The product itself is great and as a startup the special pricing package cant be beat.

From the beginning Aha has not only helped me to learn the software, but has helped me try to figure out solutions through a lens of Aha as to how to accomplish what we're trying to accomplish. The software is intuitive and clear.

I do wish there were more options for branding specific reports (notebooks) so that we can post and publish in a more consistent way.

Product easy to start out with. Has a lot of functionality I plan on mastering and implementing. Biggest plus for me was their excellent customer support

Outstanding design that reinforces best practices with easy. Creating strategy and connecting it to execution is now possible. The support team is excellent.

Nothing yet, nearly every time we wish it could do something, we find out that it can. Or we submit an idea and hear back on it right away.

Hierarchy can be a bit confusing to set-up at first, but by working with an Aha! rep we were able to determine what was best for us

The Aha! app is a great tool for setting company goals, setting corporate strategy, and getting everybody on the same track to achieving those goals.

Very configurable, flexible and the Aha team is very responsive to questions and issues. 'Empathy' sessions provide a great way in which to capture additional context from internal/external users.

It would be nice to have more custom options for the portal experience such as not showing the idea voting total and only display ideas of a certain status level.

I like the ability to connect releases and features to company strategy. There are lots of features, which makes it a little tricky to use. The roadmap views are great and the ability to share the roadmap.

Usability isn't great. The roadmap stuff can be tricky to manipulate -- dragging phases around doesn't work great. Idea portal falls a little short for me.

cascading product planning from strategy through to features bundled into distinct releases. visual reports that enable one page view of your product portfolio with the ability to drill down. integrates with slack and has some great idea capture features.

you have to think about top down hierarchy so which is great if you ave a portfolio of products or product families that you want to align. it will work for a single product environment but if used from top down will force you to think about strategy alignment and competitor analysis.

Could benefit from an additional basic pricing tier (is a very big jump from trial to premium): they do offer a startup pricing model that can be applied for as well that helps on this front.

This software allows teams to quickly and visually track different projects across a multitude of different platforms in a company.

Nachteile

The limitations of the front end UI are a bit frustrating. Perhaps due to my early interactions with the system, or my lower level credentials, but the front end home screen sections are a bit clunky and confusing to learn at first.

I love the fact that they put everything that a product manager should care about when he plans the product. Good integrations, good UI, good speed. Much better than any competitor

Good to have a online tool to manage your product and collaborate amongst all product contributors. It covers almost all the aspects of any products right from marketing, schedule, features and status.

Many of the fields seems to be repetitive, so field can be very precise and limited. Reporting can be bit simple to use.

The best feature of Aha is the visualization of roadmaps and release plans. Its been helpful to see our Jira data in a more strategic format. Additionally, we can solicit ideas internally from other groups to help our product organization 'see the whole' when planning new features.

We had to change our mentality to use Aha first vs. Jira. This has been a tough transition. Our product organization is used to managing a backlog vs. a roadmap at this scale.

Breadth of resources and educational material related to product management and roadmap. I do like the variety of reporting options and the rich features all packed into the initiatives.

Expensive - we end up subscribing to one user. Takes a bit deep of learning curve. I think on-boarding my team was a bit difficult and in the end it becomes a bit cumbersome when we have to do weekly product updates. Maybe at some point we may re-visit.
