The BuzzCast platform was excellent in every way. The platform is sleek and easy to use, both the backend and the UX. The entire team at BuzzCast is supportive and works hard to make your event a complete success. Our event received many compliments due to the ease of use of the platform and how good it looked. Building and deploying the conference was made easy by the expertise and hard-working BuzzCast staff. This year marked our first foray into hybrid events, filming live in venues and streaming to the site, using their Video on Demand feature for past content, and scheduling & hosting meetings between delegates. Not only did BuzzCast provide us support on the design and use of the platform, but their streaming [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was also a huge support in making sure every live stream and the pre-tapped shows went up smoothly. BuzzCast has made us confident in the success of future hybrid events.

I like the well rounded feature set that Buzzcast provides. It makes available, if needed all of the features that are needed to assist with virtual meetings, including speaker biographies, attendee information, exhibitor support and breakout rooms.

The only con is that it tends to be on the higher side of the cost equation. That said, you get what you pay for and it has a lot of value

Excellent design and support from the team of programmers that run Buzzcast. They really do enable you to build and customize a comprehensive online festival while making the process accessible to you and making the platform itself easy and satisfying for ticket holders actually attending the festival.

Nachteile

The only thing that got in the way was the inability for pass holders to buy tickets on Buzzcast itself, but with the company never having handled external sales before, this is certainly something they are already working to incorporate.

The BuzzCast platform is super polished, and your events look amazing. They make it easy to set up live online video streams, presentations, and prerecorded videos and integrate them into your event. You can customize the look & feel to stay on-brand, and with sponsor booths, posters, breakout rooms, etc., BuzzCast is much more than just a spiffed-up webinar or Zoom room and offers numerous ways to connect with attendees in small groups or 1-on-1 with both text and video chat.

BuzzCast also has a great team who support you during setup and throughout your event. All your live video presentation content can be captured and made available for attendees and others after the event ends.

Nachteile

There is not much to dislike about BuzzCast - there is always room for improvement, but the platform is well-designed and extremely reliable and scalable: NO DROPPED VIDEO!

The BuzzCast platform is, in a word, impeccable! I am so impressed by how easy, customizable, powerful and scalable it is. It absolutely nails it, every time, with our virtual events and has transformed our relationships with our clients and audience as a result. The team at BuzzCast are also amazing to work with! I couldn't be happier.

I have no complaints. The software is solid and does everything I've wished it could do, and more!

The software was specifically designed to provide an elegant, stripped down virtual event framework that is content forward and therefore a perfect solution for our content heavy events

I was impressed with how hands-on the BuzzCast/BuzzLab team was. Working with our team sometimes around the clock to facilitate a truly unique experience.

Would be great to have more access to make changes directly (a feature I think is currently in process).

BuzzCast provides broadcast-quality streaming paired with excellent audience engagement tools. The audience interface is customizable and their production team is great to work with.
