It’s clean and fairly straightforward. It has all you need for a basic plan, like page design templates, blog, ecomm, contact pgae, nice gallery pages, and easy photo uploading.

Some of the page editing tools are not helpful and some edits take a bit to save and load.

The customer service is absolutely amazing! When I have any questions or need help with anything I send a message to the support team and they answer within minutes

Connecting the domain from wix was a bit wonky, it’s still a bit off where visitors cannot just type the url without https://.

For a non-tech person wanting to design a website, Pixpa is a dream come true. It is very easy to implement and design an attractive website. Because I am not good with tech, I needed help transferring my domain over to Pixpa, and the customer service was so quick to respond and help! I was so impressed with their kindness and they walked me through the steps and were wonderful. Also, they offer everything I wanted for a reasonable price.
