons. For what I use it for and the features I need, it's worked great for me. You need to spend a good amount of time with it to see how all the features can connect but they have video tutorials you can use or you can pay for extra onboarding.

I like how flexible it is and how much you can do with it for an affordable price. The ability of the software to create solutions to various problems is impressive
Nachteile
The email design software needs to be upgraded and the user interface isn't the friendliest I've worked with. Our developers always have the most difficult time creating and deploying emails in Greenrope compared to other systems.

Overall very happy with the product and how we use it.
Vorteile
I like the ease of keeping track of events and members and how they RSVP for events. And the interface for member profiles is good to interface with the website.
Nachteile
Sometimes seems a bit strange on the web interface and making updates to member profiles. When members want to update profiles or keeping them updated can be a little wonky.

I have used this off and on for a few months. it works great usually.
Vorteile
Notifications and monthly summery is very helpful. I think its nice to see how many as a company and personally closed.
Nachteile
Duplicated notification and forwarding is not quite self explanatory. i want to understand hiw the statistics are formulated.

I send e-mails to 1700 people a few times each month. This platform is very useful.
Vorteile
It's easy to use and does what I need. I also like the test and full submit are very different so it is hard to send a test e-mail blast.
Nachteile
The word and paragraph spacing input is sometimes different than the output. Some of the icons are not intuitive.

It's convenient and has a lot of options, including scheduling emails to mass groups. It will make my job easier, after I learn the system.
Nachteile
It takes a while to learn the system, and how to use it properly. It's not as easy to use for the older generation.

Helpful communication tool
Vorteile
This has been a great tool for me as a split teacher. I like to have some messages for all parents, some for just a certain grade level and others for room parents. It is helpful because I can keep all of those groups so much more organized for quick communication.
Nachteile
I think this software is great. It meets all of my needs perfectly.

Super ease of use, easy to catch the hang of how things work and everything flows smoothly.
It made it easier to learn marketing, as I am a marketing student that works for a company. I feel I was fortunate enough that the company used this as it made learning the process so much easier.
Vorteile
I like that it is easy to look up contacts by name, or email. Also how easy tracking emails are, and the email builder being super easy to use and set up.
Nachteile
Probably that you can't have a big list and change multiple things for a contact at a time, but at the same time I understand why you can't do that and is probably better you can't.

Just getting used to it, haven't had green rope for more than two three months

It works a little better than other softwares out there, and I am able to call customer service any time I need help.

Takes the heavy lifting off daily work
I'm new to Greenrope but have used infusion soft in the past. It's is much easier to use by far and seems to have more robust tools. I am working on building some more campaigns so hopefully after my next training session I can drive more results. The customer service is great !

I found it slow and challenging to use
Vorteile
not much. I found it awkward to use, slow and there was very little support or documentation to help me.
Nachteile
slow, awkward layout, cloud based, no way to store data locally. I was forced to use this setup with another service, I would not use it otherwise.
