Nachteile
One aspect of Playhunt that I found slightly inconvenient was the limited customization options for the video survey templates. While the platform does offer the ability to create customized video surveys, I would have appreciated more flexibility in terms of the layout and design. It would be great to have additional options for branding and personalization to align the surveys more closely with the company's image and values. However, despite this minor limitation, Playhunt still provides a highly effective and user-friendly solution for video surveys in the hiring process.

Très bon début, j'ai hâte de voir l'évolution
Le produit nous fait gagner beaucoup de temps, nous sommes une agence et nous trions des centaines de profils de candidats par semaine, donc imaginez le temps gagné sur 100 interview au bureau comparé à 100 interview enregistrés sur PlayHunt et vus en 1-2h par la suite

Pas d'option de rappel par SMS pour le moment, mais ça viendra j'espèreOn peut peut-être penser à créer une candidature avec un compte entreprise/candidatlors du partage d'un entretien, nous voyons la réponse vidéo mais pas la question à laquelle le candidat répond

the feature that I like the most is the platform's video interview capability, which allows candidates to record their responses to pre-determined questions. This has significantly streamlined our recruitment process, as we are able to get a better sense of a candidate's communication skills and personality before inviting them for an in-person interview.
Nachteile
Playhunt currently does not offer pre-determined interview questions, a suggestion could be to consider adding a feature that provides a list of sample questions for recruiters to choose from. These questions could be tailored to different job positions and industries, and could be categorized based on the skills and attributes that the recruiter is looking for in a candidate.
