This is very straightforward for tracking mentions. The reporting capability is also effective, but the most important thing is Slack integration. After adjusting filters according to my needs, the team tracked all the mentions easily.

The AI reporting system can be enhanced. I know it is new and it is okay for now, but it'd be exciting to see having "Brand24 Virtual Assistant"

The accuracy and wealth of information provided were excellent for monitoring our brand's reputation. The interface is intuitive, and the real-time alerts helped us quickly identify relevant mentions.

Nachteile

The cost can be a bit high for smaller companies or those not utilizing the tool's full potential. Additionally, more customizable reporting options would be a great improvement.

One thing I like the most of this app is it has complete features and also the app can give your overall brief score of your brand from 1-100 to summarize your brand power. It even has a compare feature with another brand from any industry not just your niche. It's very useful to track your brand identity from A-Z.

I think, the fact that it need you to pay for premium plan if you want to see your brand mentioned from Twitter. Because Twitter you know it's the largest if not second largest social media out there so to speak

It is fairly easy to set up "projects" and once they are set up it is easy to filter the results by a number of different criteria.

There were issues with linking Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and it was confusing to understand the benefit to doing so.

Servers are in the EU so some news sites in the US are blocked there. This has not been a huge problem but has caused us to miss only a couple media mentions.

Easy to use, clear metrics and the fact they scan the majority of consumer places on the internet.

They could add a module to easily map competitors and compare digital conversation vs them. I know there is a way, through projects, but is not the best UX / UI way to do it.

Thanks to amazing customer service (really helpful support!) you can set up your own projects and monitor them in real-time. Notifications work perfect, e-mail alerts work great, reports in PDF are just so pretty that you want to send them further to your customers, without any corrections. Also, it provides with many interesting results you wouldn't find on your own.

It can be a bit complicated if you have never used it before - but onboarding process is great, customer support is really well-maintained and also there are many extra materials such as webinars and knowledge base to clarify some things for you.

The many aspects of this service is what makes it so great. It doesn't just focus and excel on one feature, but has a variety of them at a high level.

The main con for me would be Brand24's ability to only archive a year's worth of data. The cost adds up pretty quickly as well, but luckily I don't have to worry about it personally in our company.

Lo que más me gusta de Brabnd24 es la posibilidad de, mediante el tracking de palabras claves, poder saber lo que dicen cuando incluyen esas palabras. La facilidad para poder exportar reportes en pdf y presentarlos es simplemente poderoso.
Esto sin contar la posibilidad de configurar alertas de lo que necesitas para no perder tiempo en revisar una por una.

Algo que no me ha gustado del todo es la posibilidad de tener notificaciones con filtros por países o cosas en específico, he probado a configurarlas pero no me lo ha permitido.
Y como uno podría esperar, han habido algunas menciones que simplemente no ha podido registrar y hay que hacerlo de forma manual.

Maybe the fact you pay once off and not monthly - those of us from regions with lower exchange rates feel the cost. But I understand it is the industry norm and a security for the business.

Great cost-effective entry point for a non-profit wanting to get into the social listening space. Syncs with all sources we wanted to monitor--online news, FB, IG, tiktok etc. Generous non-profit discount. Account management team is very responsive.

I wish there were more customizable notifications and reports. Also tiktok integration can be a little difficult to work with and understand without taking a look deeper into our settings. The thing I would like to see most improved is the tagging feature and its organization within the platform--this would make sorting and reporting easier for our team
