Tool for Online Church
Vorteile
Having to move church online created difficulties in how to personally connect with those watching the service. Adding HelpCrunch's chat feature has given us another avenue to connect with people on Sunday mornings and throughout the week.
Nachteile
A difficulty for this software is the drastic price increase for each user. It would be nice to be able to have more than one chat user for the base price to allow for the chat feature to be more personalized.

An awesome solution for multi-channel communication
Our main goal was to establish channels of effective communication with our customers, and with HelpCrunch we achieved it.
Vorteile
Email and chat in one place. This is something that we need in our everyday work.
Nachteile
The learning curve is a bit on the steep side, but once you get familiar with the tool, using it is a breeze.

Much cheaper as Intercom.
Nachteile
As for now none where found.
The only thing that might be a issue is tracking data that is send while some action is performed on website.

We are really happy using it, because of the IOS and Android Mobile applications.

'Decent alternative to Intercom
We were looking for an Intercom alternative and finally found the one that suits our needs. Can't recommend Helpcrunch enough!

Amazingly fast and good support team & the overall live chat design. Great functionality like automated responses and the great customisable features. and a fantastic pricing compared to alternatives like Intercom, so no more Intercom for me!

I am able to improve the overal communications process. You definitely need such tool in your every-day tasks! Drop the manual work and switch to automated process - you'll thank yourself.

I love the Exit Pop-Ups, they're a game changer. We also love the email marketing feature as it help us keep our customers updated all time, but most importantly engaged.

Great platform to communicate with your customers with a personal touch
The tool is definitely way more than just a live chat. It has real-time CRM which allows you to connect with your users over web, push notifications or email. If you want to acquire, convert, grow and/or retain HelpCrunch is a good competitor of Intercome especially if you are in SMB segment.

A bit simpler version of Intercom, has almost all needed features and waaay cheaper. Definitely an awesome alternative for those who are tired of paying Intercom $500+ /mo for just a few thousand users in the database. Customer service is amazing too!

Interface, features, support, design. For the price, it is an excellent product.
Nachteile
If I had to take Helpcrunch head to head besides Gist, I would choose Gist. But Gist is way more expensive and just a little bit better.
