The system is incredibly intuitive, it saves time and is very easy for all members of the team to use.

The element that we, as a team, least like about the software, Streamtime, is the unpredictable updates.

There are soooo many things we love.
- Recording our time sheets is a game changer.
- Having essentially a run sheet of the status of all of our jobs.
- Invoicing and estimates.
- The support staff. As soon as we have a slight issue, they are on to it!
I feel like we are probably not using Streamtime to its full potential. But we love what we do know.

Love the UI. I like that it's based on being visually organized, as opposed to lines of text. I really dislike searching through lines of copy to find what I'm looking for, and streamtime has nearly eliminated the need to do that.

Nachteile

I'd really like to be able to share tasks and jobs without having to pay for another user, but I see that as something that goes away once everyone has an account.

The ease of use. They have really taken a user centred approach when designing Streamtime. Smart timesheeting is awesome! I also love the easy quoting that can be quickly turned into a project, dynamite!

I would like some more help tutorials but I am sure there are plenty about to be released. It would also be nice to be able to remove the GST field from quotes.

It can take people a while to change their behaviour to embrace the to do list over traditional time sheets. Took a bit of persuading.

Like the design. Like the functionality and the level of control it gives you. Display of information is also very well done.

Some design flaws like laboured scrolling when in the jobs list and that it hides the time registered for the week if you put too many jobs in on a Friday.

Streamtime provides a very clear visual idea about how each of our projects are going. It gives us direct insight on how profitable we are at any point in time. The visual nature of time tracking is also a really refreshing take on a frustrating and mundane task.

Nachteile

It took us a while to get used to the system of filters for reporting, but we caught on eventually. After setting up a few favorites, we have exactly what we need.

Easy to use, I like the drag-drop feature and the option to copy feature.

I had bookmarked Streamtime and it kept opening on the date I had bookmarked it, so I re-bookmarked it as the log-in page instead of auto sign-in and fixed this issue.

Very user friendly, love the clean interface. I've used another project management software in my previous workplace and it was way slower and harder to navigate compared to Streamtime. The software is really intuitive to use for first-timers. The latest version of Streamtime is certainly a big improvement from the last version.

The interface is clean, and little animation is such a delight of the this software gives it personality.

Could be more interactive in the way of getting the team work closely, something like group chat?

Simple & quick to use, efficient. Great invoicing and and the ability to sync with Xero is ace. Picked up the system and used it within an hour, no learning required.

From what I can see nothing, when they roll out re-occuring invoices then I'll be more happy.

Sometimes there is some functionality that is missing (because it's so simple). In particular I would love to see a function for having selectable options in a quote.

I love the user experience, the look and the flexibility of Streamtime. Its flexibility when creating quotes or invoices is great.

There isn't much that I don't like. There are a couple of minor features that could be added but the Streamtime team are updating constantly.

We've been considering making the move over to Streamtime for many years. Where it's up to now, together with the commitment and demonstration we see to continually improve and develop the product, gave us to the confidence to make the move. As a result we'd obviously now be confident to recommend the system to others :)

The Streamtime development team is constantly advancing and improving the product, plus they're super attentive to what we need from the software - they always ask, and they always listen.

Vorteile

Now that I've had to to get to know the interface I am loving the ease of use. I now longer have to run a separate server and there is the obvious cost advantage. As a sole trader, the cloud version makes so much more sense.

Nachteile

A little too basic in the standard mode. Scheduling should be included. I would like for there to be more pop up hints that suggest how to do things as you work in StreamTime.

The best part is being able to see the availability for your team remembers, and being able to make changes by clicking and dragging things around.

Nachteile

Streamtime is not the most affordable in the industry, but if you can make it work with your budget, it's 100% worth it.

All my information is online which allows me to work anywhere in the world or just across the city. It also works seamlessly with Xero.

Nachteile

Not being able to customise my email signatures in Streamtime when sending a quote or invoice is not ideal. I have 9 signature messages in Mail that I use to make life simpler eg. authorisation, amendments, quote, blank etc. Each one has my logo and contact details and a couple lines of messaging so that I don't have to keep typing it in a thousand times a day.

It's made it much easier to be adaptive to constantly shifting project timelines and make sure we are tracking on time and budget

Nachteile

Can be difficult with hours that are uncertain or projects with weird timelines. Sometimes things will be pushed back, or move around quite a bit and this is hard to account for.

Love that it's easy and intuitive to plan projects, schedule teams, quote for clients. It's beautifully designed and actually fun to use. Strangely, I look forward to opening up Streamtime. It's like my well dressed and helpful little mate.

Nachteile

Once you need premium features (which is most of you if your business employs more than 1 or 2 people) the price starts to add up a little. Would like to see it more competitive price wise. But value for money is still good - so far it's totally worth the cost.

In "Jobs" not being able to alter the Job Status from this page, I don't want to go back into the job and do that all the time.

More visuals on how much you have sent out for invoices and some more features regarding accounting, I don't also want an accounting software like Xero but just something simple for a sole trader.

The flexibility the team have with their workflow and day to day jobs - things pop up all the time so the ease of moving jobs around is awesome!

Not allowing us to change the date of an overall project. We have to go in a change dates of every individual job within that project - sometimes you have to change the end date of all of them!

The humor to inform or encourage you about your work progress and it's modern, simple design. The program is easy to use and functions are discovered in a short time.

A bit more project/client related overview functions would be great. Not just left hours and timelines.

It was so easy to setup and has replaced 2 different systems for us. The fact that it integrates with our accounting software means we've reduced the need to duplicate information, everything just flows. The visibility for the rest of the team and the ability to quickly track project data is so valuable & also being able to filter your view and customise the dashboards is brilliant.

Can't fault it. It's brilliant, easy to use & the support team are absolutely brilliant to deal with.

Spending money on similar but less-effective products before finding Streamtime. There really aren't any obvious cons.

Wish you could see the amount of time each project was worked on daily, opposed to weekly hour count
Don't care for the feature that allows you to 'drag' the time of each task - can result in accidentally logging additional time

We love this system! Its saved us time and hassle. Once you get your head around everything the ease of use is invaluable. Our company Griffin Grave now don't know what we did without it. Lucky we got onto this sooner rather than later. I would highly recommend the investment. The return in value is 10 fold.

The invoicing is a bit funny sometimes and not sure if its sent properly. Theres been the odd glitch.

I love the personality of this software. It's a great business tool and it makes you smile. It's easy to use and the To Do based time tracking is genius.

Streamtime automatically imports data into to-do lists. Its easy to assign a teammate to a project and you can see project progress in real time. Makes our team very efficient.

Some of the more difficult tasks are a multi step process that is hard to remember. I just do a google search and I am usually back on track.

Breaking a large job into stages and budgeting for them and seeing when and where you run over budget. Also having a to do list that others on my team can see.

I find it a bit tricky to assign budgets to stages and have my dashboard accurately reflect what's going on in terms of hours spent and billable time.

First of all, it got a great UI an UX, and it's very easy to understand. The budget and timeline features are great and so does the customer support.

One or another sporadic errors, but it's minor questions. Streamtime is as perfect a software can be.

I liked how you got a clear snapshot of your weekly tasks from the bar graph style view. It was also nice being able to drag and drop tasks and easily adjust your time with just your cursor.

I didn't like how the tasks were displayed from within the project. It wasn't really suitable for micro-tasks.

Too early to tell - except maybe the font size is a bit large in the quotes & invoices.
