Functionality is great. Our quoting and invoicing system has been streamlined to make it much easier for all staff to work interchangeably in the one system.

Nachteile

So far so good. The only issue I have encountered is when the system updates and things move around slightly.

drop/drag intuitive nature of engagement; 1-on-1 customer service; ability to meet requirements only previously met by 3 different s/w providers without feeling like you are sacrificing data. They've found a way to incorporate different requirement streams in a logical, efficient and workflow-friendly fashion.

Nachteile

There are some limitations, but no software can offer anything and Streamtime seem to know their limits and often suggest workarounds.

I like that it gives me a to-do list and it honestly accounts for the hours on a job - not the hours an employee needs to fill in. The interface is also amazing.

Nachteile

Nothing really, just a couple of issues with where to click when dragging items from to-do to complete. But this is minor and something just to get used to.

I love the simple, easy to use interface that allows me to easily create jobs plans, quotes, invoices, and more. I used to do all of this on my own, and being new on the freelance design scene, the hours were adding up. It was a weight lifted from my work load, especially because I’m still studying. Now I can get to do more of what I love - actually designing!

Nachteile

Honestly, pricing, I feel there should be a student option, if we provide a photo of our ID. If there ever was an incentive to get my foot in the door, without spending too much time on admin work, when I have uni work to attend to. I suggest $13.00/$13.50 a month, with quotes, invoices, and no client limit. A great way to get our young designers prepared and organised for their careers.

If you have a problem or question the help team are amazing as well and unlike most softwares i have used you can find a solution to your query quickly and easily.

The visual layout is great and it just makes it so easy to see scheduled tasks for the week in the 'to do' section and to move tasks around, edit the time spent on tasks etc.

Nachteile

A place to communicate between team members assigned to a certain job would be useful.

Real time visibility to project profitability, easy activity logging for the team and integrated invoicing removes another manual task from my list.

There's no projected profitability report - i.e. you can't pull out a report which shows the planned profit on projects.

Very intuitive. The schedule view is great and something that other systems don't offer. Jobs are easy to add.

Doesn't give you the option to add notes to a job. It would be useful to have a space where you can add a brief doc so all designers/ people working on the project can reference it when reviewing the task.

The interface is just like the post it note system I was using before I got Streamtime. I always wanted something similar to my post it note and calendar system but less fiddle, so I was stoked to come across Streamtime.

I wish the app version for mobile and iPad had the same features as the desktop.

Easy to use time management. I like that you can create template items to easily populate a new project quote. Hours logged by job and item can then be quickly turned into an invoice. Great email support and webinars too.

As a new user, I'm looking forward to getting to know the software more. So far I'm finding it very easy to use with no issues.

Simple. Visual. Support is good, the team is very responsive. Having online access means I'm always connected.

Can't print job sheets. Would like the invoice and quote numbers to default to my job numbers.
Have had a couple of glitches send quotes... the client recieves a link to the wrong quote.

If you are used to using clunky old project management, jobs systems and tasking for your staff then move over to Streamtime. Not only is it really really intuitive it's very very simple in terms functionality. What appears very low spec at first really isn't its just designed well with minimal fuss.

This great tool allows to monetize your video feed and get even more revenues from your existing website. In addition, it is a great tool to engage your customers even further.

If not set up correctly, the ads may start influencing the website negatively. It is more connected to the right planning and your company itself, rather than the tool.
