Simple product with a highly responsive team
I really wanted the ability to download video responses, which wasn't available when I first purchased the product. I reached out to the management team, and within a week this feature was added. I'm very pleased with the team's customer support and responsiveness, and if they keep up this level of quality of service they will surely become a leader in their field
Vorteile
The best part of the software is how quickly you can get set up and started with the product. Within minutes you can start receiving video responses to your interview questions or collect video responses to surveys
Nachteile
I wished they had a toggle on interviews which would allow interviewers to choose whether candidates can rerecord an interview, in case of an error in their response. Currently, if the candidate is distracted during their response by a child walking in during the response, or another problem, they need to submit another interview, meaning the interviewer needs to watch multiple responses from the same candidate rather than just the correct final response.

Great product to perform non-personal interviews and filter candidates.
It´s very helpful to be able to see and hear candidates prior to personal interviews and saving time. Just send the links and the videos of candidates are uploaded to the platform so they can answer at their best convenient time and I can revise it when it´s convenient for me too.
Vorteile
It´s very easy to use and really user friendly. No need to read instructions prior to use it.
Nachteile
Not being able to see a pause or an indicator between answers, but in the instructions for candidates I just ask them to read the questions aloud and problem solved!

Con Playhunt ya no tenemos que revisar los CVs uno por uno con atención para solo convocar a unos cuantos candidatos a entrevista. Le damos oportunidad a más candidatos de platicarnos cómo podrían aportar a nuestra empresa. Hacemos entonces una pre-selección más ágil de los candidatos:
- Playhunt es fácil de uso
- Nos ahorra horas de trabajo
- Nos permite a nosotros y a los candidatos tener flexibilidad de horario para atender las entrevistas por ser asíncronas.
Vorteile
Llevar a cabo entrevistas asincronas nos ha permitido:
- entrevistas mucho más breves (entre 3 y 10 minutos)
- más candidatos pre seleccionados
- podemos revisar las entrevistas en cualquier momento, o sea permite un mejor manejo del tiempo de Recursos Humanos
Nachteile
Todavía podría mejorar poniendo límites:
- tiempo limitado entre el momento en que el candidato lee la pregunta y empieza a grabar su respuesta
- tiempo limitado para contestar la pregunta
- fecha limite para grabar la entrevista
